I went in on Tuesday to get a manicure, pedicure, and a full set. The window says you get a mani/pedi combo deal. So I decided to do that on top of getting a solar full set. I was given a lady named Kim for my services. I was very pleased with the pedicure. This is where it took a bad turn. She rushed through my nails. She puts white tips on prior to doing a solar set, which I've never seen, but I'm thinking maybe this is just how she does it? In the process she cut my thumb. (Didn't clean it off) she kept going with the blood going under the edge. After she gets done, she tried charging me an extra $5 dollars because she had to cut my cuticles? On top of the charge of a manicure. Um last time I checked, I can read, the book clearly states that a basic manicure comes with cuticle care. So at that point I'm lost. And I ask her, "What are you charging me with a manicure then? All because I got the manicure before the full set put on?" She said yes. Which is confusing. She ended up not charging me the extra after I asked what's the manicure charge if you're going to charge me another 5 dollars for the same service? But this is where I get pissed, by that night my thumb nails were lifting. Which I took a photo for proof. No way after 4/5 hours should they be lifting. The tips weren't even glued to my nails, so everything was getting between the solar tip and my nail. I went back the next day, and a different lady fixed my thumbs. Now here we are on Friday, and 3 other nails are lifting up. I'm extremely frustrated. The bill was almost $160 (I treated my mom as well that night). I'm not a bad person, Even left a $40 tip. Mimi was unbelievably rude. Perception is reality.... If your body language is saying you are agitated and angry then to your customer (who does not understand what you are saying) your are agitated and angry. My sister and I had the same mani and pedi...and yet mine was $10 more. I called ahead of time and asked if we could get a mani and pedi at the same time and was told by a male that answered the phone that yes we could because they had plenty of staff that evening.....2 and a half hours later we were through...after setting at a station for an hour without service , i watched a young man walk out. Never go here! I got my nails done for prom and the nail tech completely did the opposite of what I wanted and tried to say it was fault. They do not listen and the Manager is so rude he claimed they're policy is if they do the nail you have to pay whether you like the nail or not I wouldn't recommend going here Read Less
