Welcoming staff, it's a Saturday but they worked me in. They made me feel welcomed and were through about the services.  I had been considering this place for awhile and I'm glad I did.I love the fact they use a giant plastic thingy in the foot massage basin.  They don't reuse it.  They also sanitize the bubble maker in the basin before re-installing it.I'm OCD, I pay attention to these things.  The floors are clean and the stations are clean.  They also use gloves while working on your feet, which makes me comfortable with the idea of not transferring anything.  The ladies are all sweet and professional and made sure I understood what I was receiving.  They even had a booklet of prices and services, so you know what you're getting.  I'm not one to be picky but I sometimes have a problem with accents.  No problem here, they slowed it down for me and repeated themselves.Take note- I do find it rude for any nail salon to speak anything but English.  It always makes me feel as though they are speaking bad of me or others.  So I do make it a point to ask what's being said.  It's up to them to tell me the truth and I just have to go with it.  Guess now I'll be learning Vietnamese.  I mean it can't be that hard.  (Insert sarcasm, but I'm serious- I'm going to learn it.) Spanish is overrated.  (kidding)Yes, I recommend this place.  Not only are they one of the best places I've been to to get my nails done, but they did a fabulous job!  Don't let the fact they're in a Wal Mart discourage you.  It took me awhile to trust, but after seeing the cleanliness in this particular place...  I'm glad I gave them a chance! Got my nails done (shellac) here last week because supposedly they were having a sale for $45 shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Two days later they chipped. It hasn't even been a week, and I have two nails chipped and three that have completely fallen off. This has never happened to me before. On top of that, they ended up charging me the same price ($53) as my usual nail salon,Sweetwater nails & spa, and I didn't get the discount. Not to mention they took about 20 minutes to attend to me, definitely not coming back to this location after this experience. Read Less

I had my nails done "professionally" for the first time as I always do it myself. I came without any appt. on a Sunday afternoon and I was seated right away. Kathy did a beautiful job. Regal Nails is an awesome place to get your manicure and pedicure. The pomegranate rub is awesome and soothing. The hot wax and hot stone massage is unbeatable. They take their time and don't rush no matter how many people are in there. They stay late if needed. If they can work on my dogs I am more than confident that they can take care of your feet or hands. Read Less

I have visited this salon on more than one occasion. Each time I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. The employees are very kind, courteous and professional. You pay a little more but it is worth it. I LOVE the fact that they use liners in the basin portion of their chairs for pedicures. Read Less

Just left and it was my first time going to this nail salon. I did like how the prices were cheaper than this nail salon across the street. But that's were it ends there was this guy who did it. I had pink and white tips, and this is not the first time I have gotten them done before. Every time I  would go to get them removed they normally soak the nails in acetone and buff them. But the guy he used a acrylic nail to remove my nails, and it was really hurting. The guy did ask me if it hurt and I said yes pulling my nail with another nail does not feel good. When he has removing the nail I noticed that the nail were the acrylic was connected to was still attached to it I lost a great amount of my nails from this process. I just didn't have a great time there and will not return, I will just stick to spectrum across the street. Read Less

For a Walmart Salon, this place is amazing. Seriously though. I've been to some Walmart Nail Salons and was greeted by a few roaches who came out from behind the design board to greet me. Eww. This place, however, has nothing of the sort. Their prices are a bit steep, ($30 for a shellac manicure)but I wouldn't mind paying extra for a clean and sanitary salon with great customer service. One of the owners, Vicki, is amazing and pretty much everyone in the salon is great as well. They offer you water and even a nice snack while you wait and take great measure to clean the Pedicure chairs after every person they do. I'd totally recommend this salon if you like a clean place to get your nails done and also buy a car battery a few aisles over. Read Less
