I have been here a hand full of times and I honestly don't know why... The 1st time I was there the 1st person I got totally fucked up my nails and did them super short when i asked foe medium so then they had another tech start all over and at the end they charged me for the 1st techs fuck up ....the last time I came here (this past friday) the tech got frustrated because I was asking for stiletto shape and he just couldn't do it and I wasn't liking it so he got mad and had someone else finish his work and that tech wanted to say its cuz of the shape of my nails and nail beds. it shouldn't matter what or how my nails are that's why ur the tech its ur job to figure it out that's what ur paid for and today a nail fell off not even a wk later.... definitely wont be back ever again. I came to get a full set of acrylics done here and the outcome was horrible! i asked for square-oval and short but i got plain square and long. my nails look lumpy and really fake and it is very unattractive. i usually get nice comments on my nails such as "wow they look so real" or "i love your nails!", but the first comment i got on my nails was "they look weird, did you do them yourself?". Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I made and appointment at 5 the previous day and once I arrived, at FIVE, the day of my appointment, I had to wait until 6 to begin my appointment. People in charge were incredibly rude; I was shocked. I would never in m life recommend this place they were so so SO rude and disorganized. Never again. Although my pedicure was acceptable and comparable to other salons, the cleanliness was less than acceptable. There were mouse droppings lining the wall behind the pedicure chairs, open garbage bags just sitting out in the salon and discarded (inside out!) socks sitting on top of the drying area (counter thing with the lights/fans when you're done). Gross! The tech was very nice and did a good job, but I won't go back due to fear of contracting some type of fungus or bacteria! Read Less

BEWARE!!! Came in for a pedi and shellac manicure, as I've done a million times before in other salons. TNT is close to my house so I decided to try despite negative reviews. When it came time to pay my total was higher than what the menu of services reported it should be. When I inquired as to the extra amount I was told they charge "extra" when you have them take off your shellac from a previous time. Ummmmmm this is the FIRST time I've ever encountered a shady business that does this. Having your nail polish from before removed is included in a manicure price. Period. Will not be returning. For that price I can go to a salon that's nicer, cleaner and that doesn't have the air set at 78. Read Less

This was not my experience personally, but my Wife got her nails done there and they were awful. SHe asked the girls a few times to change her 1 nail, because it didin't look right, and another gir came over and looked at it and shook her head and told her to take a seat, because she was frustrated that no one really spoke english well enough to take care of what needed to be done. She told the second lady that her nails looked great, and that it was just her one nail. The lady started filing her other nails and my Wife pulled her hand away and told her, "no, it was just the one nail." The lady held on to her hand and kept filing. She had just got her nails done in shellac, so it really screwed up all her nails. By the time she walked out of there, her 1 nail was alot worse than originally done, plus her other 6 nails looked horrible including tip was 85.00. Unfortunately, my Wife didn't have time because she was leaving on a trip, so she was screwed. She was trying to explain to them as she was leaving but the girl just kept smiling saying, 'thank you, thank you!" Very frustrating for her, and she doesn't like to complain, but in her culture, you don't get it right the first time after explaining over and over again, you just don't go back, and she won't. I went in here for the first time and they were fairly busy, I didn't mind waiting until they could take me in so I could get acrylic nails. I'm getting my nails done by a younger woman, and my hands are sweating fairly bad, it was awfully warm in there. My hands also have a tendency to sweat more than the average person, but this was bothering my nail technician. In fact she mentioned to me that my hands sweating was bothering her... and then she began being rough with my nails. I am very self conscious already about it but the fact she had to point it out. I had to apologize for my hands sweating which is completely out of my control, and the whole situation made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was a little more on the pricier end, and all I did was get one solid color and coffin nails. The nail salon I go to now, I got designs on my nails and a better job done for the same price. I got a powder dip manicure on 10/22. Today is 10/31 and this is my second chipped nail. When the second nail chipped, it broke off my actual nail underneath as well. I will not be returning! $40 for a manicure that allegedly lasts two plus weeks but broke after 9 days. Unacceptable! Read Less

The person who took care off nails looked like she did not want to. She cut my cuticles and they still hurt. The bottoms of my feet were raw and are still sore because of how rough she was. I miss the people who are there before I went away. Read Less
