Amazing!!!! I would give more stars if I could. This is the best my nails have ever looked! I am from out of town and I am genuinely sad I can’t come back. Tammy took her time to shape my nails PERFECTLY. She even added an extra coat of polish for me because I love extra coats. Everyone is so kind and patient. Even when there are rude people in the salon they remained calm and handled the situation so well. We came with a large group of girls for a wedding tomorrow. They treated the bride like a queen! THE BEST my nails have ever looked! We came in as a bridal party and they had they whole place decorated for us and treated us like queens while also still doing the same for the other customers. I loved the environment and never once felt uncomfortable, even when I was super indecisive!! The experience was amazing!! I felt extremely relaxed after!! I only give three stars because I think the tech I had was new and he didn’t know how to do a few things. Like the paragon wax method was a bit shaky. Also, The lady next to me had her entire foot and leg wrapped, but when it was time for my wrap I only had my leg was wrapped. There was a miscommunication because I still don’t know if that was something that just didn’t come with my package or not. I will say it was a very nice place, super friendly staff. I went Saturday. It hasn't even been a full week yet and nails look bad. I got shellac and there is bubbles all in my nails. My pedi is also chipping. I paid 75 bucks and disappointed that its not lasting. Again super friendly staff but I did kinda feel like maybe it was rushed and that's why my pedi and mani isn't lasting. I went in today and the corrected the problem. Deciding Between 4 and 5 stars is difficult. I would say it's 5 stars for The Woodlands area, but 4 stars for the Houston and surrounding area. It is by far the best that I have found in this area. I have been every 2 weeks for the last month and a 1/2. The 1st time was excellent. The 2nd time, my nails were lifting the very next day. The 3rd time, though I had an appointment, it was completely overcrowded and they were more than 25 minutes late for my appointment, but the quality seems to be much better. I can see the salon having to take on more space very soon to keep up with demand. I have sent friends here, and they were very pleased. The staff is very friendly, the drinks, though limited, are very good, and the fruit is a very refreshing addition. I will definitely be back. Read Less

I love this salon. Clean, every one is very friendly. I never feel rushed at all. Also was given a massage after my pedicure and it was wonderful. Can't imagine anyone complaining. I have always been obsessed with my nails and very particular about where and who does them. In 8 years I have had two nail shop homes, and looking for a new shop literally stresses me out. From the minute i walked in till i left i couldnt help but feel i won the nail shop lottery. Its a 20 minute drive for me, that i will happily be making every other week. Everyone was beyond inviting, the fresh fruit that was given to us when we walked in was a very sweet gesture. The free drinks of course make everything better, and the 5 min neck and shoulder massage that came with the pedicure was amazing! I was completely surprised at my experience - I thought the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, I was offered drinks and fresh fruit (fruit plate was delicious/fresh/sweet - I declined drink but other ladies were really enjoying themselves). Pedicure chair was new and massager worked extremely well. Young lady who did my toes worked very hard for me and accommodated every request. I visited Palace Nails Bar for the first time about 3 weeks ago. It was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility is very clean and doesn't even smell like a nail shop! Unfortunately I went back yesterday with my two daughters and I walked out with a different feeling. The staff was still very friendly, facility very clean. I just felt very rushed and the pedicure was not relaxing at all. I felt like every step was super rushed and then I... asked to get my nails just painted and they acted like it was a big deal. It was busy and there were people waiting I get it, but all customers should get the full benefits of the package they are paying for. I came out of there well over $100 and didn't walk out feeling relaxed like I had hoped for. My girls got great service. I have lived here in spring for 9 years and have tried just about every nail salon and new one that has opened since. Unfortunately they have all disappointed me because I felt uncomfortable or wasn't happy with how my nails came out. Palace Nails Bar tops them all they are awesome. They really did a excellent job for Mother's Day, I was very impressed there was food, and live entertainment. Kathy did an awesome job on my nails and feet, she was quite funny and down to earth. They serve adult beverages which is always a plus for me, not to mention the inside is beautiful. I hope after they been in business for a while that they don't raise the prices and lower the customer service like some of the other nail shops in the area. Went to the Palace with my daughter for the first time...Very impressed with the awesome service..Kelly did a awesome job with my Pedi... Beautful artwork on my toes with a sunflower...Loved the ambiance of the salon with fresh fruit and drinks to choose from.. I was on my way to my regular salon (DJ Nails) when I saw this place was open. I went in close to 6:30 pm and was politely greeted. I was impeesswd woth their SEVERAL powder color selections. They even have the mood changing colors. They bring you fresh fruit and a drink menu that includes rum, vodka, champagne, and mimosas.
