If I could leave zero stars, I would. Paid over $50 for a BRAND NEW SET of nails and within 4 days, three of my nails had come off completely and the others were all lifting. I called and was told to come in at 5pm (when I get off work) and they would be fixed. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave and come back another time because a large party had arrived. I explained the situation, and they still would not help me, even though I had an appointment. I'm not looking for anything free, I came prepared to pay for whatever needed to fixed. Great Salon! I've been going here for almost a year now since I've moved to Houston. I'm picky on how I like my nails done and Joann "nailed" it the very first time! I went in today for a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was ok, nothing great or special about it. For gel on my toes it's an extra $20 which is crazy. Then there's my full set, its horrendous! I asked for coffin shaped and these aren't even close. The matte top coat has holes where not enough was put on and since it's color changing polish, you can totally see the crap job. He didn't ask how long I wanted them and didn't even check to see if they were all the same length so now I have these god awful pointed nubs that aren't even the same length. The rhinestones I asked for aren't even straight. It's so embarrassing especially when I spent $125. Ill never be back. Now I have to pay someone else to take them off and do them right. Read Less

I love this salon! I've had the best service ever since I started coming here. They take their time with each client and they remember who you are when you come in. Their prices are competitive, but you're getting your money's worth. They also stay up-to-date on the "nail trends" if you will. I highly recommend them! Read Less

I have gone to euphoria off and on for about a year. I stopped going initially because it is very difficult to just walk in without a lengthy wait. They were understaffed then and still are today. So the last few times I have come, I have scheduled an appointment. Today, I did the same and scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm. I told them over the phone that I wanted Dip powder on my nails and a pedicure and that I wanted them at the same time, they said no problem over the phone. I arrived on time to my appointment, and as soon as I arrived the lady who greeted me informed me that they were behind. When I asked her how far she said, "not too far. Shouldn't be too long." She then said that the reason why they were behind is because a lot of people just walked in. Well, I happened to look over and there were two people just then sitting in the pedicure chairs. A 3rd that had already been sitting down, but No one has even started working on them yet. It's really frustrating that I had an appointment and here it is 30 minutes later and I still have not had someone start my pedicure or nails. What is the point in scheduling an appointment if you have to sit here forever? I ended up leaving due to the wait. Seems like poor management to me. Looks like I won't be coming back. Read Less

This is a really great place, but the experience I had today will not have me coming back. All manicurists should leave their attitude at the door especially when dealing with calm customers who are paying decent prices for a service. If I could give them zero stars belive me I would. I had been to this salon maby times. No experience had been great. They do your manicure and your pedicure at the same time, so you can forget about a luxury spa experience! The last time I went, I had a dark shellac color on my nails, I told them not to file these off because I have thin nails to begin with, and they clearly didn't take that too kindly. They soaked my nails in acetone which is nothing new, and I guess at one point just go tired or waiting for it to come off. I was getting a French manicure, and after the first coat was on, discovered that you could still see the dark Polish through the paint for the manicure. I told them not to continue to file down my nail to get the color off, but at this point it was too late, they continued to file them down to the point where I had to just stop them and walk out. I will NEVER go to this salon again, it was a horrible experience and the only reason I gave them a star at all was to provide this feedback. I hope it helps! Read Less

I don't recommend this place. I called in advance and asked if they had time for a pedi and SNS. It was Memorial Day at 430 and they said yes they are open till 7. Well once I got there they said they wanted to leave early for a party at their managers so They had to hurry through and do them both at once. Within two days my nails chipped and the filing job was awful. Every nail was going in a different direction because they filed them while I was sitting in a chair. So I went back to ask them to fix the three nails. They are open till 7...I got there at 5:20 and they were already closing again!Then within 4 days my toe nails were chopping off the color and the polish was like peeling off and another fingernail chipped. Acrylic shouldn't chip within 2 days. I finally called and they they refunded me half and I had my nails fixed somewhere else. They use old products and rush. Read Less

Hands down the best mani and pedi I've ever had! I got the essential oil pedi, 55 minutes long with multiple massages which included a hot stone massage. I was so relaxed I could've fallen asleep! Amy did a great job! I also got gel nails with my mani, they turned out perfect and also came with a massage. They also give you a quick shoulder and neck massage as you wait for your nails to dry. Tried out this new place. I had a pretty easy design of what I wanted for my bridals and the guy tried several times and couldn't do it to where I liked it so he took it off for me. Pedicure was great. Nice atmosphere. Read Less

A little expensive, but they do a great job!  It's really close to my house so this is my go-to nail spot.  It's clean, the techs are friendly, and they pay a lot of attention to detail.  My pedis last at least a month and a half!  Will continue to be my preferred spot! Read Less

I visited Euphoria with a friend and I had reservations... I usually go to another place! We walked in just the two of us for pedis and fills for our nails. They told us it would be another hour before they could start on us when there was only 2 other women in the salon. Then when they finally got to us, it took them 2 hours for a simple pedicure and fill, and I paid $25 for a pedicure that costs $15 anywhere else. The full on my nails was done but the paint job was horrible!!!!! It chipped as I was leaving the parking lot. TAKES WAYY TOO LONG TO DO ANYTHING! Don't waste your money or your time...
