I came here Saturday to get my eyebrows done. And came out with a horrible experience. One eyebrows was so thick and full the other was so thin and messed up. I cried because my eyebrows really looked so horrible. I told the lady that they weren’t the same and she told me it was an illusion. Seriously? I will never be coming back again. Read Less

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE TECH!! Went in with a friend for pedicures and waxing and the lead tech or who ever she was that was doing all the talking was very rude from the moment we walked in. First she lied and said it would be a long wait, but someone was ready by the time I decided what color I wanted(less than 5mins). Since only 1 tech was ready I told them we would wait so that we could both be in the chair at the same time, she then tells us "we don't have the man power for that"(there were at least 3 techs up front, 1 who looked like she was finishing up a customer and we were the only ones waiting) and that we should go to another shop maybe they will have the man power. At that point I was pissed because it just seemed like she was lying and making excuses so that we would leave so that's exactly what we did and spent our money else where!! This is my first time coming to this place because my sister recommended it. John was amazing he is really attentive with details. Well kept, clean shop, which I loved.  We arrived early on a Sunday so wait time wasn't too bad.  Took a friend here for the 1st time for a pedi.  Hanna was pleasant and made small talk as she worked.  My opinion, she could've spent a little more time on the fine details.  At any rate, it was an all around good experience. I give this place a solid zero for customer service. We walked in and it was busy so we asked how long the wait was, and got a very attitudinal 1 hour. If we are paying you $30 for your service per person (3 of us), you should at least be more courteous. Will never go back. You're not doing us a favor by telling us it's an hour wait. I recommend going to the front at Nail Express before hitting up this miserable place. I've been to many a places in several different cities, and this place is a means to an end at the most. I LOVE this salon!!! This is my go to for an eyebrow wax i have recently moved and finding another place to do my eyebrows is hard! So when i am in town i make sure to swing by and get them done by Hannah. Hannah is really sweet and so is all of the other staff! I also have had a manicure, pedicure, a full set, and a gel manicure and they always do a great job! The salon is very well maintained and clean and i definitely recommend them! :) Read Less

Disappointed.. This unused to be the best nail salon in Seagoville. Amber is still great but the rest of the team I can't say much about. We went there last night, @ 5:30p we asked how long the wait is and was told 5min. I was getting a pedicure, my mom needed a manicure. They sat me in the pedi chair and then proceeded to work on someone else who walked in after us. I say at the pedi chair without water for over 30min. I then just got up. My mom sat at someone's station waiting as well, she was in need of more service than I did she proceeded to wait 15min more. No one apologized for the wait or said a word to either one of us ..
