I love getting my toes done. This place has many great reviews and Kelly's Nails & Spa lived up to it's reputation. I will definitely be coming back. I was a walk in for pedicures and I wanted to get gel. They seemed a little confused at first (I guess not many people get gel for their toe nails) but they were happy to do it. They took me to a pedicure massage chair that was very comfortable and in great condition. The tubs are sanitary and they use plastic coverings to keep the tubs sanitary. They offered me a beverage and a menu for the kind of pedicure I wanted and gel nail colors. They have great prices for their pedicures and a huge number of colors to choose from in gel. Lee was my technician and she was amazing. She prepared my nails for gel and did a great job making sure my cuticles and nails were trimmed the way I like them. She also did a really nice leg and foot massage. I got paraffin wax and hot stones that were wonderful. I recommend this place! Read Less

The other Yelpers definitely did not lead me astray. This salon was clean and well priced and did a fantastic job with my manicure. I was in the area and in serious need of some pampering for my hands and Kelly delivered. Well worth the $22 for a Deluxe Mani. The massage, wraps, and paraffin wax left my hands and arms feeling luxurious and soft. I'm definitely coming back here when I'm on this side of town to try the other services they offer. Read Less

Wow!!! Tim, Kelly and their staff went above and beyond for my 4 yr olds first pedicure. And she loved sitting in a Hello Kitty chair!! They treated her like royalty, offering beverages and treats. This was my first time at Kelly's and I went based on reviews on Yelp. Tim was the manager and he was very kind and even did my manicure. He took his time and made sure my nails were perfect. I started my day with a relaxing experience at Kelly's Nails & Spa. They did a wonderful job on my fingers and toes. The staff was very sweet and extremely skilled. Tim was very nice and took out time to get to know me, was very professional. Tina did amazing on my nails , and Kim did amazing on my toes. They really took their time and didn't rush at all. If you are searching for a privately owned (not franchised), knowledgeable, clean environment for nails and lashes, look no further!  Owner/operator, Kelly, formerly Nails by Kelly at Sozo, now has her own salon: Kelly's Nails and lashes. Although she was closer to my home while at Sozo, I would follow her anywhere!  She is a professional, hardworking and personable individual who truly cares about each client. My nails have never been healthier!  In fact, my husband injured his thumbnail and I sent him to Kelly. She explained to him about the new growth in the nail bed and at the proper time, applied acrylic to smooth the jagged edges. My husband is not one to go to a nail salon, but he swears by Kelly. I gave him a gift certificate for a pedicure before he met Kelly. But I spent the money, so he HAD to go. He thought I was insane until he got the unparalleled treatment!  Kelly takes pride in her work and will only hire those who have the same work ethic; therefore, she is not yet fully staffed, but this is a credit to the kind of service you will receive. She takes walk-ins, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment!  I don't usually write reviews, especially at this length, but after searching for the perfect nails professional after many disappointments, I had to endorse my Kelly! Kelly is just incredible! She really had the heart and passion to help people and care for them. I had very bad cracked heels when I first saw her. She educated me on my issue and advice me to scrub the bottoms of my feet and heels everyday in the shower for 30 secs with a pumice block. She told me to do this for one month and then come back to see her. I followed her advice and my goodness, my heels are very smooth now! Even though the current place is further than where she previously was, I'd happily follow her since she was the only one who has successfully helped me with my cracked heels. Self-proclaimed nail snob here. Mani/pedis are not only my guilty pleasure and bi-weekly relaxation treat to myself, but well-manicured nails are also required in my customer-facing line of work. For those reasons, it's important to me to find a great nail technician who consistently provides a wonderful experience and lasting mani/pedi. Kelly does just that. She has moved salons twice in the 3 years since I found her, and without question I followed her. She (obviously) owns this salon now. I have referred many friends and coworkers to Kelly, and she does not disappoint. She is thorough, patient, takes her time, and attentive to every detail. She works to make sure you are happy with her services, and she takes the time to get to know you. The new salon is clean, organized, comfortable and peaceful. They use plastic liners on the pedi bowls and sterilize all tools, if they use them more than once (most they just throw away after 1 use).
