I came in to do a refill and pedicure. This place is close to home which is why I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is beautiful, the employees are very polite. I didn't give them a 5 because I wasn't too happy with the work. My refill is peeling and it hasn't been 24 hours! I have been getting my nails done for about 5 years now and this has never happened to me. I stopped by this location for a shellac mani and pedi on my natural nails thinking it would be simple enough. No crazy designs just simple colors. Wrong. The location is actually quite nice and the people are welcoming. However, the quality of the manicure and pedicure was not good. First of all, she completed manicure and the shellac had no shine to it. She tried to fix it and had to redo them FOUR times. But that point they still didn't even look great but I was tired of waiting. She was a nice lady and I'm not even a picky person so idk if it was maybe the quality of their polish. I loved coming here when it first opened. However my recent experiences haven't been the best, one of the technicians actually cut my nails down so far that she cut my skin. Had I written this review when the salon first opened it would have been 4 stars for sure. Since then my regular nail tech quit so I've been bouncing around every other week to different techs find a match. No luck. They are in such a rush to get you in and out it turns what should be a relaxing spa experience to a nail mill. With that being said they have all cut me, buffed my skin to the point of blood and bruising and most of all unevenly shaped my nails.  Idk the search may continue for a new clean and relaxing nail shop. This is one of the best nail places I've ever been too. Go to Amanda!! She is the sweetest and does an amazing job. Every detail I ask of her she does with no problem. My nails look beautiful. It was waste of my money at this place.My pedicure is horrible, she did not clean good and the paint looks like 5 year old did. I did not see that there, but when I came out to the light it was horrible. For my manicure, I showed the picture how I wanted, first they did not have the color I wanted, ok no problem, she did sloppy job. Went here last night when I got off, based on Yelp reviews! I was EXTREMELY satisfied and more.I got there around 4:45 and there was a wait-no biggie, I always expect a wait when I go to a nail shop on the weekends-I was greeted warmly, and asked what I wanted done and to sign in. I was seated with my manicurist in about 15-20 minutes. (Cindy)Cindy was amazing!!! I have been trying to go "no-acrylic" for a few years now, but every manicurist I've gone too refuses to do it since i have very thin nails (years and years of acrylic). Not only did Cindy take on the task, but she did an amazing job. She did express concern, with good reason, but she allowed me to make the ultimate decision and provided me with a great shellac manicure. She was very gentle and took her time and I'm very pleased. Since I was a new customer, I got 10% off and received a free gift for texting in! Altogether I got my acrylic/powder set taken off and a shellac manicure for $35. VERY AFFORDABLE. I came here since it's close by my house to get my dipping nail polish remove. There's plenty of parking and easy to find thanks to their big name sign. Inside is cute, chic and clean. The service there is really good. Everyone is polite and welcomes you with a smile. I love my manicure but I'm giving it three stars because of my pedicure. Not really okay with the shape of my toe nails and I asked her before doing it that I want it a certain way but she gave me the complete opposite. I was a frequent client at a different nail salon for a year but decided to broaden my horizons and thank goodness I did because I absolutely love this place! I always get shellac on my fingers and a deluxe pedicure (this place offerers both) and my nail ladies did an EXCELLENT job. I love how they had an already matching nail polish assigned to the shellac colors so I didn't have to hunt for one myself. I upgraded my pedicure to the citrus scrub which was very relaxing and both my nails and toes turned out great. BONUS: the price was cheaper than what I've been paying at my previous salon! HORRIBLE PLACE! They scammed my cousin and I 105 dollars just for some simple acrylics!! It was the most horrible scamming place I have ever been to! They thought it would be smart to hustle my cousin and I because we are young and know nothing about nails! We even tipped them 20 dollars each! They were also talking bad about my cousin in Vietnamese until my cousin said she is Vietnamese! I honestly never felt so horrible about being in a nail salon. The place may look great but the scam you so much! Especially when your a student. Normal nail salons have special student prices but they obviously didn't! Normal shellac acrylics would have costed 30 dollars! They even charged extra for a matte coat! And extra for just shaping the acrylic into an almond shape! I got my nails done at another place and it totaled up to 37! 