The pedicure was good but the lady who did my manicure did not do a good job all horrible customer service in my opinion. Other customers were offered something to drink not once was I offered or asked. Quin at Oasis did such professional beautiful work. Her attention to detail was phenomenal! Came in today for a pedicure and asked to soak. The tech was very busy texting on her phone to check to see if the water temperature was okay then walks away.  Another tech had to ask me if I needed the temperature adjusted.  Then she tries to loud talk in their language.  How unprofessional!!!  I know not to come on Tuesdays when Katie is not here. Ridiculous my daughter and i came in they asked how can they help we said pedicures a lady said pick your color we waited bout 30 minutes then the guy pointed where to go to start our pedi we sit there another 10 minutes no one came to prepare anything to set up so then a older couple came in and they went straight to get their pedi done and immediately the setup was started and water started running im like oh my let me get on out of her and on my way out the door the same guy had the nerve to say sorry never will i step foot in there AGAIN Read Less

It was quite packed when my sister & I came on a Saturday morning. I don't remember the name of the technician we got but she was ok. On the pedicure, she ended up scraping my sister's foot. The actual polish looked as if I did it at home! Nothing special at all and she missed quite a few places on the nails. I forgot to snap a picture but I don't think I'll go here again. First time customer and I have to say I will be BACK !! I was amazed of how friendly and skilled the two ladies were who I encountered. Hanna did my dip in Mani and Nhi did my pedi both were fantastic!!! I've been to plenty of nail spas and by far this place is above them all ! This was my 2nd time. The first time I would have given them 10 stars if I was able. This time I felt a bit of attitude and not sure I still love them but will give them another shot or two because I really hate the other places around me, but the way I figure it, if I'm giving you $80 for a dip mani and a lavender pedi (I asked for cucumber melon) then you should smile and not act like it's killing you to do your job. I have been going there for a few months and loved it but this last time was the worst service ever . They put me with someone new because the girl I normally see was not there and they were shorthanded I told this new girl what I wanted and she proceeded to work on my nails I noticed that she wasn't doing what I asked so I looked at my nails and when I did that she acted extremely annoyed. And then she looked over at one of the other girls and proceeded to speak in her own language she rushed me through and when I told her I wasn't happy with what she was doing she did not listen she was extremely rude and my nails look like crap I told them I might be back but I did not want to see her again but now that I think about it I'm going to look elsewhere. This service today was the worst I've ever had, my toe needed to be repolished after the nail lady slipped on my Clark Flip flop so instead of taking my shoe off she rubbed my toe with nail polish remover which ate my leather up ( I was so upset) not only that but the person that claim to own the business wanted to buy my shoes at 40.00 plus keep my ruined flip flops ( which would leave me barefooted)  or 20% off my service  , they were not apologetic at all, when you ruin someone's/clients items you should accommodate them. This is definitely not a kid friendly place. I don't always take my kids but I was hopeful but even though the kids were relatively chill they spoke a little loudly and the owner (I think) shushed them soo loudly that it was embarrassing and a lot of the ladies there couldn't believe it. I don't understand why he didn't just address the problem with me since I was standing right there and I was still waiting. Needless to say, I paid $5 for the water that we asked for and some candy that the kids ate and left. I found this place because I was looking for a nail salon close to my mom and offered Jelly Pedicures. (they are by far the most amazing out there) Due to location this place looks to always be busy and even with an appointment we still had a short wait. Where this place shines are that the technicians were great. I was treating my mom for an early Mother's Day and wanted to make sure she felt pampered. They were extremely sweet and every time they asked my mom about services she pointed them to me. I would say that for where they are located you are not going to find anything better and or matched so the normal places I use near my home. They offer all the newest and hottest treatments from the Jelly Pedicure and Collagen manicures.I would definitely come back and think my mom is a fan and will be back again. Read Less

Went and got a full set and pedicure on a Saturday. Showed the lady a photo of what I specifically wanted done to my nails and she didn't do it. After bringing to her attention that I didn't like my shape she insisted that there was nothing she could do to fix it.. even went on to saying that everyone's nails are all different sizes therefore that my nails can not be symmetrical. I'm very upset with the out come and after directing my situation to the lady upfront about how unsatisfied I was she said that I would have to pay $20 just so that they can fix them. Stopped by here when looking for a place to get a mani pedi. So glad I did. Walked in on a Friday afternoon to no wait. My friend and I immediately got seated for gel manis. After we were walked over to get our pedis. Because they weren't super crowded they let us sit in the massage chairs after our pedis while the polish dried instead of rushing us to the seated driers. Two days in and I still love my nails. There are a few errors in the gel but nothing that would stop me from gladly coming back. And for the price...it'll be hard to find someone better! Read Less
