Tiffany best friend need the learn How to respect customers. I have been driving from the Galleria to this salon once a month for almost a year. Three weeks ago I tipped Tiffany’s best friend $20 because I enjoyed her service. Today she must have had a bed night, because she was very rude. She even argue with me in front of the other customers. Tiffany knew I was not happy about the way her best friend was treating me, yet Tiffany acted as if Ishe did know I was in her salon today. Her husband worked 20 mins on the person before me my scheduled appointment Again I say I had a scheduled appointment!!!! But I was told when I asked for a design She might not be able to give me the design because she had a customer. Will what was I??? Chop beef!!! Being in sales I have learned you Never make a person feel as if the are only a number to you. You never Argue with a customer especially in the presence of others and you always have Compassion. The only thing this young lady did was complain the whole time she was doing my toenails. I told her that I was a customer after she felt the need to tell me over and over again that she had spent two hours on my feet. Tiffany husband came to her Defense by telling me they only have an hour on each customer. If you want to be rushed this is the SALON for you. He even told me I should not come on a Saturday because it takes them too long to do my nails and toes. WOW. I will never return to this place. After fighting the traffic to get here, one would think the Management would have Since enough to be grateful for loyalty in a customer. They act as if I they are doing you all a favor. I will Be frequenting on of the many Salons I pass driving to spring from now on!!! Nothing is worth this hot mess I experienced today! Worst experience I have had in any Salon in a very long time. I came to see Britney after a friend recommended her and she did exactly what I was looking for! Something different here was the hot towel put around the alcohol bag to soak off the old nails. I recently moved to Texas, from New Jersey. I get my nails done every two weeks and needed to find somewhere to go ASAP.  This was the first nail salon I had found (and liked from the pictures) and I decided to walk in one day. I have gone back every two weeks since! I absolutely LOVE this place. I find all my nail ideas on Pinterest and they get the designs down perfectly, if not even better. I called at 6:30 pm to ask if it was too late for a pedicure and they said I could come in (they close at 7:30pm) I went in and picked my color and the service was excellent! Tan gave me THE BEST pedicure I have ever had, and he was very nice! I chose the hot stones pedicure, which was finished up at 8pm. The foot massage alone was so relaxing! Vickie was my nail lady today and she did more than a great job! She did fantastic! I went in for coffin shape shellac full set and she got the shape right and the length right! I have come here a few times since the change in management and both times my pedicure was not great. The guy who did my pedicure didn't completely take off my old polish and just put new polish on top of old. Maybe the women are better? Not sure because I've had the same guy every time. Also, I mostly come to have my calluses removed and he barely rubbed my feet with the purple sponge for a few seconds then he was finished. I came here on 2/4 but am just remembering to review. I live in midtown but went to visit my mother in Spring and we decided to drop in and check this place out. It was our first time there and apparently it has recently been taken over by new management. I got my acrylic (dip) done by Crystal. She did a great job! She was very meticulous and thorough on my nails and cleaned up my cuticles well. I loved the end result and was so relieved because the time before that I'd gotten dip at another salon and it was very poorly done. She was personable and pleasant and I truly enjoyed my time there and the results. The price was also very reasonable. I'll be heading back to Spring tomorrow and will make a point to get them done there again. I think I have finally found my go-to! Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for a long time but I have never found a place I liked enough to go more than once... until I went to Luxe! The people are friendly and very easy to understand. The place is clean & has a relaxing atmosphere. And the people do EXACTLY what you want & do it well. I leave completely satisfied every time I go. There is one lady in particular who will hand paint "glass nails" in less than 5 minutes & the detail is beautiful.I am Very impressed & would recommend it any day! Read Less
