Usually good service, lovely decor, and reasonable pricing, but the nail techs aren't really friendly and interactive with the customers. The place has a cold and sterile feel to it, not at all warm and inviting. I have actually had one of them say to me while I was picking out my color "so am I going to do your nails or not". I mean yikes?!
I know I am an indecisive person and the overwhelming amount of choices just makes things worse, but sending me silent passive aggressive vibes, and even worse in that particular occasion, openly showing irritation at me, the customer who was just taking a bit longer in making a color selection just uncalled for. That behavior certainly won't make me go faster and usually leads me to picking a color I would be unhappy with.
I know this is a common nail shop offense, but I just wanted to give a heads up that they do file your nails into non-existence. It's been months and I'm still trying to get them back to their former glory.
I have only been with Cindy, and I think she is a pro at creating the look that the customer wants and exceeding the wishes of the customers because I feel she has a good understanding for the craft.
I have always had to go home and tweak the shape/angle/curve of the nails, or smooth the overall feel of it due to uneven coating, but I suppose that comes with t the territory.
I love the work and reaults but it is cold and a bit uninviting.
