Kim did not trim my cuticles, when I asked her to, she said it would be $5.00 extra. So I consented. She still didn’t trim them adequately. The man who did my pedicure left ridges on the top surface, didn’t remove dead skin around the corners of the nail bed. The polish didn’t cover the margin of my big toes. My husband went in to simply get his toe nails trimmed. He did not want the lotions, massage, cuticles trimmed, nothing. Just to get his nails trimmed. The language barrier made it very difficult to communicate what he wanted, but we finally thought we had. Once he was finished and went to the counter, they wanted to charge him the same $35 that they charge for their classic pedicure even though they had not performed all of the services included in that package. They finally dropped their price to $30, even though we expressed that $20 should be more than sufficient for the service provided. We were very unhappy with the overall experience and exasperated at the price they charged! We definitely will go elsewhere in the future and will encourage our friends to do the same. Service was excellent, as was quality of work. One way I judge a nail job is by how long the nails last. I get dipped nails. The nails from this salon stayed on securely for over 3 weeks. Most places only last 2 weeks max. They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Staff was very professional and friendly. Read Less
