I have been coming here over 14 years. The services customer service has always been consistent and warm. The manager is always walking around greeting clients and helping out when it gets busy. I went to get my mani done with shellac and left there with 3 nicked cuticles.  This girl got me bloody.  I told her on the first one and she rubbed my finger for a second and smiled- did it 2 more times.  Ouch!  No apology, no discount, how am I going to eat crawfish now without it burning-  ugh. $32 for pain- no thanks!  I really wanted to like this place because it's conveniently close to HEB. Over priced for their color acrylic, the length of nails and horrible pedicure. No massage, no exfoliating, no scrubbing. I have semi-soft hands and feet with little dry skin and it felt like I got my feet washed with hot towels put over them. My acrylic nails started lifting the 2nd day and off by the 4th day. They are flat, thin and bumpy. They were incorrectly filed. The gel top coat is dull with no gloss. When I coached her on how I wanted my nail shaped, I seen she wasn't the expertise she proposes. She kept reassuring me she was. I still paid thinking I would go home and file them but it was too late. I'm very disappointed. I paid $80! They are overrated on Google Read Less

The shop isn’t bad, BUT Michelle is rude and pushy. She continuously tells you how you want your nails albeit she’s not paying for a thing! Mind you, I’m a regular (every two weeks). Today, she made me wait while she was in the back, which is her usual bit, but it’s fine; however, when she made a mistake she had an attitude when telling me she asked me how I wanted them, yet she did what she wanted. After she filed my nails the way she wanted them to look, she asked if I was satisfied and after I said no, she turned the lamp off, got up, and walked away while saying someone else would finish them. Not once did she apologize or try to rectify the situation. And, I still paid for my unprofessional services smh. I LOVE this place!! Had gel nails removed, mani/pedi. Cleanest place I've ever been, drinks offered and accepted, fresh tools used from hermetically sealed bags and they put impregnated gloves on, popping the fingered ends off to work on me. I went in for a spa pedicure and left with dip powder nails and an eyebrow wax. I say that to point out that they are a little pushy and will try to upsell. What place doesnt, right? The only thing is they didnt tell me the cost and it was triple what I planned to spend.  However, I love the dip powder nails and two weeks later they were still perfect. This has got to be the best nail salon I ever visited. I had been wanted to try it for a while, but they are always so busy. Tried my luck today and got right in. The staff here is super friendly and professional; pedi spa is bananas... Love this place I will most definitely return. I really love that this place isn't over decorated.  It makes me feel claustrophobic when salons put kitschy stuff all around.  That being said,  Tina is my go-to for pedicures.  Christine is great for manicures.  Reasonable and clean. Read Less

Well, well, well.... I think I have found my replacement for my old stomping grounds across the way. This place is perfect. It is clean, convenient and has all the amenities that I need. Plus I think they are cheaper than SKY nails as well! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a courteous staff. Very open layout with plenty of chairs to seat customers. The nail tech was awesome!!! Plus she did a mean design by hand which was nice. Sometimes at SKY they had to find a tech who could do one. Yep! I'm putting the word out. As long as when I come in you don't take my spot in line!!!!! Haha! Did I mention nothing on there menu was over 50 bucks. And some deals included wax and stone with special herbs and scrubs!!! I LOVE THIS SALON!!! I've tried dozens and none compare to how great this one is.the hardest thing I found to be in finding a nail salon is the politeness of the nail artists. they are SO NICE HERE!! and their tools are clean and top-notch. I wish i could come here constantly because it was such a great nails salon. The herbal things were definitely the best. Not only it's good for my help but also feels amazing!
