I came here about a couple months ago and boy, I would never come back. Hospitality was great but the work was not good. I went back about 2 times because my nails were left to thick or with a not so smooth finish. She said it was because of the color. Maybe it was old product I don't know. First time to this Nail salon, first time to get my nails dipped. Have to say, Poor Job! Nails are uneven, color looks spotted, every nail looks different in shade & shape. This was TERRIBLE! I had a dip done last Wed, the next day one chipped, then all fingers chipped by Monday. I went in today to have removed and requested a refund. Tammy did a wonderful job! I came in and got a full set , eyebrows tinting, and threading. She did a great job! She was very friendly and professional! What a nice salon hidden in the Grogan's Mill shopping center. This was my first time here, and will definitely be back. Nox did a great job with my pedicure, and she was very sweet and gentle. I also like the fact that they have only a few prices instead of a whole menu. Makes it much easier to decide on which service to get. Great place! Read Less

Not a good experience. From the moment we got there to sit down all the way though check out. My pedi was sub-par and didn't even get a good rub down ha! There are so many other nail shops in the area. I do not recommend this place at all. Read Less

I came here once when I was in a hurry and my usual nail spot was full up with a bachelorette party and a birthday party. There was nothing particularly amazing about it, but nothing glaring either. TERRIBLE service! I went here on a particularly stressful day looking to relax. Everything started out fine, but as soon as another customer walked in my service started to be rushed. I advised that if she (lady with short black ear length haircut & glasses) was going to rush then she could just wrap up my pedicure because she kept dropping things and rushing around. Needless to say, I ended leaving without a manicure and pissed off. I paid $35 for a bare minimum pedicure with uneven polish and half done cuticles. NEVER going back. Read Less

I tried this place because it's close to home. Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had and I have been getting them every 2-3 weeks for years. I've had some bad experiences but this by far exceeds all of them. I called and asked if i could come in at 6:15PM (they close at 7pm) and she said "yes sure come in!" When I arrived they looked as though they were closed. I was the only one there. No music, no a/c. There was no plastic to line the pedicure bath. She rushed through the entire thing and commented about how I should come in earlier because she had to wait around for me since "they usually leave early if they have no clients." I work until 5pm like normal people and often times work until 6. I also work 30 min away from home. Every other salon I have been to accepts customers until closing. Even if that's not the case there, she should have told me that 6:15 was too late and not to come in. She massaged ONE of my legs for about 1 minute and did not do the other at all. I received absolutely no hand massage. I have never had a pedicure without massages. I mean that is everyone's favorite part!??? She was very rough while trimming my cuticles because she was in a hurry. She missed some and when I mentioned it to her she rolled her eyes and went back to fix it but was still rough and didn't even push back the cuticles all the way. They have been bleeding and peeling back for days following! (They have never done this before.) I'm in a lot of physical pain even 3-4 days later. I got shellac on my nails and it looks streaky and uneven. I cannot say enough about how bad this was. At the time I was very let down and bothered but I just wanted to get out of there as she made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable. I paid and even left a tip because I felt so awkard. But I shouldn't have paid for it at all. I have to have them re-done elsewhere now and am completely out of my money. Read Less

Hate it!Went for brows and manicure, She (Owner) took me between clients, bad sign already, said she had 20 years of experience when I was trying to explain how I wanted them, end result, super thin eyebrows... I was getting mad, but I thought... they'll grow back... went to the manicure, she was hard on my nails, hurting me, first with the nail clipper, then with HER nails when cleaning the nail polish, I told her that hurt! Nice ladies but not very skilled (the 2 is for their politeness and the wine). The girl who did my pedicure kept picking at the skin past the cuticle which, of course, hurt. The end result looked fine but it definitely wasn't a comfortable experience. The girl who did my fill-in continuously ran the dremel-like machine over my skin on every single nail. Hurt like a you know what and even drew blood multiple times. The end result was bloody and scratched cuticles/fingers but decent looking nails even though she missed a few corners and edges with the polish (don't worry, she got them pretty good with the dreaded dremel). The wine, however, is delicious but not worth all of that. I won't return even though I live across the street.Read Less

This is my first review (I know, I know), but I felt compelled to sign up just to let others know how great this place is. My experience with shellac is limited to various salons in DC and Austin, but I have never been as happy with the end result as I was after going here. The filing and shape were perfect, the paint job was superb (a lot of salons I've been to don't paint all the way to the cuticle, but they did), and after breaking a nail with a wayward potato peeler (Merry Christmas!), they were not at all bothered to fix it for me.
