The service here is TOP Notch. I called ahead to ask if they were busy and they told me no and to come on in. When I got there, it looked pretty busy to me. I was pretty skeptical that I would be attended to quickly, but I was seated immediately, everyone was so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxing. I came in the day before mother’s day to get my nails & toes done and by Monday all of the matte had peaked off my nails and every single toe had Chipped. I called and asked for a refund because they’re 45 minutes away from me and they refused it was also $101 where my normal place is 80. So for the extra $21 you’d expect it to last longer than 2 days. I loved coming here but now!!!! I am not saying they do a bad job. They do rush it. I was just now sitting there and an employee kept telling me to move since she had someone else. Then manager asked someone to ask me what was I doing when the lady doing my nail clearly said wait until your nails dry and I’ll come back. Nails are okay but there customer service sucks. I've had two mediocre mani/pedi's here before, but I just left this place after the worst nail salon experience of my life. I met an old friend to get shellac manicures and deluxe spa pedicures. As I had a conversation with my friend seated next to me, a male technician painted my French tips and apparently hadn't left my nails under the light long enough in between coats, got very frustrated that he needed to redo one of my fingers, and proceeded to tell ME that I needed to pay more attention. I looked at my friend in disbelief. After repainting the single finger, he told me that my nails are more important than our conversation and reiterated that I need to pay more attention. Out of hundreds of salon experiences, I've never encountered a more blatantly rude technician; inappropriate and unprofessional on EVERY level. I requested someone else to finish my nails and after an $89 service with a $19 tip, I immediately had to go somewhere else to get them fixed because the French tips were THAT awful. Every finger was a different shape and thickness. Do not waste your money at this establishment unless you would like to be berated and receive poor quality services. Read Less

I like this place. The service has never been short of great. I had to wait once for 5 minutes, when I had no appointment. I've gotten pedicures, pink and whites, eyelash extensions, and brows before. As a matter of fact, I'll go tomorrow as a walk in and expect that service will still be great.The parking can be tricky, but it's the least of your concerns when you will get services that will last for at least a month! Sara did an okay job on my pedicure, but Tina did an amazing job on my gel manicure with awesome nail art! I like the atmosphere and it was well worth the money. They take their time and massage you. I will be going back with Tina for sure! Read Less

Best salon I've been to in Spring. Very clean, excellent customer service and beautifully designed. If you're looking for an upscale salon, this is it.Yumi does beautiful eyelash extensions. She is very quick and her work is gorgeous. I won't go to anyone else! Read Less