30 for shellac acrylics and ten extra for a design! I got 3 dollars off! I suggest not coming to this place! Horrible service and people! You know that feeling when you get a brand new manicure and you can't stop looking at it all the time? Well that is not what happened with my experience here. Although I can't say that I hate this place, I just don't like how my nails turned out. Sure, they were nice and the decor was amazing, but I do not think I will be coming back.I got the basic pedicure and manicure with the add-on shellac option. The manicure was $30 and the pedicure $20. Both were reasonably priced and I have no complaints there. They sit you on a massage chair while they work on your nails. I could see many drinks displayed but I was never offered any.. While my pedicure turned out great, I was very disappointed with my manicure. The scuffings  were bad, my pinky nail was bleeding and I didn't realize it until I got home and washed my hands in hot water (ouch). The nail polish near the cuticles were not even and peeling at the edges. Also I asked for the same color on hands and toes... my fingernails are pink and my toenails are purple right now.I originally came in wanting the Organic Lavender Manicure but she encouraged me to add shellac because it lasts longer. At the end when we were almost finished, I noticed she didn't do the lavender treatment so I asked her about it. She said that that'll be more since I'm already paying $30 for the shellac manicure so she didn't do it. For her to ASSUME that I won't spend money on both and didn't do the lavender treatment without telling me was offensive. So I was ready to leave without telling her that I still wanted the lavender. It didn't hit me until I got into my car where it is bright and sunny that I noticed how bad it really was. This nail salon is literally the best that I've been to. To me anybody can do a good job at painting nails, shellac, and mani and pedi, but not many salon can do a good job with full sets. I'm a particularly picky person so I generally paint my own nails and go to a salon for full sets. I generally do not return to a nail salon after the first try because there was always something wrong with my full set, but pretty in pink kept me coming back. Every time I come it gets better and better. This last time I had TIFFANY and she really is gift from the heavens. I got dip powder and this girl really made sure that they were up to my standards. She'll stop about every 5 minutes when she was shaping my nails to make sure that I like how my nails are looking and she was so diligent. Their pedicures are off the hook too! We purchased Groupons by we I mean me and my daughter, we have been trying to get ahold of Melane but she was not calling us back at all, I guess it doesn't go to the business just a cell phone.  So I tried to schedule something, today is the 9th of June and she can't get me in till the end of the month.  Who wants to schedule your nails out that far.  So my daughter also had a hard time getting her to ever call her back and so she did schedule it once and then canceled on her.  The Groupons expire the middle of this month.Horrible service and Groupon does not do refunds.  I would not go to her ever... Clean, professionally decorated, staff is very nice and they even have 10% off first time customers and reward cards they stamp for every visit $30 and up. They have sooo many colors to choose from and complimentary drinks including margaritas, wine or water. Come here a few times and each time i have been unwell after, but the last time I was here the man who did my nails was extremely rough, tugging and pulling on my fingers. They had filed the nail down so far that my nails are too weak to touch. Although the nails did last, when removing, many of my natural nails were torn causing pain. My experience at this salon was so disappointing it prompted me to write a review about it. First off, it was my first time here with two other friends and I was looking forward to seeing how nice this place was based on other reviews. I received a nice warm welcome from Amanda but was rudely helped by Ariel. Who knows? Maybe she was having a bad day. Understandable but definitely not professional. Anyways, I was there to take off a previous set I had before and wanted to get a full set in shellac along with my eyebrows waxed. I had Tracy as my nail tech and based on her neighboring nail tech I was going to have "beautiful nails".   This led me to be very expectant because who doesn't want beautiful nails?? Well, after A LOT of filing and nearly 2 hours, my nails were alas, not beautiful at all. In the middle of her doing them I just wanted to let her know that I prefer them narrow and thin but I was abruptly cut short by a "I'm not done yet baby." Lol that led me to immediately shut up because it was my first time with her and I trusted her with my nails. Sigh. She filed my nails so much on some fingers my skin was cut open. For the next two days after my hands would hurt whenever I washed them. I've tried several nail salons and this ought to be the worst job I've had done on my nails. I got the classic "your finger is crooked" excuse. Even if my finger is crooked, shouldn't you adjust the tip to where it's straight when facing you?Thank goodness my wax experience was nice and simple though. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she took her time, no rush and she was very sweet. All in all, I don't think I'll be back because it was pretty pricey for a very bad job. Read Less

