I went to RT Nails on a walk-in basis. Katie and Randy were very nice and accommodating. The salon was very serene and they offered a variety of services at an affordable price. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and you are offered the newest technology in salon services.

My fiancé and I had our first experience here and it was wonderful! We made an appointment and we were promptly seated. My fiancé has never had a pedicure before, and his tech, Katie, was very good about explaining what she was doing and what she was going to do next. My tech, David, was also great and I liked his attention to detail and how he took his time (rather than feeling like I was being rushed to fit in another client). Katie was friendly and funny and definitely made us feel welcome.
We both received the “Deluxe” pedicure, which included sugar scrub with orange peels, massage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towels. All for $50 (each). Was very relaxing and I feel the value for this service was definitely on point! They also offer an express pedicure for $25, and other options as well (“Deluxe” was the most expensive). Chairs also had massagers, which was nice. I will definitely return and my fiancé now sees how awesome pedicures can be (even for males!). Bonus is that a brand new Starbucks opened across the street, so I was able to enjoy my coffee while getting pampered :)

I loved my first experience with Vivi, awesome pedicure and fill, I paid like 90$ for both B4 tip, next time I went in I couldn't afford to pay for that same deal, she had given me the orange slices pedi for $45 @ a $5 discount, well I was just gonna get a fill, and decided to get the $25 pedi too, Tommy was my nail guy, there was no scent put in the tub, and the lotion he massaged with had no scent or scrub, I mean come on Really, that was beyond basic, and they all talked constantly in there language, Tommy was on his ear bud phone, first 10 minutes, and Never tried to engage me in conversation, I was very dissatisfied with the visit.

I think I've finally found a nail salon I can stick with. I've been to quite a few in SA and surrounding, and ended up having issues with consistency of service, where one time it's great, the next time just so-so or even poor. So far, RT Nails has been great. It's one of the very few places where I've gotten shellac polish that didn't still end up chipping. Right now, my nails have grown out so much I need them done again, and no chips. Polish application is very well done, also. Smooth, even and neat, no "coloring outside the lines" onto cuticles and surrounding. I have natural nails, my kid gets solar, we both get pedicures. No complaints with any services received, and the customer service is also good. Give RT nails a try.

I was in town from out of state, and needed my brows waxed. I was taken into their waxing/facial room, and the lady said, "oh honey, what happened?" I have microblading done, and want the appearance of having filled in eyebrows all the time. I explained this and she asked, "but what went wrong? Where did you go?" I said nothing went wrong, that was how I wanted them.
She called a coworker in there and they started speaking in a foreign language about my eyebrows, poking and prodding at them. At that point, I grabbed my purse and said forget it and left.
I am a hairstylist and esthetician myself, and I am horrified knowing that there are people like that in the business of beautifying and making someone feel better about their looks. They humiliated me, made me self conscious, and overall were just rude.

I just moved to the area and knew the search for a nail salon would be a priority, so I spend several hours reading through reviews before deciding on RT Nails. I called ahead to make sure they had time and I spoke with Randy. He answered my questions and was able to fit me in this afternoon.This shop is AMAZING!!! Randy was my nail tech and he listened to my concerns and went beyond my expectations. I was getting my acrylics filled with gel polish, so just the basics for me. However, when I saw the care he was taking with my nails, I asked if they had time for a pedicure as well. I only requested a basic pedicure, but I felt that I also received excellent service above what I thought would be. This is definitely my new nail shop!!!

My fiancé and I had our first experience here and it was wonderful! We made an appointment and we were promptly seated. My fiancé has never had a pedicure before, and his tech, Katie, was very good about explaining what she was doing and what she was going to do next. My tech, David, was also great and I liked his attention to detail and how he took his time (rather than feeling like I was being rushed to fit in another client). Katie was friendly and funny and definitely made us feel welcome.

I think I've finally found a nail salon I can stick with. So far, RT Nails has been great. It's one of the very few places where I've gotten shellac polish that didn't still end up chipping. Right now, my nails have grown out so much I need them done again, and no chips. Polish application is very well done, also. I just moved to the area and knew the search for a nail salon would be a priority, so I spend several hours reading through reviews before deciding on RT Nails.
