Been here 3 times now and every time had a different tech. My nails always come out looking great and I love that they’re super sanitary. They use liners in the pedi bowls and open new packages to use new tools on you. Also my nails have lasted a long time each time I go here. I once got shellac and it never once lifted! My 1st time here was 2 weeks ago. I walked in and asked for an acrylic overlay. My technician was so nice, and really took special care to make my nails the perfect length, since I wear contacts. The inside is gorgeous! Everything is clean, inviting, with warm colors and has an upscale feel. They even have have pink butterfly themed chairs for girls getting a pedicure with their moms! She did a beautiful job on my nails - they look amazing! I appreciated the softer lights and quiet music and atmosphere, too. They were all so friendly and made me feel really pampered. I always try to psych myself into going to another shop but this is my #1 place! Tammy takes not only good care of me but my mom and dad! And Ms. Ann is also a very nice lady! Wendy is awesome. I've gotten shellac from her. She takes her time and leaves my nails looking perfect. They have a great selection of colors. They also do the dip nails. My grandmother gets acrylic nails and a deluxe pedicure. Wendy does an amazing job on the pedicures as well. She takes her time and is very friendly. Came here for a girls afternoon. Service was ok. We didn't get offered any beverage, and weren't really pampered. Had a reg manicure, and imperial pedicure. The polish on my nails was really bad, and my feet were still dry after the pedicure. Not moisturized at all. Don't think I will be coming back. The lady doing my pedicure was rough, but she did get rid of my ingrown nail. Read Less

Today was my first visit to the salon. They were very welcoming and nice. After trying other salons for months being new to the area I finally found the perfect place ! I brought my teenager with me for some pampering on a Saturday morning. They took us in pretty quickly. I was seeking a pedicure, but was told the organic one was $10 off and that a free manicure came with it. I agreed. My tech kept looking around like she was nervous or more concerned with the other people coming into the salon. She cut a LOT. I was very uncomfortable. She didn't paint my whole nail either. The manicure turned out to be free, but the 10 discount wasn't applied. No big deal. I went to go check on my teen, who was getting acrylics, and was told to "go sit down." I found this to be very rude and in itself a reason not to come back. My teen's nail tech was rude to her and in a hurry the whole time. Her nails were uneven and streaky. My toenails were cut way too short, and my cuticles were cut as well. I'm getting an infection now. I'm very unhappy with this place and will not be going back, except to tell them how unhappy I am and request a refund. roll will update this review. Read Less

My gf came here and came home so upset. Basically crying. First off they're expensive. 30 dollars for a pedicure. You can't communicate with them afterwards bc they don't know English so you're basically forced to pay it. The young girl who did her stuff never made eye contact with her and was rude with her body language. The young chick that wears expensive designer clothes prob the owners daughter. She half ass did everything. No massage. Didn't really scrub feet. And her nail Polish was all over the place. My gf Def did not get what she paid for. Over priced and terrible experience. Read Less

I've seen my fair share of nail salons & I must say I am impressed with Paradise Nail Spa. The service was prompt, thorough & efficient. The facilities were clean & functional. My technician wore gloves during the pedicure and the pedicure spa was lined with plastic. My technician was gentle. No blood shed, no ouch moments, just pure bliss. Tools were being disinfected.
