Extremely disappointed, went in and they were initially very kind but by the end of my visit I'm left with uneven, warped unsatisfactory nails. On top of that, embarrassed, as the older gentleman that worked on my acrylic set pointed to my nails and laughed with another tech, mocked me and they both enjoyed a laugh out of that as well.
I went in and asked for a full set, acrylic with shellac. He then tried to force the color acrylic powder, said it was better. I had to repeat I wasn't interested, I'd rather do the shellac (as it's easier to remove and change color). I also expressed that it was my birthday coming up so I'm trying to figure out exactly what i wanted. I wanted to add a different color but he then scolded me and said, "I'm already painting". He sighed several times and threw my hands around at everything I said, as if it was such an inconvenience. As my shellac was drying, I was so anxious and nervous to say ANYTHING, I paid AND tipped GENEROUSLY, because at the end of the day, he did perform a service, even though he was so negative and I now have to reconstruct my nails on my own and visit a different nail shop to repaint them. I will NEVER return and will include the photos of the lopsided, poorly filed and painted nails as well. For future reference, whatever his name is, work on your customer service and attitude, patience is a virtue. No customer deserves to be treated as an inconvenience.
Update:I returned the following morning to get my nails fixed, as one nail was significantly shorter than the others. The man, which I use that term lightly, proceeded to brush me off and not even look me in the eye, was very annoyed by my request to correct the mistakes done. I asked for my money back in which he told me to leave, he would call the police and then said "f*** you". I've NEVER in my life been treated so poorly. I would NEVER recommend this place for service. I'm disgusted and appalled people can act this way.
Might I add, in the past 2 weeks there have suspiciously been 17 reviews posted on this page, all 5 star ratings, following the same criteria and recipe. I find that extremely odd. Sounds like a violation of policy to me. (Writing your own reviews to purport your business.)

Great place if you’re looking for your fix on detailed nail art. The nail techs have so much talent I was blown away. The products themselves are high quality, I had my gel nails for about a month and had to remove them just because my nails had grown too long. Pricing is fair for the design quality!!

My daughter and I went in on a Thursday afternoon and were greeted right away. So far so good. My daughter wanted a pedi and I wanted a mani. They put my daughter in a pedi chair, turned the water on and promplty forgot about her. They remembered when the basin started to overflow, though. The employees were doing a lot of running around and it felt very caotic in there. I was told to sit in a mani chair and waited for quite a while before the owner sat down to start my mani. She was on the business phone a few times during my mani and when I was told to wash mny hands, she just flat left. I couldn't find her! When I finally saw her again, she was running around and busied herself with lots of other things besides finishing my mani. I have NEVER seen customer service in a nail salon like this before and was pretty frustrated. She kept saying she was coming to finish and then found something else to do. My daughters pedi was marginal at best. My mani looked pretty good...once it was finally completed. I hope there are other nail salons in town (I was visiting) because this one was terrible. Hopefully they were just having a REALLY bad day.

Never again am I coming here, they charge you for every little different thing you do whether it's the shape or color which makes no sense!! I come in and they tell me a price of a picture I showed them but when I pay it's a different price . A refill is the same as getting them as a full set.. Over all they do horrible on shaping them, and they charge extra. I don't recommend it to anyone, they just care if you pay.. They rush through it all, there's mistakes always!

Broke my nail and needed to get fixed, went a year or so ago and never went back now i know why. Only place open on Sunday but i should have waited. Didn't buff my nail before putting the gel coat. Now its all lumpy. And all this after i had him change the size. He used a size smaller then my pinky on my pointer finger. NEVER AGAIN. and they are opening another one across from TSC.

Best nails!!! I drive 20 minutes from New Braunfels to get my acrylics done. Very solid nails, no breaks, and great prices. Definitely my go to place & worth the drive! :)

Horrible, had to come back the salon because my nails where unfinished and you can see my nail through the color. I called to let the lady know what had happened, she said to come back. She was very nice and we'll working trying to get everything perfect. I do thank a lot to her. Another lady that redid my nails was very very rude and gave attitude. When I did go back she still didn't get them right, I never had this problem of someone being so rude and disrespectful to a customer. Poor customer service today. Very upset.

Worst place ever!! Me and my sister went to get our nails done for her wedding. There were maybe 5 nails techs sitting around and no one wanted to do our nails. We got seated to three different techs before someone was able to start our nails. Mine were okay. The design was hideous. My sisters acrylic nails came out decent. However two hours later her nails started chipping off. Like a chunk of acrylic. I've never experienced that before in my life. I dont know what products they use but they were also burning her nails! Please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

I heard from other folks their ideas of the best nail salon in Seguin but decided to go it alone and try this place and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the bomb solar set put on and a fantastic pedicure done AT THE SAME TIME! Place is very efficient without cutting corners. Very personable people too. It was very clean as well. I have since been back a couple of times and it only gets better...ask for Don for nails and Laura for pedicures.

This is the worst nail.salon I have ever been to in my life. I'm 27 and have been getting my nails.done for a long time. First, my friend and I waited over 30 min to be seated in a pedicure chair with cold water at that. Then they started to get a bit busy and the lady left me with no water and toes half painted for 15/20 min. During this time a man came to do my nails and they came out looking like duck bills with absolutely No c curve at all. After that I stood in a line to get my eyebrows done for another 20 minutes, if I didn't need them done I would have just left, but while I was laying there I only wanted my eyebrows and the lady put wax basically all over my face. I was very upset and she told me I did not have to pay for the eyebrow wax...Thank God. Although the one thing I didn't pay for came out the best. Over all they charged me 75 for everything needless to say I would NEVER GO BACK!worst experience

Got my nails done here today, only because it was the only one open in seguin. Had to wait 2 hrs then the lady gave me solar nails, which I didnt want, I always get acrylic and thats what I like. Was only supose to be $25 but since she did solar I had to pay $40. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. OH AND SHE ALSO LEFT FINGERNAIL POLISH ON THE SIDE OF MY FINGERS.

Extremely disappointed, went in and they were initially very kind but by the end of my visit I'm left with uneven, warped unsatisfactory nails. On top of that, embarrassed, as the older gentleman that worked on my acrylic set pointed to my nails and laughed with another tech, mocked me and they both enjoyed a laugh out of that as well.

The products themselves are high quality, I had my gel nails for about a month and had to remove them just because my nails had grown too long. Pricing is fair for the design quality!!

Never again am I coming here, they charge you for every little different thing you do whether it's the shape or color which makes no sense!! I come in and they tell me a price of a picture I showed them but when I pay it's a different price . A refill is the same as getting them as a full set.. Over all they do horrible on shaping them, and they charge extra. I don't recommend it to anyone, they just care if you pay.. They rush through it all, there's mistakes always!

She was very nice and we'll working trying to get everything perfect. I do thank a lot to her. Another lady that redid my nails was very very rude and gave attitude.
