Went to this place because my normal nail place was closed. very disappointed.they made us (me and my friends) pick a dip color in a minute. multiple times they were mixing up my color, and i had to repeatedly correct them. there was 2 workers helping all 3 of us. i waited with acetone on my nails for 30 minutes, before one of the workers was done with my friends nails. in the end they were both done before me, and had to sit there for 40 minutes. and to add, my friends nails were super clumpy and not smooth at all. they then made me move seats 3 times away from my friends. the worker rushed to do my nails. and they were CLEAR. they look like i just added topcoat that was tinted pink, and my color was purple. i took a photo after and the swatch and my nails looked COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT. my worker smelled heavily of smoke and drinks and wax were being prepared in the same place. and lastly, my nails costed 10 dollars more at this place then my normal. yes, i will be getting them redone tomorrow. I love love love getting my nails done here. My roommate and I both get our nails done here somewhere between once and twice a month for over a year. I have never had a bad experience. I'm always offered a drink. Sometimes it takes a long time but it's because they're doing a great job!!! Anna is a sweetheart and does an awesome French Ombré! Read Less

Almost every time I went there I had the worst experience from dealing with them being very rude, including the manager guy and never keeping an appointment. I switched to Grand Nail Spa just minutes away and they know good customer service.Read Less

The service I received here was horrible. My plan was to get a mani and pedi, but after my experience with the gentleman who did my pedi I decided to opt out of the mani. The gentleman was very rough when doing my pedicure I asked him twice to be more gentle and it's like he completely ignored my request. The whole time I felt like he was in a rush mind you it was only two customers in the salon. Not sure if I came when he shift was close to ending or what. I can't sing their praises enough! Hawaiian Nail Bar was recommended to me by some friends, so I took my daughter there for her very first pedicure (and my umpteenth). And wow, what a place! The entire location is decorated in a really cute Hawaiian theme. It's clean, colorful, and trendy, all rolled into one. We didn't have to wait, and after picking colors, they seated us right away. Tons of treatments to choose from, and all have an exotic flair. You won't be disappointed with anything you pick. Highly recommend the aloe pedicure. Divine! Upon walking in, my daughter tells the entire place that it's her birthday. It was a adorable. After seating her, they came with leis to put one on her head, and around her neck. Now, I'm not exaggerating, but out of nowhere, a man came out of the back with a saxophone and began playing "Happy Birthday" for my daughter. So cute! She and I loved every second. The staff gathered around, and clapped, and then wished my little lady a Happy Birthday. I can't help but smile thinking about it. They gave her a yummy little slushy drink, and gave me an ice water. Just the R&R we needed! The only thing missing was the beach sand... and ocean... and real palm trees. Kidding! Now, the pedicures and manicures. Both of ours came out adorable! Our polish didn't stay on long that week, but it was cute while it lasted. Pricing was great, and they gave us a birthday discount. I have recently moved from Maryland to Texas. Since age 18 I have had my nails done. I spent 13 years in Maryland and had a fantastic nail lady(owner) do my nails. I transferred with my company to the Texas area and would need a new gig. Well my district manager had a fun day and took us to a nail salon in Dallas called Hawaiian Nail Salon. The finished product was great but beyond that the setvice was 1st class, now im not a drinker but the drinks ate complimentary and the product used is higher quality. My nails looked great beyond normal wear. I needed a quick refill4.5 weeks out so i tried another closer salon. Bless their hearts they struggled. The end product was nice but not like Haeaiian Nail Bar. Im here at Southlake location and yes this is my joint from now on! Why because product, skill and service are superior! Read Less
