The massage I received with my pedicure was great, though she didn't paint the sides of my toes near the skin. My dip manicure looks decent as a finished product if you don't look too closely. He glued my nails on crooked, then shaped them unevenly, and also didn't massage or lotion my arms or hands at all. My bill was $75 dollars and since it was a Mother's Day gift from my fiance, I didn't complain too much. I just paid the difference after using the gift card, tipped, and went on my way. I went here to celebrate my birthday with two friends and we got basic manicures! Our manicurists were Olivia, Nikki, and Kel. We thoroughly enjoyed the manicure and love how our nails look. Will consider going again when in town.The reason it is not 5* is because my manicurist rubbed the skin below my nail raw while filing down my nails. My lady was not good. She cut three of my fingers, causing blood to run on to my unfinished nails, and then proceeded to remove the blood with nail polish remover. This caused my nails to become rough and messed up. Some nails are not completely covered, and others are uneven and lumpy. I went in today and had a terrible experience. My first visit was wonderful, today not so much. John did the dip powder nails. The manager (i think that's what she was), Amy, had to come over and correct him multiple times. She had him do a third layer of color when he thought he was done. Then he rushed off to do a pedicure on someone while i was still waiting. My nails were bubbly, how that happened with dip i don't know. Amy looked at them when i was leaving and said they were terrible (her words). Duke fixed them somewhat, thankfully. There is color all over my fingers, looks like a kid painted them. Again how this happened with dip i don't get. But still having to pay $45 for the shittiest two hour mani I've ever had was insane. The place was great BUT watch what they charge on prices. Yes a normal pedicure is $27 BUT a manicure gel is $35 and yes yesterday they told me $25 for a gel. That’s double price than a regular manicure and if they told me $35 I would have done no gel. That’s way over price. Just like the reviews I had read better watch they quote different prices. This review comes with much validity as I've visited this salon at least six times. Here's the deal though- I always feel like an inconvenience- IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS. Some examples:1. On more than one visit the person who starts my manicure stops halfway through and goes to someone else, leaving me waiting for someone else to "pick up" where they left off2. I once had to move seats half way through my manicure for no reason that was apparent to me. 3. I usually end up telling 3-4 people what I want before someone actually gets me set up. So you walk in and tell the person at the counter, then the person you hand the polish to, then the person who sits down to do your nails, then the person who finishes your nails (since the first person usually leaves)4. When I've tried to pay on more than one occasion the manager at the register just stares at the screen like I'm not standing there with my wallet. Not for ten seconds... like an uncomfortable 90 seconds. I'm trying to pay... I'm trying to GIVE you money. What on earth is so important on that computer screen. Andy was really great. My issue was with the lady that showed me the prices, because I was told a certain price for a pedicure & a full set. I wasn't told about all the extra "fees for pink & white" salts in the water, and lighting to dry nails. I would of just gotten a reg nail color, no salts ( which she added before I even began my pedicure) nobody told me about $10 extra!! When I called to talk to her about my $75 charge she made it seem like it was my misunderstanding! I won't be coming back here!! I will be sending a letter to the better business bureau. Ive been coming in here at least twice a month for a refill/full set, pedicure, and once a month for a brow wax for close to 6months now, and I've never walked away disappointed. If there is anything you're not fond of concerning your nails, the nail techs have no qualms about changing them until you're happy (unlike other nail salons who've rolled their eyes in the past when I've asked for more tapered, or sharper edges). Tram is the absolute best at pedicures, she truly pays great attention to detail and makes sure your pedicure is perfect before you leave her chair! I usually hop in here for my nails, but this time I pondered about their microblading services for brows. It started, one afternoon, I was getting my nails done when the owner sat down with me for small talk. She mentioned her eyebrow services, so I checked out her models she microbladed on. It looked very natural, so I trusted to make an appointment with her fairly quick. Scheduling an appointment was easy, depending on days she is in town.My eyebrows were thin but I wanted a fuller, natural look.  Amy (the owner) was the microblading guru who etched out a natural brow shape and performed her magic (after the numbing agent of course). I have been a customer at this salon for over a year. While the nail services have been ok, I am very upset that one thing keeps reoccurring...I take the time to call days ahead to make an appointment with the technician I want on the date and time that works for me...when I go in at my appt time, that person is not available. Walk-in customers are being assigned to technicians without looking to see if there is already an appointment. I work full-time and I can't wait around. Wow! This place was amazing. My coworker brought me here during lunch, and they were fast and efficient. Plenty of staff means that you aren't waiting for a manicurist, which if you're here on an hour that's a huge plus. We were greeted right away, and whisked away to our individual manicurist- I got a standard manicure, and my coworker gets the gel/shellac manicure. We were both completely done (and eyebrows waxed) and out in an hour, and the quality of our nails is excellent! They have complimentary drinks while you're getting your nails done, and a sign said that booking a party of 5+ gets you a free bottle of champagne- do get your girlfriends together and have a nail party! The only complaint I have is parking isn't easy, because there's so many shops around. So you may be circling for a bit before you find a place to park/ plan accordingly. Read Less

My first experience was great and this review had 5 stars and now I will NEVER comeback again! I made my appointment last week for myself and my friend and when I went in they didn't even have me there so the girl at the front desk said it must have been a mistake. She still told me to pick my color and that Jennifer would be with me shortly. Around 1:15 the "manager" approaches me in a accusatory manner "You never made an appointment with Jennifer" I explained to her my ap...pointment was made on January 27 for today Feb 5th at 1pm, I even showed her my call log on my phone. My favorite phrase she said was "What do you want me to do? I can't split her in two". I was never rude to her. The manager never apologized. As a business how dare you try to run MY time along with yours asking me to come back later or get someone else instead of accommodating me, the client who used to love your salon. I looked over and Jennifer started working on the other client without apologizing to me either. So I walked off and I don't recommend this place anymore! This place is conveniently located, however my rating is strictly for experience. My technician was very friendly and amicable, as well as other staff in the salon. However my manicure was terrible. I got powder manicure and it only lasted a couple days before it started looking awful. After 1 week I HAD to get my nails removed because they had started chipping. The power was put on too thin. This is the most inconsistent place I have ever been to. I've been to the salon at Hughes Landing about six times. 2 out of the 6 were good. I just had the sloppiest refill ever. I have powder and glue all over my hands. My nails are crooked and uneven. If you choose to go just know it's gamble.
