I have never had such an awful experience with a business. First time I came in I planned my entire night around the appointment, showed on time, had to wait over half an hour and then couldn't get my nails done. Second time I booked online and got a confirmation to get my nails done for my wedding. I spent sixty dollars Ubering from work to be there on time and my appointment didn't go through. I understand that technical glitches happen, but the woman on the phone was rude. People told me they were overpriced and not to go here... but this is just disgraceful.

I totally recommend this salon! Their hours are incredibly flexible and they're opened 7 days a week. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and relaxed. They do great work and pay attention to detail. Best of all, I booked my first appointment online. The system made a booking error and overbooked me into an already full slot. They rescheduled my appointment and gave me all services for FREE. Yes, I'll certainly be back.

Very dissatisfied with my pedicure. Very limited selection of colors. The pedicurist cut my nails too short as well as my cuticles and made me bleed twice. Didn't do a thorough job of callus removal ...
Very dissatisfied with my pedicure. Very limited selection of colors. The pedicurist cut my nails too short as well as my cuticles and made me bleed twice. Didn't do a thorough job of callus removal either. For the massage, she spent a total of 3 minutes total on both feet. Certainly not worth the $34! Will not be coming back

This place the greatest! For two years running I've taken my wife to Pinkie's as a Valentine's Day gift. They treat her like a Queen there, serve her Champagne, put rose petals in her foot spa, use some kind of chocolate scrub... I have no idea what all that stuff is so I just tell them to take care of her and they really do! It's a family run shop and you can tell they take pride in everything they do. My wife loves this place and so do I. I recommend highly.

I went in to Pinkie's for a manicure and pedicure and I really enjoyed my experience. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere was both relaxing and clean. They have a lot of different choices on their menu. And I found the prices to be very reasonable. Check out Pinkies if you haven't already.

I treated my girlfriend to a bit of pampering at Pinkies and we wereboth thoroughly impressed!I don't really know a lot about manicures, but I could tell it was fancywhen they started pouring champagne and flowers in her foot soak thingy!She thought she had gone to heaven when they did the paraffin wax.The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. They werevery good at explaining each process and showing all the options (whichthey had a ton!).Pinkies is very classy and professional and it turned out to be the bestgift ever. We will definitely go back!

I have never had such an awful experience with a business. First time I came in I planned my entire night around the appointment, showed on time, had to wait over half an hour and then couldn't get my nails done. I totally recommend this salon! Their hours are incredibly flexible and they're opened 7 days a week. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and relaxed. Very dissatisfied with my pedicure. Very limited selection of colors. The pedicurist cut my nails too short as well as my cuticles and made me bleed twice. Didn't do a thorough job of callus removal either. For the massage, she spent a total of 3 minutes total on both feet. Certainly not worth the $34! Will not be coming back

This place the greatest! For two years running I've taken my wife to Pinkie's as a Valentine's Day gift. They treat her like a Queen there, serve her Champagne, put rose petals in her foot spa, use some kind of chocolate scrub...
