They did a good job as far as the looks are concerned, but nicked me on the side of one nail. My finger got infected. Half of my actual nail came off. I'm pretty sure that means they don't sterilize their equipment very well. Read Less

First time here and this was my first nail salon visit since moving to the area. I have found my go to place! I moved from a heavily populated area and it took me years to find my nail salon then. After lots of googling i found this and the ratings were too good to ignore, and they are well deserved. I'm very happy with my nails and have zero complaints! Very nice place, very clean and so relaxing. Had the best Pedicure ever. The Pedicure massage chairs are wonderful. Also great manicures. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back. This place is wonderful. Julie and Chic were outstanding. I travel a lot and visit a lot of salons and I can tell you this is the best in a very long time. Mani and pedicures aren't rushed. Outside isn't much to look at but step inside and clean and refreshing salon & spa.  Pedicure was well priced service was amazing!  Had eye brows done as well - I'll definitely be back for more services! Read Less

I have lived in Sherman my whole life, and have been getting my nails done for the past 4 years. Of course I started out with Amanda's nail salon, it was nice. I then started going to First Lady nail salon when it was owned by A man named Brandon. Super Sweet man with a beautiful family that was always in the salon. The family environment is what got me. I didn't go back for like a year because I got lazy, and when I did decide to go back, I found that it was under new ownership. STILL so in love with the atmosphere. The people here now are still so friendly and inviting. I always get the best attitudes and hospitality here. I would so recommend this nail salon. You guys are missin out. I  will preface this by stating that I normally do not like writing negative reviews or making negative statements but I have to say that my experience was quite bad. Tomorrow is my senior prom and so I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails which are listed to  cost $22 (this will be important information later). So I show the woman a picture of the nails that I want and she starts working. At first everything is fine but once the woman completes the design I chose, which was black nails with a glittery silver triangle near my cuticle, I realize that the triangles aren't that even and the glitter was quite streaky. However I don't say anything because I expected her to put on a second coat after they dried; she didn't. So I said okay and moved on to pay, no big deal, I can always try to add more later as I spend a lot of time on my nails. So I go to pay and the man glances at my nails and says I need to pay $60. I realize that I'm being over charged but I didn't say anything because I was afraid and just assumed I read the sign wrong. So I pay and walk outside to wait until my friend finishes getting her toes done and while I'm waiting I start to take a closer look at my nails and realize that three are clearly crooked, two still have excess acrylic stuck underneath them, one has a large strange lump on it which changes it's ballerina/coffin shape into a lopsided, uneven almond. On top of all that none of my nails were painted close enough to my cuticle bed. As someone who cares a lot about their nails I was very upset. Finally I asked my friend to please look at the menu and tell me if I was wrong about the prices or not and she said that the Full Set was set at $22, a manicure was set at $14, and a design was set at $5, so even if you add all of those up he still over charged me and I wasn't given a receipt. Loved my pedicure! It was so relaxing. I also had a design done and she redid it because she didn't like the way it looked. Not many places will do that! Inside is nice and clean! I love that they give you "your own" set of tools to use for the next time! They keep them in a box with your name and number on it! I'm always so scared of the "nail salon fungus" horror stories and by them doing this, it puts me at ease. Read Less

I've been here 3 times with my mother to get my nails done. Our first experience was wonderful, but the times after that have been disappointing. On average it takes about 40 minutes to be waited on, all the while your feet are soaking in water that is chilling. Once the staff does begin the manicure and pedicure, they have a nice variety of options including hot towel wraps and paraffin dips that are wonderful, if your lucky and have someone who speaks enough English to understand your requests. Over all (mostly due to long waits before service begins) expect to spend at least 3 hours which is a bit excessive, especially if you're in a rush. Over all I gave them a three mostly because of the value of their packages, and not their service. Still looking for the right nail salon in Sherman. Read Less
