Went in to get the works on fingernails and toenails, arms, legs and neck massage too. Neck massage was the only thing I could honestly say was good. The nail tech never did anything with my cuticles and neither did the Tech doing my toes. The bill with 15% tip came close to $160.00... Sadly, I will not be a repeat customer. Drove here out of my way one morning before work, way further than my usual salon, greeted them with a smile and told them I was referred by a friend, they were not friendly or welcoming. They looked at me like an inconvenience.   I shook it off and pursued to ask the front desk about their most basic prices, she was very vague and dismissive. They turned to each other and started talking instead of attending to me.   I awkwardly went to choose a color without any direction or service when a lady rushed toward me and preceded to "help" pick by pointing and saying "this one" (one out of two same red polishes) that were in my hand and walked away.  Once I was finally seated, I tried to converse with my nail tech about they services and amnesties I had heard about ,( egg rolls and iced Vietnamese coffee on their website), she just told me it was too early and didn't offer any options.  When I forced myself to ask for coffee, the girl yelled at like five different girls to make it and some ignored or laughed in the back and whispered .  The girl lucky enough to serve me looked completely uninterested and brought me a small tea cup of ice with a few drops of coffee on the bottom and a large straw. Worst experience ever, had never felt so uncomfortable , tense, and I welcomed at any of the dozens of woodlands salons I've visited.  Top it off with the fact this one was the most overpriced , you don't get what you pay for!
