I have been a loyal customer to this salon for years and the service and the employees have gotten bad. I had continue to keep going to give them numerous chances and every time I walk out I am VERY UNPLEASED with the staff and how unprofessional that it has become. I have switched back and forth to powder acrylic and shellac and my most recent experience I had with it I had my manicure for not even a week and the shellac had chipped off on all my nails and was peeling off. I had went in before the week guarantee and I had called before and made an appointment with the same lady that had did my nails and I still had waited 40 minutes to get taken back. This is so inconsiderate and unprofessional in many different ways! I have come to the point I will never step foot back into this salon nor give them any type of business ever! The manager here is DISRESPECTFUL. I have been a loyal customer here for years. I tried 'dip' for the first time and was told by TWO employees that there was a 2 week guarantee. My nails chipped within 8 days, so I went in with my card (they write the date). The owner told me there was a 1 week guarantee and I had been told wrong. He then called from his phone, the woman who did my nails. He had ME TALK TO HER (talk about unprofessional). He said he would fix it but was so rude about it and was lecturing me on the policy (not his employee). I was very uncomfortable and will NEVER step foot in here again. Read Less

I just cannot recommend this place. I'm not picky at all. I just asked for a simple neutral color on my fingers and toes. The lady up front said OPI Bubblegum would be the perfect color for me. Perfect! Done! I had to remind Christina, the nail tech, to take off my clear polish before she started painting. She painted two coats, and the color was still very splotchy. I commented on it because she said she was done, and then she began to immediately get rude and raise her voice at me. She said it was my fault, and I could pick another color and she would apply one coat on top of the splotchy color. The manager overheard and Christina grabbed her things and stormed off. A new lady came, Kelly, and somewhat fixed my nails... they still aren't very good. I just wanted out of there! They still look bad but maybe not if Kelly would have done it from the beginning! Debby did my toes and insulted me the whole time - my skin is dry, my nails aren't perfect, my feet are dry - trying to get me to upgrade. After telling her no for the fourth time and reminding her she asked me four times, she finally stopped. I won't be going back .... ever! If you decide to go here, good luck! Sweet escape had been my go to for at least four years, however they've recently transitioned to different management. All of the great customer service and techs left with the previous team. I've made appointments several times and not once have all scheduled services began remotely on time. Today an appointment was made for 5:45 and services did not begin until after 7:00pm. I asked the manager the issue and not only would he not speak to me (a paying customer) but he also laughed and shrugged. The techs I deal with are great! But management is going to run this place right into the ground. Don't come here unless your schedule is extremely open. They definitely lack consideration for customers time. Read Less

Went In for a pedi and mani that was $35 & $30 that was written on a sticky then I got a massage and hot wax on my hands & arms.. well 30min later while checking out my bill was $125.00!!! Nice place but Never going back! Feels like I've been robbed! Read Less

They really made my mother's day special. I come hear all the time but today they really turned up the service. They had snacks of all kinds and mimosas and juice for my little one. My daughter really enjoyed her first mani and pedi. The ladies were so sweet to her. Great job, Sweet Escape! Read Less
