Ken did a shellac color change for me and it was beautiful. The UV light was a little wonky and very hot, but my color was as smooth as silk. If I lived in South Padre, this would be my place. ❤️

I came to this salon due to the great reviews I read on their page. I was so disappointed when we walked out. My 10 year old daughter wanted a pedicure and I informed them twice. However, all she received was her toe noes painted. I had the manicure service and frequently had to tell the nail tech to paint the sides of nails, cut the excess skin she started to clip, and remove the polish when she was done. She was in such a rush due to three pedicures that were waiting. My daughter was so disappointed when she saw the young girls getting a full pedicure and asked why they didn’t do that for her. I do not recommend this nail salon and will not be going back.

I would choose another place to get my service next time. The girl who did my nails wore the same pair of gloves to do 2 pedicures and one manicure. Three different people. The manicure was last. The nail polish was diluted and made bubbles. The painting of the nails did not even reach to the edge of the nail. However, it was cheap. Only $20 but I needed to remove the nail polish immediately.

I really enjoyed getting a pedicure there about 3 weekends ago! I arrived early on a Saturday and was the first person there. Since I am pregnant, I really appreciated no nail salon odor like most places have. The male that did my pedicure did an excellent job- great leg massage and attention to detail. Will definitely be returning! My regular pedicure still looks great!

I used to go there a lot. But the owner constantly nickel dimed me. If your a few minutes late she'll take someone else but if she's late she'll make you sit and wait up to an hour. The last and final...
I used to go there a lot. But the owner constantly nickel dimed me. If your a few minutes late she'll take someone else but if she's late she'll make you sit and wait up to an hour. The last and final straw was charging me $35.00 for a fill! She's a money hungry selfish person who can't keep staff and is always bad mouthing her competitors.
If you have money to throw away and don't care by all means check her out. But if you work hard for your money go over to Venus salon & spa and ask for Jenny!

We were on SPI last week for vacation with another couple. My friend and I were referred to TND Nail Salon for mani/pedis. We were walk-ins and only had to wait about ten minutes. Ken did a magnificent job on my pedicure. In fact, it was much better than I what I usually get in Dallas. Kim did a lovely job on my manicure. I was very, very happy with both. And the price was great, too! It was only $40 for both. My friend walked in with a gel manicure that needed to be soaked off, so her services took a little longer, but she was equally as happy with the results. As my husband grew up in Brownsville/SPI, we visit frequently, and I absolutely will return to TND for a mani/pedi next time we're in town. Great service, great people!

We were on vacation and decided to look for a nail salon to treat the kids to a pedicure. I called to ask what time they were opened until. I was never given a definitive time and the phone disconnected or I was hung up on. Those were the shortest pedis ever. I realize we live bin a big city and they were teenagers but we're still paying customers. Speaking of which, this salon ONLY accepts cash. Really? That certainly should be posted somewhere.

This place was recommended by a native. The exterior is unassuming and at the time I went, there was only one car in the parking lot. I was a little concerned.My mind was put at ease as soon as I was greeted before I was completely inside the door. I was promptly asked to pick out my color and escorted to the massage pedicure chair with the warm water and mysterious blue stuff they pour in it that all mani/pedi places use.It was a great pedicure. all the bells and whistles including a lengthy leg and foot massage. I can always judge the quality of the pedicure by the length the polish stays looking great....this one lasted. I have no need to try anywhere else. This is my official "go to" place here on the island.

I came to this salon due to the great reviews I read on their page. I was so disappointed when we walked out. My 10 year old daughter wanted a pedicure and I informed them twice. However, all she received was her toe noes painted. I had the manicure service and frequently had to tell the nail tech to paint the sides of nails, cut the excess skin she started to clip, and remove the polish when she was done. She was in such a rush due to three pedicures that were waiting. My daughter was so disappointed when she saw the young girls getting a full pedicure and asked why they didn’t do that for her. We were on SPI last week for vacation with another couple. My friend and I were referred to TND Nail Salon for mani/pedis. We were walk-ins and only had to wait about ten minutes. Ken did a magnificent job on my pedicure. In fact, it was much better than I what I usually get in Dallas. Kim did a lovely job on my manicure. I was very, very happy with both. And the price was great, too! It was only $40 for both.