The salon is modern and there are many colors to choose from. The decor in the salon was nice. I came in for SNS dip powder. I had acrylic on my nails and Lena was nice and gentle with the removal using the grinding tool.  However they let your hands soak in a bag in bowl of acetone. This practice is extremely drying to your fingers and i personally do not enjoy soaking my fingers in acetone until pruned. I can only imagine if you had sensitive skin or a cut, this would be excruciating. The side of my nails were missing polish completely and I had to file down excess dip powder when I left. Lena was nice but the quality of application was sloppy. I was charged 43 and I paid 8 for tip.  I probably will give this place one more try to solidify my verdict.This place has holo and chrome and I noticed fairly positive reviews so I was stoked to try it out. I am saddened my experience didn't meet my expectations. Also, Ariel's tone while working the front desk was on the slightly rude end. She didn't know much about the services offered. She couldn't tell  me if and how Holo and chrome could be applied to SNS  and she couldn't explain SNS dipping powder vs acrylic color powder to a customer next to me. Read Less

I live close by and seen it while driving by. I usually go to a different place but decided to give them a try, especially after seeing all of the pictures here on yelp. I decided on the jelly pedicure which included a hot stone message, hot towel treatment plus the usual. The place is beautiful and right when I walked in I was greeted and shown a list of their services. I picked my nail polish and was pretty much served immediately. I came on a Friday around 4 and it was pretty busy. My pedicure went well. The lavender gel wasn't very strong. I heard so much talk from my little sister about this place, so I decided to swing by to see what all the hype was about and was blown away! This has the be the cutest nail shop my ten toes have stepped into! I received their citrus scrub pedicure ($32, with their promo, $25) and was walking on cloud 9 afterwards. The ladies here did a darn good job, my tech was a lady by the name of Janna. They do offer complimentary drinks and their selection varies from wines, margaritas, even clear or brown. I went this pass Saturday and they were able to take me in for Acrylic nails and a pedi, they had many options of different color powder to choose from. Jenny did my nails. There was a slight language barrier and she actually did something I didn't want but she fixed it and she did a great job. The lady who did my pedi also did a great job, But I don't remember her name. She did accidental cut me but she apologize for it. The interior was large and very pretty. The ladies were very nice and professional. They have plenty of mail stations and colors/designs to choose from.  They even have a margarita machine (would you like red or green?) that serves very good margarita (not strong though).  They also have a variety of ciroc vodka, wine, champagne, sodas...the bad side is the bar next door is so loud you can't even relax and the parking lot gets packed. The average nail shop isn't nothing special to look at you're just there to get your nails done and go about your business; but this particular salon paid ally of attention to detail which made me fall in love with this place! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. I got the "preferred pedicure", which was pretty good. The woman that did my pedicure was the sweetest and engaged in conversation. You have other employees coming up to you to ask if everything is ok which really shocked the h*** out me because I've never experienced such at any nail shop until I came here. (They will be running this deal until the end of November by the way!)When you walk in you are instantly greeted by the sweet lady at the front desk. Once they get your name down and what services you want, they ask you to sit at "the bar," until someone comes to get you. Note: they actually do have a bar loaded with complimentary vodka, wine, and champagne for mimosas! Soda and water as well for non drinkers!Mia did my nails and Amy took care of my pedicure. I opted for the shellac manicure and the Nu Skin Natural Pedicure. They completed both services simultaneously which is a huge MUST for me. Nothing bothers me more than when I have to do each one separately, which takes twice as long. I had a great conversation with Mia the entire time, and Amy checked in on me to make sure nothing was too hot (paraffin, water temperature, hot stones). It's beautifully decorated very modern chic with hints of "pretty in pink" all over the place. I counted at least 24 pedicure stations (perfect for group parties) and a large area dedicated solely for manicures.
