First i specifically made appointments for mani's & pedi's for 8 of us. They didn't seem to communicate and tried to do the cheaper service on us. I had to repeat at least 4 times to each tech on what i was paying for. MOST of the technicians seemed to be rude and in such a hurry to get us out of there. Only one of us was offered a drink (sprite) yet never got it. The nail polish bubbled up on 3 of us. One had to much polish that it never dried. We suspect one technician was not even a technician as he kept looking at the others to see what he should do next. And took 30 minutes longer to finish than the others. While we all waited. Very expensive for the rushed service. Sorry... not worth it. Read Less

Seems to be getting very run down. Quality is definitely poorer than in the past. Old over used nail brushes being used at wash basin. Fewer employees, business isn't being kept up. Several of the Ladies that use to go here have changed establishments and questioned if the business was under new management? Read Less

Just moved to this area and wanted to try some place close. As soon as I walked in the guy at the desk totally ignored me. The ladies were decent but my nails were not shaped like I wanted them and crooked. She persistent about telling me about her appointment she had and that she is very busy person. Guess she really didnt want to do my nails. Oh and make sure to bring cash!!! I paid with card and I wanted to leave a tip and couldn't. There was a sign tapped to on top of the desk under a clip board that I guess I was suppose to have been told about and read the beginning but I was ignored and not greeted what so ever. She got mad and totally ignored me and my existence after that. Her name was Diane and I am sure it probably wasn't even her name. I shouldnt have even let her do my nails. The lady I had was very rude I keeped telling her what exactly what I wanted I went with my sister her nails came out fine * came with a different lady* which my sister said was sweet I had a lady name Tina she was rude kept arguing with me about what she wanted me to get, my nails came out translucent, and at the end when I had been telling her I wanted matte she forgot. I have been going her for five years.  Have not had one bad experience or not one complaint. Until this past year.  My daughter and I go about every 3/4 weeks to have a pedi, I go every two to get my nails done.  I have had good and bad services here, they cut my toe once and blamed me for moving, I have had to come home and re shape my nails because they were cut at an angle. Today took my daughter to get her nails done, they ere cut too short and not the color she picked out, when she told her tech he just smiled, some are way thick and some are ok, they are very bumpy and just all around look like a twelve year old did them.  To top it off, seems like every thine we go in they are pushing us to get the higher priced services, when we decline the seem to get very upset and not do a good job.  I think it's time we find a different place. I used to come here quite often and have great service. Now it's every other time it's either good or bad. Just make sure you have a good technician. Powder isn't the best to get without making sure the technician is good at it. Just watch make sure you tell them exactly what you want. I got a nude powder the shape was great but the powder was applied thick in the middle and you can see my nail through at the end where she thinned it.   Not the best work I've gotten here. First time here & I absolutely love it!!! Peaceful music in the background, complementary drinks, and friendly staff. I got a pedicure and they have soooo many to choose from. Ranging from $30 to $75 with deals periodically going on! Oh and their color selection was so much, it took me forever and a day to pic but the lady was very patient. They have differently priced pedicures. The cheapest is $30. I think it's pretty good for the price. Sometimes you have to wait a while but I don't mind waiting while my feet are in warm water in a massage chair. You can also get a free glass of wine or water. It's very relaxing. It's hard to communicate with the workers sometimes, but I think it's a great experience for the money. I've also had hair cuts there a few times. I’be been here multiple times. I’d say at least 8-10 times & each experience is a bit different. It does depend which nail tech you get that will determine how well the massage goes. I recommend if you find someone you like, then stick with them. I normally get a manicure / pedicure combo. The weekends are typically very busy BUT they are well staffed & efficient so you don’t wait very long at all. I’ve seen a few good movies here while getting services, that’s a plus. Read Less

