Our first time here. The Asian lady at the front desk who seem to be a manager or owner was extremely rude. She stayed sitting down reclining with a frown when we entered and requested for 2 Venetian pedicures & one shellac services. She just pointed us to spa chairs. The decor and facility is beautiful but the service was pathetic. I get shellac manicure every 2 weeks. With this location, my shellac nails chipped & broke within a week for the first time. They removed previous shellac polish with such harshness that it made my nail bed soft & nails starting breaking within a week. Wasted over $100. Read Less

It was my second time coming here today and I felt like I had to leave a review this time around. As soon as people walk in, they are greeted and assisted. The times I've been here have been on the weekend and it's never crowded, so wait is no longer than 10 min. As far as technicians go, Sofia was the kind woman who took care of me today and it was nothing short of excellent. We conversed the entire time and she provided great service, I was entertained the entire time. She, of course, did great with my nails! What really left an impact was that her husband (who is the owner) also remembered me from my previous visit! He remembered small details people wouldn't normally stow away in their thought tank. This is the only salon I will get the dip powder at, it's not like shellac where it peels off, my nails grow long and healthy and the dip powder is easy on my nails. Even when removing the dip powder, it comes right off and light filing is done. I tried dip powder at another salon but they used acrylic powder and it ruined my nails, especially when they removed it, the harsh filing made my nails so thin and weak, it wasn't the same at all. I'm annoyed they pretended it was the same quality, when in fact, it's no where near the same as dip powder. Before this nail salon opened, I hopped from place to place, based solely on my proximity to a business at the moment I decided I needed/wanted a pedicure. I'm so excited to have found MY OASIS in Sugar Land. I became a regular after my first visit based on the facts that management is super friendly, and the salon is always clean and welcoming. This place is very nice and located in Town Square in Sugar Land.  It's clean and the people are friendly. However my manicure was done by Ty and it might have been her first time. She didn't want to cut my nails "you don't need cut" - they did!  Then she proceeded to cut me on two fingers even after I warned her that I took blood thinners, and to be careful. Lastly i asked her for cuticle oil and she said 'that takes away the shine'. So i left bleeding and with dry cuticles. Never again. Read Less

Windy is great!  BUT they always jip me for 5 bucks.  From when they had their "first time customer discount" up until a discount for working in the center.  Regardless it's always going to be 40 bucks for a set for me apparently.  Second to last time I came they said they had to charge me take off my nails because I didn't continue their dip there.  THEY SAID "next time when you come back we won't charge you because you're getting a your set with us." and it's always the same lady at the front trying to argue with the pricing.  I came back again after the last time and got the dipping again she still said 40.  I'm like so where's my town square discount? And she said they took it off so that 5 dollars, but they said last time they weren't charging me if I kept doing my dipping here and she said no.  You really wanna lose a continuous customer for 5 bucks then alright.  I'll find elsewhere. The staff was super friendly, answered all questions I had, offered drinks while I was there, and helped me relax. The staff did a great job on both my pedicure and manicure. The nail salon was nice to look at but my nails never dried its been three hours and my nails STILL are not dry i sat under the drying table for 25 minutes and the lady didnt even fix her mistake!!! All messed up. Money down the drain im never going again. Read Less

Had a wonderful experience at this location. First off the decor is super glam and fabulous—I felt like a queen walking in. When I get my nails done, I do so as a treat to myself. And, I definitely left here feeling pampered, relaxed, and beautiful. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for (the manager even came over to check on me and ask how the service was). I received compliments on both my gel manicure and pedicure. Also, the salon is right in the middle of Town Center, so you have restaurants, bars, and Starbucks all within walking distance. I work in the area and was so excited when this place opened up! Every time I come in I'm seated immediately, no wait time. The staff is extremely friendly, and make sure I'm taken care throughout my entire visit. The place is always clean and they make sure to use new tools on everyone. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I sent a message to Vincent (the manager) on New Years Day, which is typically a holiday but I wanted to get my nails done. They literally opened the salon for me! They were closed but said I could come in at 11am. How great is that?! Once I entered, they called me by name and were very welcoming. They then proceeded to ask what I needed and recommended the dipping powder, which I had never tried before. I decided to try it and it is so cool! It's clean but otherwise did not like it at all. I was excited to try somewhere new but wish I just went to my usual. Shellac mani- Done by David. I went in with long natural nails and super excited to get shellac done on them. I told him to keep them long but to shape them. I left with such short nails. Like a person that bites their nails short. Ruined my night. Basic pedicure- done by Amy. She had to put glue on my toe nail because it had cracked but instead of buffing it out it seemed like she put a blob of glue and painted over it. Also I was told on the phone that the basic pedicure is $25 but when I went to pay they said no $28. Hate places that don't have prices online... Overall, very upset with this experience and will never return. 2 stars just for being clean, but otherwise no "relaxing" feeling after leaving and threw away 70$... Read Less

My father treated me and my mother to Manis/Pedis/Massages for my  Bday and her Push Gift (Gift for Mom's for Pushing Out The Baby...lol). Absolutely loved it! This is in my top 3 Nail Salons. There is nothing that I can think of that would add to the experience. Price: I noticed some one said they are a little over priced. I thought the price was rather inexpensive. However, I am not from here so maybe it is for the area. But 55 for a deluxe Mani/Pedi is AMAZING in my book. The pedi would have been 45 to 50 by itself in DC. I had the Venetian Sig. mani/pedi with David. I was immediately offered my choice of water, wine, soda, and I think tea. I chose red wine. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, soothing, no loud TVs blaring. There is classical music playing in the back ground. Both included a 10 minute massages on both hands/arms and feet/lower legs, sugar scrub, mask, hot towel service and all of the regular pedi stuff. I also had a neck and shoulder massage.
