So I haven’t been here in awhile and I come back and they have new management. A whole new crew of people. They are nice and everything. This place is horrible! I went in for a manicure and a pedicure and everything was fine at the beginning until ten minutes later my pedicure was completely DONE! They charged me 10 dollars to just put some oil on my hands. She started filing my nails and didn't even consider what I wanted. she gave me these uneven square nails and when I asked for her to change it to a round shape she got angry and ruined my nails even more. When I complained about their service and showed my ridiculous nails, the lady grabbed my hand dragged me back to the station and filed one nail only to make it even worse. I had such a bad time here. I came for a relaxing time with my friends, but instead i felt rushed and tense. They treated me so bad and didnt explain their packages to me. I went for a pedicure and expected for my feet to feel soft NOT HARD they didnt take off all the dead skin correctly. I'm never going here ever again and recommend to ever to go somewhere else. Went to get my mani shellac removed. I'm a stickler for hygiene and when I noticed they didn't pull instruments from sterilized bags I knew I would never be returning. Tip: make sure you establish pricing first. My friend went here to get her shellac removed the day before for $5. They charged me $7. Nice. They tried to give me some hilarious total bs run around when I called back and went back and forth about what the actual fee was. He claims it was an up charge for using a credit card but the tech told me it was $7 before I even pulled out my credit card. Ok. Typical pressuring Vietnamese salon and just like all the others they speak to each other and refer to you in Vietnamese. Luckily I know the language. Good luck to those that don't. Read Less

I been using this nail salon for about three years - it's changed owners a few times - the current owner is Ken and his wife are lovely and do a wonderful job on my nails. Another wonderful technician there is Vu!! they do many services there including Mani/ pedi / eyebrow waxing - I think they do eyelashes too! I've done the Mani/pedi - oh what a wonderful experience! And the place is very clean - they use liners inside their pedicure machines. Enjoy a little glass of wine during all that relaxation? You bet! Love love love this place! Came in super last minute and needed a shellac and pedi done before a certain time. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted it to. They were polite and very social. After they were finished it began to storm so the sweet man that did my pedicure offered to drive my car around for me so I wouldn't ruin my toes in the puddles!! Seriously the best. This place is not closed. It is however under new management. I spent a lot of time here getting a manicure, luxury pedicure, and eyebrows waxed. I have to say, this is the best place I've been to in a while. Not only were the tools sterile, they use a liner in the tub of water.