I was told it would be $70 For a Pedi and Mani if I got the deluxe packages so it would be cheaper than getting the standard  Pedi and Mani.  So I'm thinking $140. Came in for a facial and the lady said I couldn't come in because I was on the phone on a business call, so I told her to wait until I was done. Then lady at the desk asked if I still wanted a facial and I said yes. She then proceeded to tell the ladies who were to do my facial and one of them yelled "she's crazy, she was on the phone!" He was very rude, he tapped my hand for me to move it instead of asking me to move it and only spoke to me when it was time to pay. Of course! Horrible worse place I have ever been to. I had a new set with shellac and 7 nails pop off not chipped or broke but pop off. I went back and they told me it was my fault. Ok at the beach on vacation. Really? They took no responsibility at all. I will never go back there again. Worst horrible nail salon ever! And by way I spent 163 dollars. Waste of money Do not go there. I've been here before to get my nails done or get a facial and those times have been fine. I noticed that they also offer massages so i thought id give it a try since my place was booked. Massage started off well. It was a guy "masseuse". Started on my back (face up) and he didnt use lotion.. but a whole bunch of oils.. thats when i knew something was up.He make me turn around and started massaging my back.. was nothing like the profesional massages ive received.. but things made a turn for the worst when he actually climbed on top of the bed, straddled me, and massaged my lower back. I almost wanted to bust out laughing! It was horrible. He wasnt a big guy or else he wouldve crushed me but i thought we were going to break the massage bed. To wrap things up... dont come here for a massage. Book it at your local spa. This isnt the place for that, and honestly don't know why they offer this service here if they dont have someone qualified to do the service. Read Less

I got a pedicure here yesterday , my feet are sore from how hard the was sanding my feet , she was not even paying attention to what she was doing , to busy talking to other employees! I went here with my MIL and FIL. We booked 3 pedicures. They were all absolutely wonderful. Had nice warm water in the lined tubs, and started out by getting all of us a drink. Our consultants talked to us to make sure we were comfortable. I even heard one talking to my father in law about the health benefits of getting this done. They were all more than polite and did a great job for a reasonable price. I felt the need to post since some of the reviews have been terrible. This definitely wasn't our experience. Been here twice, first time I got a mani pedi. I felt rushed, I did not feel like I got my money's worth.Went back again yesterday, just for a pedi. The guy was starting off great, but then I was in serious pain, I look down at my toe and its bleeding! The guy apologized and stopped the bleeding. He then was VERY rough with his "massage". I received a gift certificate and that is what brought me to the salon. When I asked the prices for the same services that I receive at my regular salon, I was quoted $27 more than what I usually pay. So I opted to settle for a lesser pedicure without shellac. The pedicure was fine, but my toenails were not filed evenly and I had to ask for them to be fixed. I then proceeded to have a shellac manicure done and the tech acted inconvenienced by my color choice and kept trying to convince me to go with a different shade. I was left with polish on the side of my nails and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix it. I'm not sure when the customer service in service establishments, especially nail salons, became more about keeping your nail technician happy by not complaining than actually getting good service. I went to Forum Nails and got my nails done a few times. I went to go get a new set and the girl asked me if I wanted a new gel they had for an extra 5.00. Instead of a topcoat, it's a new shiny gel. I said sure. Two hours later my fingers were itchy and felt like they were on fire! I had tried a new perfumed lotion, so I thought it was that. I never thought it was the nails or gel considering I have gotten my nails done for years! My fingers became inflamed and had large dry patches. Slowly it got better, but my fingers were VERY dry. I went back to get a fill 11 days after getting the set. The girl asked me about my fingers before I had a chance to ask her about it (thinking it was my lotion).. She informed me that her boss had bought some cheaper products and that the same thing had happened to another customer. She said she was going to change out her solution. After I left, again it happened. I called the salon the next day and told the girl I wanted to talk to her and the manager. I went to the salon and waited 15 minutes to talk to a manager. The manager came over and blamed me for being allergic to the product!!!! lol After years of getting my nails done, I couldn't believe my ears. She laughed and offered NO APOLOGY! They took my nails off and I demanded all my money back. The manager refused and only gave 25.00 (the cost for my last fill). Her attitude "CHRIS" was unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. Beware ladies.......almost 3 weeks later, my nail beds are red, and my fingers are extremely dry. They look like they have been burnt and they healed. Wrinkled and horrible! No kidding!
