I brought my teenager. We both got the deluxe pedicure and then I received a fill in, while she got a full set. I loved how my nails turned out. The pedicure was very relaxing and they really took their time. The water was cold and I asked for it to be more hot... they drained it and added more hot water. This experience happened a couple of months ago. I came in to get a manicure to celebrate my engagement! I had short nails but I figured the gel manicure would last longer than anything else I could do and I wanted my nails to look pretty with my new ring. When they started, 2 of the women who were working on my mani/pedi actually snickered and asked what the point of getting my nails done at all was because of the length... that alone is enough for my low rating. They continued to make me uncomfortable. I had a pedi and I am a very clean person but the women working on my feet made a disgusted face about my toes more than once. I just hadn't had a pedicure in a while but I was utterly confused as to why she was making those faces... I am made fun of for my cleanliness amongst friends and family. The experience was very uncomfortable. On top of all of this I had saved to go to a nice salon because I can't just drop 100 on a mani/pedi, which I did that day. I just discovered this hidden gem. Trang gave me a lovely manicure not long ago and Hieu just gave me a wonderful pedicure. Both experiences were truly soothing and relaxing. Trang and Hieu were both meticulous and incredibly pleasant. And both services resulted in beautiful nails. The place is seriously clean and well ventilated (no bad smell from the products). I enjoyed my green tea ultimate deluxe pedicure which consisted of paraffin wax, green tea salts, hot stones, fresh orange rub, etc. My shellac manicure was very relaxing with the massage. Got my gel nails done here and they only last a week. I've done gel for at least 5 years now and they always last at least 2 weeks. My gel is lifting for the cuticle and sides. The nail lady put 7 coats (2 bottom clear coats, 3 color coats and 2 top coats) has anyone ever heard of so many coats applied??That's exactly why they are lifting!! I called the salon and the owner (male at the front) said he would not be able to help me or redo them at no charge. I will never be going back to this place. Don't recommend it. Read Less

The environment was very clean and beautiful but my pedicure was super cold the whole time, they didn't do my nails at the same time when they had people and my nails were awful, the color does not match, he did not file the tops so they would be smooth and even and there's huge gaps from the nails to the cuticles it was over all I'm really upset I spent 65$ for this, It was my first time and I was recommended and really disappointed I came for that service Read Less

I was a regular here for over a year and loved my nail tech, Alex. I was told Alex moved to another location, but I thought I'd still give them a try since it's so clean and my previous experiences were great. However, the nail tech cut my toe with her equipment and didn't notice until I pointed it out. Although she and the manager apologized, I was still expected to pay...even though I was walking out the door with a bloody bandaid wrapped around my foot. Im new to The Woodlands and have tried many different salons. QA nails is the BEST of the best salon here. Quite and relax atmosphere, English speaking techs, professional looking owner and elegant  decoration. This salon does not look like the others. Also, they have a lengthy drink menu. I got the organic pedi and mani with glass of white wine. Staffs are very friendly. Its worthy for every penny. PRICE is very reasonable that was surprised me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone. Yesterday I went and got a manicure, I went 2 hours before they closed. The lady that did my nails rushed through the entire manicure. I was really hoping to have a relaxing time and was looking forward to the arm and hand massage. The manicurist, after rushing through painting my nails, put some lotion on my arms (not even getting any on my hands or cuticles) and quickly rubbed and in then said "thank you". I was shocked that It was over so fast. I'd give the service a low score. I will say the place was clean, but too bare. They need some decorations to make it feel more like a relaxing nail spa. QA Nails~Spa is a beautiful & extremely relaxing Nail Spa. Paula is my favorite, the best relaxing pedicures. Massage, detailed, professional, yet extremely relaxing. And Alex is also good, bit chatty, but nice. Pricing is competitive for area. It's very clean, soft spa music, fabulous massage chairs, bottle of water, only sub captioned TV..no blaring TV shows. Great place! I moved to the Woodlands a few months ago and have been looking for a nice place to get my nails done. This place is really close to my home, relaxing environment and modern looking. I had a really disappointing/terrible experience here 3 weeks ago.  I usually go to Houston to get my nails done, but I had a flight to catch and Houston was experiencing flooding in some areas so I didn't want to risk getting stranded. To make a long story short, I came here to get a full set before a 2.5 week vacation. I was cut 3 times, my cuticles were horribly ripped apart causing hangnails, and my nails were poorly painted with lots of bubbles in the polish. To make matters worse, I got engaged on the trip and I didn't even want to take a picture of my hand to send to family because my nails looked that bad :( I have had some pretty bad nail salon experiences, but this one takes the cake.. 5 star treatment in this immaculate, soothing, spa-like oasis! Quiet, instrumental music in the background ( instead of blaring daytime Jerry Springer dramas on dueling TV's), friendly, ENGLISH-speaking technicians, who actually ask & listen to your preferences in nail length, shape, etc. couldn't believe the difference in my experience here, compared to my past ones elsewhere. This place is honestly the best nail place in The Woodlands/Magnolia area by a landslide!  For awhile I was going from place to place trying to find place that suited my needs. I am a very particular person when it comes to my nails so I don't become a regular very easy. Every time I come here the staff is very warm and friendly. They also have a huge shellac color selection and they are all beautiful colors!  Another huge thing that stands out to me is how sanitary they are! Everything is either autoclaved or disposable.  As for my manicure, the shellac lasts me 2 1/2 weeks and I only have to get them done when they are outgrown.  They never peel or chip! Warm welcome as soon as I walked in. Came in for mani and pedi. Informed the tech I had shellac on my toes and she didn't seem to happy about that. My manicure was done while in the spa chair and I feel like I missed out on some parts such as the hot towels and massage. After the techs realized it was close to closing time they warmed up and were a little more talkative. The atmosphere gives off a snobbish vibe. I've read that they have plenty of beverages to choose from but I wasn't aware of that. I received a bottle of water. For 80 bucks after tip I'll probably keep exploring. But I will say my pedicure has yet to chip which is rare as I'm on my feet very often. That's a plus. Read Less
