My experience at this salon was not the best. We had gone multiple times and had good experiences. The most recent time i went i was just getting my nails painted. I had a gentleman whome i felt that was rushing on my nails and not doing his best work because I am young. He was very disrespectful and when i asked him about it he shrugged it off. They are very very hateful. Tell you that the nails you want to do is ugly and they don’t like them. That they will do how they want too. Normally I am a very easy going and forgiving person, considering I have worked service industry for a long time.. however, I am genuinely appalled at the service and hospitality my mother and I received today. We wanted to spend the afternoon getting our nails done so we came to escape nails spa to relax. We were firstly sent to the back and separated, which happens sometimes so we didn’t mind. However, they stared on me and left my mother sit for 15 minutes, even though there were 3 associates sitting around. Once they got to my mother I already almost done. So once I finished they sent me up to get my nails done where I waited 10 more minutes while they started others nails who had just walked in. My mother had finished about 15 minutes after me and just been left sitting in the back. When they came to start my nails I asked about my mother and they told me “she is next”. Hey then sat 2 more walk ins and started on my nails. One of the wall ins was sat next to me and they gave her a bowl to soak her old nails in and then the hostess came back and handed her a cotton ball saying “here, you can start to remove your polish while you wait.” My mom sat an additional 20 minutes after they started my nails, she was starting to get upset so I asked the hostess walking by why my mother was being left in the back by herself and being skipped.. her response: “oh, you can bring her up her if you want” and walked off. Which greatly upset me, I do not pay to have my nails done so that I can work for you. Another walk in was than sat and I got very upset, the technician that was doing my nails was very apologetic and assured me they would get my mother done soon. They then brought her up and when my mother said “honestly I don’t think I want my nails done anymore. My daughter is already done and I have been here for well over an hour so no thank you.” To which the man grabbed her hand and said “oh no it’s fine, I’ll get you taken care of.” My mother then said “no, I don’t want this” and started to stand and the guy shrugged his shoulders and left. My technician offered to do my moms nails and I told mom to let her because she was sweet and kind so my mother did. I mainly just wanted my mom to have her nails done before I left for work so that is the only reason we stayed. But I assure you, we will NEVER return here and I will greatly discourage any of my friends or family from coming here! Read Less

The owner is a liar and doesn’t follow through with his promotion! He falsely advertised and will not honor it! It’s a shame because Ryan and Tim are amazing and they had my business for life, but when a man can’t honor is word, he’s not worthy of my business. I went to Escape Nails And Spa and when I did ask for a refund because half my nails were ovals and the other half were squares, you could still see the nexgen from before they didn’t fully take off, and there was a piece of string in one of my nails as well they told me they could just fix them. When I told them I couldn’t wait any longer that I just wanted my money back she told me she couldn’t give me a refund until she herself took them off. When I said multiple times I did not have time for her to do that but fine she then left my nails soaking for over 30 minutes to where the acetone was completely empty. I ended up making a scene and showing customers as they walked in what they were leaving me with and that’s when they finally gave me a refund. I would give zero if I could. My daughter had her nails done here. She came out with shaped nails that literally looked like a failed attempt in filing of a drunk, blind man. NONE of her nails were shaped the same. One side of a nail would be filed really slanted and the other side totally different. Therefore there was nooo reshaping and saving them. They were lopsided and so uneven. They were also not the length she asked for at all. I wish I could upload a photo of them be...cause you would not even believe how terrible they are. They completely look as if someone who'd never done nails before done them. I can't even explain how uneven and lopsided they are. And to top it all off, when I took her back in to demand a redo $50 later.... you could tell they were speaking not sooo nicely about us in their foreign language. They would not refund my money, as I asked so we could go elsewhere or else I would not have sat there. I am usually embarrassed to demand a redo or money back so it has to be bad for me to waste my time complaining. I use to go here every time I got my nails done, now they are under new management and have inflated the prices beyond what they should be. For a child's pedicure it is $20. No massage or warm towels, just foot soak and nail polish, which is sloppily done now. Lost my business, will be going to Natural Nails next to Cellarmans from now on. Read Less

I love Escape Nail Spa!! I have been coming here for 6+ years. I have always been treated courteously by Jason, Han and all the others. The staff are friendly to me and others when I am in there. I usually go to Tracy she goes above and beyond your expectations. She is gentle and does not hurry or rush you. She is very talented, show her a picture of what you want and she does it and it looks great! They have a lot of polishes and Nexgen colors to choose from. Prices are very reasonable too. I've never had to wait long. I highly recommend and enjoy going to this Nail Spa. Read Less

I have gone here for years and the customer service has DECLINED! Extremely rushed! Definitely not worth the $40+ I would gladly spend on a pedicure if it was done right. The guy cut my toe during a very rushed pedicure. He applied a green liquid that blistered the skin on my toe. He told me it was to "keep the blood in". 2 hours later my toe is still bleeding, hurting, swollen, and the skin is blistered. I went back and showed the manager/owner. I asked for my money back. He told me he would not give my money back and offered a refund of 10%. I explained that I will have to go to the doctor and he said I would have to go through his insurance.Read Less

His demeanor made me very uncomfortable and he didn't finish my pedicure (top coat) and acted like I had done something wrong when I asked about it.
