She did a painful,sloppy job.  She worked fast, and I left with rough spots and polish on my skin.  When I asked about cleaning the polish off my skin,she scratched me with her nail and made a sore. Jan 22, 2017. My younger sister and I went in without an appointment around 2. It wasn't too packed and we actually were seated for a pedicure after about 10 minutes. The water for the pedicure was WILDLY hot. Enough that I had to repeatedly take my feet out and calm down. The staff was already not attentive and they didn't seem to understand me well so I honestly didn't even ask to change the temp. The rest of pedi went okay. The massage was GREAT but my nails are filed unevenly. I had two ingrowns removed on my big toes and I am now in a good amount of pain. They're swollen enough to have rubbed and taken skin off itself and the next toe. (1/25) I didn't get color done. My 13 yr old sister wanted color but forgot to choose one. The man asked what color and I pulled her dark blue streak of hair forward and said, "dark blue" multiple times. He grabs a light purple bottle instead. Insisted on it. I got out of the water and grabbed the right one. I told him that she has sensitive toes and she does her ingrowns herself at home. "Do not touch them. No ingrown removal." What does he do?? Five minutes later he's DIGGING IN THERE. My sis is shy and didn't say anything. By the time I realized what was happening it was too late. He toes were bloody and she was doing her best to hold in the pain. We should have left then. TWO HOURS LATER we are both done with pedis. We wait at the front again for a seat for a manicure. People that came in after us were being worked on first. ANOTHER HOUR LATER they ask why we are taking up seats still. UM. We've been talking with you about manicures as well. I get my old shellac soaked off. The same pedi guy did my manicure. My nails were uneven and filed to pointy edged rectangles. I had multiple hang nails. When he's finally "finished" with his hack job I get up to go to my sister. She's near tears. I panic and look at her hands. The woman had put HUGE, flared, solar white tips on her. They looked like damn paddles. I had told the woman that she wanted simple painted on french tips. No fake nails. My sister told her three different times. I could hear her three tables down so naturally I was PISSED that the idiot in front of my sister didn't hear her. I told her to shave them down and round the edges. She didn't want shellac. She just wanted white paint. The woman clipped them a half-inch down and started to file and finish up. .......NO, not enough. She clipped more down so they weren't paddle-like but refused?? to round the rectangles to an almond shape. I told her how we needed it done and she snapped at me to wait. I was about to explode. She then "finished" and was like, "See? She's done." NOPE. Still horrible. I jumped her ass until she got it. We go to pay. FOUR HOURS LATER. 93 dollars. I leave a ten dollar tip. I usually tip 30 for badass experience. The owner actually stopped me and said, "Wait is this right? Only ten?!" I couldn't even say anything I stormed out. SO ANGRY. I would give this place zero stars if i could!! This was the worst manicure I have ever had. Simple shellac color change. She grinded my nail beds so hard when she could have just soaked it off. Then she paints my nails and they look horrible. The entire nail wasnt painted and she had Polish all on my skin and cuticle. I asked her if she could clean it off and she said its fine..what kind of nail tech leaves a client with polish all around their finger and says its FINE??? I could have done a better job myself!! Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was fantastic. The lady who did my nails was terrible. First, she filed my nails unevenly, even after I told her twice to fix it. Then, she tells me the GEL color I picked out would look tacky on me. So, she tells me to pick out from shellac colors, and did not tell me about an up charge. She leaves a glob of polish on the end of my nails and doesn't fix it after I ask her to. They would not let me have someone else fix it. I argued about it and there was flat out refusal. This nail salon is a breath of fresh air compared to the surrounding salons. Every other one looked run down, and the exterior of this one actually looked nice. The inside is clean and welcoming. THE OWNER HERSELF DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON MY NAILS THEY WERE LUMPY AND ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS- SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN I TOLD HER THAT THEY DID NOT LOOK NEAT SHE FIXED ONE, AND THEN TRYED TO SEND ME AWAY WITH A BIG GLOB OF ACRYLIC UNDER MY FINGER THAT I HAD TO GO BACK IN AND FURTHER DEAL WITH HER ATTITUDE TO HAVE IT REMOVED- DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
