We walked in to get 3 pedicures, and 2 manicures. We choose our colors and all. Then 4 white women walked in 5 minutes later. Do you know what these bigots did next? I love going here! I see Nina, she does a fantastic job. She knows me by name and always remembers exactly how I want my nails. She greets me with a smile, carries great fun conversation with me as well. She is so sweet and so are all the other workers! I have been going here for around 9 months. I will not go anywhere else. Atmosphere and staff very nice. The work was awful. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I get my nails dipped about every 3 weeks... Came here to try a new place. The work is so sloppy. I came in today with my sister to get our nails done. I was 100% unhappy with my experience. The guy who did it basically just slapped it on and left. He didn't even check to see if the top coat was dry, do my cuticles, anything! My nails are uneven, have weird dips in them, just all around sloppy work! I didn't want to leave with them like this, but I had my 2 kids and was in a hurry to get my oldest fed and down for a nap. My sister, on the other hand, had a wonderful experience! I don't usually write reviews, and don't usually go get my nails done very often. I drove by Eden Nails today, and stopped mostly bc I saw the "15% off student discount"! Well I should've known better and listened to most of the reviews on here. I got gel nails, and a normal pedicure. My pedicure came out awesome, I got it done by some older lady. She took the time to actually massage my legs and everything, and I got the cheapest pedicure so that's always a plus!My manicure was another story. I got it done by an older gentleman. The gel came out crappy to say the least! I asked him to retouch it, and they came out with bubbles and probably worse than the first time. I gave up on having him fix it, so I'm stuck with one nail missing nail polish and the other with bubbles! Ultimately, the place is clean, they do a good job with pedicures, but stick with the women at this place. And don't expect good gel nail service. Read Less

So far so good! I like a place when I can go to 1 of several nail techs who can do my nails right. You don't have to make an app with your favorite cause they're all good! This last time a younger lady did mine and did a really good job. In the beginning I was nervous cause she didn't seem to understand my request. She took her time & did great!! I've been to this salon a few times and service has just been ok.  Today I just had a basic manicure.  The girl doing my nails looked like she was in high school and was wearing a raggedy T shirt that would have been in my rag bag.   She brought water for me to soak in which was plain cold water. I asked why it was cold and she said she couldn't get it to get hot.Then she proceeded to make my cuticles raggedy by tugging on them instead of cutting them with the nippers.  They were red and sore and stung when she polished my nails.  They use the same apricot scented lotion on everyone, no choice there. It's ok, but I'm not a fan.  When I showed the manager my nails (cuticles) upon checkout, she gave me $5 coupon towards a $38 pedicure, but still charged me full price. I don't plan on going back. Came here with my mom as her gift for Mother's Day. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. My powder doesn't even cover my entire nail, the technician was constantly on her phone or getting up and helping other people. For an hour and a half appointment, you'd think my nail polish would at least cover 100% of the nail but it doesn't. The only good news, is that my mom's nails look fantastic. I will never go here again. Ruined my pedicure and eyebrows. First off my station got flooded and they didn't even care to notice. They started on my toes and the session only lasted for 20 mins and i got the one of more expensive pedicure. She messed on my toes. Then re did it and told me i was done. Right when i walked out the same toe was ruined. Then when it came to my eyebrows the lady didn't even wax my eyebrows. She also didn't allow me to look at them. She totally didn't even get close to my eye brow. It looks the same as i came in. she did the minimum. no plucking/tweezing  nothing.. worst experience ever. Read Less

I went to Eden nail spa  NEW YEARS EVE. I went to this location because it was minutes away from my jobWhen I walked in I was greeted and told to have a seat.I sat for almost 30 minutes. I then decided to go to another salon. As I was walking out I was stopped and offered service. They had me sit at a station another 10 minutes. Finally a gentleman came over and starting working on my nails. Well he did an ok job, but right before he painted my nails he asked me to prepay and tip him. So I didnt think much of it. Even though a tip is given after the service is completed. We continued on and I noticed several caucasian women paying at the counter after all the work was completed. I was the only customer there that prepaid. FYI I am an african american. I will not return to say the least.....  unhappy customer. Read Less

Some of the worst service I've ever encountered. The polish I chose had pieces of sand or something like that in it and when I noticed I asked that they take it off and put a different color on. They charged me an additional amount to change the color and kept saying they hadn't done anything wrong. First and last time getting my nails down there. Read Less

This nail spa is super!  They are very clean, use sterilized equipment & always use a liner for the pedi tub.  Another important thing for me is that they are very friendly & attention to detail.   I would recommend this salon without question.  Raymond is the best!!! Read Less

I gave this place a 2nd chance after a bad experience the first time and I'll never go back. My gel nails, not even 24 hrs later, are already peeling, and the shape of my nails are awful. My big toe hurts like I'm getting an ingrown toenail and they entire time I was there they tried to add about 5 additional "$5 more" services on to what I told them I wanted. Read Less

I usually don't write reviews,  If I could rate less then one star I would.  I had the powder color  done (nextgen nails).  They were so poorly done that I wouldn't even go back to have them fixed.  They rushed through the process completely, they were not even smooth when they put the clear coat on. They were thick uneven and rough feeling. Got gel nails with acrylic tips, got a small cut on pinky from the girl when she filing. I am pleased with my toes though, the guy that did them took out the ingrown toenail I had painful but it needed to come out. It's hit or miss here. Sometimes a perfect gel manicure that lasts over 2 weeks...other times it starts to peal in less than a week. It seems really clean... They use disposable plastic basin liners in the pedi bowls which is comforting. The up-selling is kind of annoying. Read Less

WORST NAIL SALON in Southlake. The manger was rude and very pushy. She did my nails in such a rush they looked horrible. I made her redo them and she was very mad which made the experience worse for me. She made my cuticles bleed on each hand and didn't even take the time to finish the manicure experience that I paid for. I will never go back here. Been twice and both times the service has been mediocre when it comes to manicures, always upselling but the results are the same. Will charge extra for anything they feel is not a part of normal medi/pedi procedures.
