I brought my daughter in yesterday for her 4th birthday to get a mani and pedi. The atmosphere is super relaxing. Amber did a great job working around the wiggles on my daughter. The owner even went out of her way to give my daughter a $10 gift certificate to candy town. THANK YOU!!!! Needless to say my daughter was thrilled and had a very satisfying birthday. This is by far the best day spa I have ever been to. All the workers are super friendly and helpful, and the rustic theme is super cute. I got a facial and a massage and the atmosphere made me feel extremely relaxed. During both the facial and the massage, the workers were very attentive and seemed to really care about my needs. I struggle with some skin issues, and the staff were kind enough to give me advice on how to help my specific issues. They didn't at all seem like they were trying to sell me something expensive, but they 100% seemed like they were listening to what I had to say, and recommended the best product for what I'm dealing with. I wouldn’t recommend getting nails here. My mom and I had ours done, in my opinion we were over charged, then within 30 minutes of leaving my mom had 3 nails chip. All of hers were gone within a week. The atmosphere is super cute but the services and rates of service aren’t worth it. Read Less

Still a very cute ambiance but they have some kinks to work out to make it a pampering experience that justifies the price! The manicure that I got a year ago was of a significantly higher quality than what is on offer now. The team was really nice but could also do with keeping a more professional environment. My Mom is visiting from Germany and wanted just a simple manicure done. We had no appointment and walked in hoping they would have an opening today or tomorrow. They squeeze her in right away. The place is beautiful and everyone was just so pleasant and friendly. ... My mom had a triple stroke 7 years ago and it’s a little difficult for her to get around. Saharae was amazing and even washed my mom’s hands so she didn’t have to get off the high chair. Mom enjoyed her mimosa and the neck wrap and had a smile on her face the entire time. As some may remember I made a post about 3 weeks ago about the The Rustic Nail Bar and Day Spa and the mishap about pedicures for my wedding. Well today my husband and I went in for a second shot and got couples massages. The service was amazing. The ladies that did our massages worked out the knots and took my husbands jokes with a laugh. I will definitely be going back and I'm glad I gave them a second chance because it was worth it. Tina, especially. During our Tina discussed treatments, cost and time frame required along with home maintaince. Listening to her and herexamination of my skin, I know I was in good hands. I had the best facial. It was very quiet, relaxed and serene. I think I fell aleep most of it. I know that her hands never left me. I could feel her presence and professionalis, There wasa mask during the facial and Tina gave me a 15 minute foot massage. I thought I was in heaven. My skin looks andfeels great.
