I’ve been going to Lady Finger for quiet some time now. I drive from Katy because I love their service. Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They always offer something to drink. I usually get a mani & pedi with shellac and I love their work. The massages are the best. It’s so quiet and relaxing every time I go. I also get my lashes done. Today is my 42nd Anniversary , I decided to get my upper lip waxed at Kathy's Nails .Bad idea I have redness ,cuts , and stinging. I had to go out to lunch and later dinner looking awful. I have been getting this done for almost 20 years.This is the 1st time ever that this happened . They say sorry but that didn't help at all. First words out of Hubby's mouth was ... Literally just got my nails done and ice never in my life been so disappointed the tips of my fingers are covered in glue I asked for my nails to be rounded and my thumbs go on a slant pinky nails point up over all a horrible experience I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone Read Less

Kathy and her wonderful staff will always remember your name and make you feel important. I have had experiences in many different salons. Some good and many bad. But if anyone ever has an issue, Kathy and her staff will rectify it. Her prices are good and her Pedi's are very relaxing. I give my friend 5 stars hands down.Read Less

Stopped by to get my little sister a mani and pedi. Should have been pretty simple. We spoke to 3 different girls working there and could not seem to communicate with any of them. They had no idea what we were asking for (or were pretending not to). I think they kept trying to sell us some package thing or deluxe deal, even though I said about 10 times that we just wanted a simple mani and pedi. We finally just walked out. If I could put a ZERO I would but unfortunately I do not have that option. I went in there today for my refills, made my appointment for refills but when I got there some young arrogant girl told me I asked for a full set and that she was Catholic and did not lie. I laughed in her face as I had not even said 2 sentences to her. All we had discussed was getting my nails shorter and the same French manicure no color polish. I have been going to this place for years. Word of advice DO NOT go there. The service is not the same even though the owner is the same. Very fast turnaround in nail technicians. This was my umpteenth technician I had and I had to walk out with cut nails just to have to go and find a reputable salon that will finish the job they started. They are a bunch of money hungry crooks. The owner never said a word to me as she saw me leaving or even offered to resolve the issue. This is how much they care about their customers. I'm very impressed with the service. And the quality of care that is put into each person. I had a pedicure (which I feel asleep on the massaging leather chairs lol) my mom got a full set at the same, we are both VERY HAPPY!!!! decent price as well!! Read Less

literally kathys nails used to be a nice place to go to like a year ago and i don't even know why i keep going back, they are starting to become rude and my sister and i just came back from there and all our nails are literally already dented chipped and everything and while we were there 3 other customers had to comeback because there nails were messed up to. everyone just plays on their phone when they don't have something to do for a split second. over all keep having bad experiences Read Less

Not impressed my sister and her friends went there for their grad nails and I had to take them to my nail salon to get fixed rushed my girls after making them wait for 2 hours made it a issue when all 3 girls needed them fixed then after the bails were paid for yelled at my sister and made her cry staff was forceful very ignorant and ended up scaring 3 13 year old girls I'm not happy after paying 75$ for them the way these girls were treated I will never recommend I am so disappointed in this salon Read Less

Very rude technicians. They want to do what''s easier for them and not what the costumer wants. It's like they don't listen or understand what you ask for. I clearly asked for a refill and a pedi and I also wrote it on the sign in sheet. Cindy was working on my fingers and her sister was working on my pedi. Cindy apparently thought I wanted a shellac manicure but when she took the foil off my fingers she got upset and asked me "you want powder?" I was like "no" I want shellac. She's like you have powder. I was like no my color is shellac. She started speaking in her language angry, took off her gloves, threw them in the container, and walked off. Then I see her take another costumer and started working with her. I thought that was so rude so I called the manager over to ask her why Cindy stopped working on my fingers to work on another costumer. She then lied and said that Cindy had an appointment. I told her so then why would she start on my fingers in the first place knowing she had an appointment 10 minutes later. That didn't make any sense. So then she explained that Cindy can't see very well and she couldn't do my refill on the pedicure chair. I said OK she could have said that instead of getting upset and walking off without saying anything. It's not my fault her sister misinformed her on what service I requested for. Again, they don't ask they assume and do whatever they want. When it was time to pay she comes up to be and said I owe her 5 dollars for the massage she gave me before she took the foil off. I said "no" one because she was very rude and two because I didn't request for it she just did it. Side note: it wasn't even a real massage she just rubbed my fingers. The worst place ever!!!! I received a gift card from my birthday and decided to pampered myself... So after everything was done I went to the lady upfront to pay and she told me that the system is down and she cannot receive my gift card since my gift card was for $130 and I only used $100 I had the receipt for it she said that she cannot give me any money back she let me sit over there almost 45 minutes to wait for a manager when I'm eight months pregnant when the manager arrived she told me the same thing that she cannot give me any money back because the system is down and she does not believe that I have the money on those cards even though I showed her a receipt of purchase she threaten to call the police on me! the way the manager talked to people it's not the right way to behave!!! I was the first and ONLY client this morning when the doors opened. I requested a spa mani & pedi. The woman who did my mani rushed through as if there were hundreds of people lined up. She polished my nails so quickly that the first coat didn't have time to dry. My nails were lumpy, bumpy with air pockets and looked like a preschooler had done them. At that point I was frustrated and almost in tears. The kind lady doing my pedicure could see my pain and graciously removed the horrible mani polish. I left with no color on my hands or feet! I came here because they advertise as doing CND Shellac, which is this awesome product that I started using in NYC, which goes on like nail polish, but lasts for over three weeks without chipping. I have no idea what the trash is that they put on my nails, but it is NOT SHELLAC. My nails chipped within the week, and one even peeled off. This is insane to me because they repeatedly referred to the product they were using on my nails as Shellac, even though I could clearly see that the packaging was different. When I inquired about this, they acted annoyed and insisted it was the same thing. Well, either the manicurist sucked or the product sucked. In either case, I will not be returning.
