If I had the choice to give them zero stars I would. I went in there and told the lady what I wanted and when she cut it too short I told her that was too short and she said oh no this is fine. And didn't even do the shape I asked for! She kept saying no this is fine! NO THIS IS MY NAILS. And I got very plain nails, they were all one color except for 2 of them, they were plain sparkles, and they tried to charge me 50 dollars when I can go somewhere and get 2 FULL NAILS FULL OF DIAMONDS for that. They also tried to over charge my friend for a refill, she got a refill of the SAME color and they charged her 40 dollars for a REFILL. Also, my nails are not evenly shaped, some are thicker then others, and they aren't the same size. Whenever I tried to tell her what I didn't like, and what I wanted her to do, she would say no the work she did was fine and kept going. I will NEVER come back to this place. Read Less

First time at this salon and it was wonderful! The technicians were very friendly and the atmosphere was really inviting. My daughter and I had pedicures and eyebrow waxed. Our technicians were Ann and Thi - both super and did a really good job. I had been to another salon recently, also for the first time, and the technicians were just rough and unfriendly. By far the BEST nail and spa in The Woodlands and surrounding area. My mother, sister and I have always been taken care of by Cindy and her mom for over 3 years. I stopped in close to their closing time and even though it was late everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Suri did an amazing job on my nails and Ivy provided excellent care during my pedicure! This is probably the best Nail Salon in the Houston area.  They treat you like a queen and the work is the best I've had.  I can go 4-5 weeks between pedicures if needed while traveling and 3 weeks with the Diamond Dip.  Very well trained staff and such a treat! Read Less

My husband and I just had a pedicure there, and learned this location was under new management. No waiting although it was was very busy, the salon was clean and employees were friendly.  We enjoyed a refreshing beverage during our time there. My husband's feet are very sensitive and they were gentle with him. He stated that his feet felt amazing as we left.  We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks again Plush! Read Less

I took my two daughters in for my daughter London's 11th birthday. It was the first visit to a nail salon for both of them. They were treated like queens while they received pedicures. At the end, Cindy brought out a platter with a cupcake complete with candle, orange juice in a champagne flute, and a birthday headband for London. They sang happy birthday to her and presented her with a gift card. I truly think they went above and beyond on a busy Saturday. We have DEFINITELY found our nail salon. The staff welcomed me with open arms. They offered me wine and a hot towel to relax. My pedicure was amazing and my full set was bomb. This place is by far the best! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Would never go anywhere else. I always get the best treatment and my nails look amazing every time. Drove here out of my way one morning before work, way further than my usual salon, greeted them with a smile and told them I was referred by a friend, they were not friendly or welcoming. They looked at me like an inconvenience.   I shook it off and pursued to ask the front desk about their most basic prices, she was very vague and dismissive. They turned to each other and started talking instead of attending to me.   I awkwardly went to choose a color without any direction or service when a lady rushed toward me and preceded to "help" pick by pointing and saying "this one" (one out of two same red polishes) that were in my hand and walked away.  Once I was finally seated, I tried to converse with my nail tech about they services and amnesties I had heard about ,( egg rolls and iced Vietnamese coffee on their website), she just told me it was too early and didn't offer any options.  When I forced myself to ask for coffee, the girl yelled at like five different girls to make it and some ignored or laughed in the back and whispered .  The girl lucky enough to serve me looked completely uninterested and brought me a small tea cup of ice with a few drops of coffee on the bottom and a large straw. Worst experience ever, had never felt so uncomfortable , tense, and I welcomed at any of the dozens of woodlands salons I've visited.  Top it off with the fact this one was the most overpriced , you don't get what you pay for!
