I'm not one to be judgmental against the services i receive, but this has got to be the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. I requested french tips using dip powder and temperature changing polish for my toes. I got them done at ANOTHER salon before this trip and they came out so well. Well, when I went to this salon, I was under the impression they would do a similar job. I arrived at 6:30. They close at 7:30. They had me sitting getting my toes and nails done at the same time. That had never happened before and to be honest it felt amazing. I felt like I had a "glam" team. Moving on...... as my french tips were getting done, the nail guy had me crossing my right arm to the left side of my body. He was doing that set at an angle. I'm assuming he knows how to do a straight set of french nails at an angle. He didn't. He was rushing and over filed the sides of my nails. I understand it as common courtesy to start closing shop AFTER the customers leave. These people were closing while I was there... during business hours! The people who were checking me out, had their bags and stuff ready to go. I never felt more rushed to leave a place. After I paid, I got in my car and realized my nails were bumpy, uneven, and slanted. The WORST set of nails I've ever gotten. I will NEVER be going back to this salon again. I LOVE my pedicures from Betty! She does such a great job! When I go in my feet resemble some ugly Neanderthal looking things and when I leave my feet can breathe, they're smooth and beautiful! She takes her time to make sure she gently yet effectively removes in grown nails. She gets the calluses off without torture. She makes me feel that I'm worth it. She makes her clients feel like they're actual people and not just another person in the chair. I insist on having Betty do my pedicures. Others MIGHT do a good job but Betty does the BEST! Worst place ever to get your nails done. This is my first time there and it was my birthday. I got a manicure and all I wanted was a basic manicure and she kept pushing the shellac down my throat at least four or five times and I kept telling her no thank you at least 5 times. I felt like I was in my kindergarten class with my kids. She did a horrible job, she got nail polish all over my skin didn’t even clean it up properly. I had to go home and clean it up myself with acetone. She filed my nails too short when I had grown them nice and long. She kept rushing me and didn’t even offer me a drink when I saw several other people with soda and wine. I didn’t pay to come in to be hasseled for more expensive services and to be rushed. I have had manicures several times before and I have never felt so rushed she had me in and out in like 10-15 minutes. Her name is Hannah so I would definitely stay away from her but honestly I would definitely go somewhere else because the front office staff is just as rude and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. There are some super sweet technicians here that do a great job like Hanna and Jenny! There are a few that aren't friendly at all but I don't know their names because they didn't tell me. Management/receptionist aren't very friendly. Also if you watch the parking lot you will see that the employees are parked in most of the convenient parking spots. That is not good for customer service. But getting a great pedicure from sweet people like Hanna and Jenny keeps me coming back. Read Less

I just received a pedicure today and my technician was awesome! He was very meticulous and caring. When I paid at the front desk, the female attendant was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't say thank you and she just wanted to rush me out the door. This is my go to for pedicures. The facility is clean. Tubs are lined with plastic liners, new for every cusomer. They serve complimentary drinks, alcohol as well as non. Some technicians are better than others. But I have found this in every city I have lived. I have never had wax done here so I can not offer any review. Nor have I done any fingernail treatment. Went in yesterday for a Deluxe pedicure. Worst one I've ever gotten! Alex sped through my pedicure and when I left my heels felt rough from a fast filing job; the exfoliation scrub was nonexistent; my skin around nails was poorly trimmed; my nails were clipped crookedly; and my polish was not applied to just my nails, but all across my toes as well. I went here for the first time this weekend with my 6 yr old daughter. They did a great job at making her feel like a big girl! They took the time to paint her finger and toe nails, add a design! She accidentally touched a nail before it was dry, and they happily fixed it. We will definitely be repeat customers! The facility was very clean, and quiet. Went in Wednesday for individual eyelash extensions. Supposedly, they last well enough to go approximately 2 weeks before a FILL IN is needed. Tonight (Sunday), they started falling off in giant clumps. Not one at a time, not a single lash here or there- GIANT CLUMPS started falling off and took my natural lashes with them. The few lashes that remained were partially pulled off the lash they were adhered to- just enough that the ends were rubbing my eyelid raw. Those few hurt so badly I had to remove them myself. So now, after 5 days, I no longer have lash extensions OR 80% of my natural lashes. I'd go back to demand some form of recompense, but I imagine they'd only offer me store credit and I will NEVER go back here for any reason. Read Less

New owners now! Service has got so bad. One woman pushes facals.. and I kept saying no. Rushes though my pedi. I didnt get any relaxation! I use to get my massages there. My favorite massage therapist isnt there anymore.The one employee told me they got rid of her!!! All new faces. Employees dont seem happy! CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO FIND KELLY THE MASSAGE THERAPIST? DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off, all of you people saying this place is SO CLEAN when it's the dirtiest nail salon i have EVER been in! There's dust all on the floor and walls and dirty old shoes next to one of the chairs!! I got a solar set there and the place was so dirty that there was random black strings that got into the set!! The guy did such a bad job that my nails started pulling off the next day. He also managed to cut my fingers multiple times because he was so careless. After the nails came off, I noticed blood under one of my nails. I ended up having to get my ACTUAL nail COMPLETELY REMOVED by my doctor!! I have pictures to prove it , too. I have been here since they open back in 2010 and it was always a great experience here with the manager and staff. They have been more than just a salon, I have make some friends here too, The staff know me ! I feel like its a family They call my name when I walk in the door, even recognize my voice on the phone seen me when i was engaged , I have my bridal party here for my wedding, celebrate my birthday , when I am pregnant now I have a beautiful son who I bring here on occasion. Its so great. I love to see a business who is appreciate their loyal customer and I owe them this review so here it is !!I have refer many friends over for very simple reason, they are the best, I like the relaxing atmosphere, I usually stick to one nail tech but I have try all of them when the manager recommend me in case my nail tech is book up and so far great experience every timeI am very rough with my nails , I abused them !! They dont break often since I got them done here but when i do, they fix it for free! This was the worst experience I have ever had. They cut my feet up, They burned my feet with the water, and while getting my so called "Massage" while getting my pedicure, the lady was on the phone and only using one hand. I then paid after getting my Mani Pedi and was waiting on a friend to be done with her nails. THe manager, who did nothing but walk around with ear phones in charged me the wrong price but didn't realize it till 15 minuets later while I was sitting there. He then demanded I pay the extra $8, which then magically turned into $58, then $53, then $23. He was the rudest most un professional man I have ever met. He refused to listen to me and called me "Honey" inappropriately when I was disagreeing with him. The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. DO NOT GO HERE. Nail Passion Spa on 3009 or anywhere else is much better. These people may get you with the free drinks but they treat you like crap. They over charge and then start to talk crap about you to customers when you are still in the store, telling them how "we were not going pay to for the mistake we made, they were" (talking about us). I had to come in for a fill while I was down here on vacation, and I was not impressed. They left my nails all bumpy and rough after they put the gel on, then they over charged me by $10. A+++ service! I felt the guy (his name is Chris by the way) was awesome! Very nice and detail oriented! I loved the way my nails came out. I had to get shellac due to my nail biting habit & I wash my hand too too much. I also got a pedi from the older woman and she was very precise. The salon was the CLEANEST salon I had ever been in. I have been going to this place since it opened. It has gone down hill. Most staff could care less rush through pedi, did not offer drinks. Talk loud and laugh through out pedicure. I brought my grandmother in who because of age does not have the best feet it was very uncomfortable because they were talking and laughing and so obvious it was at her expense. They also cut my cuticle during manicure. My shellac has not been lasting and manager says he will fix for free but then charges me and says it is policy. I will never go back. Read Less

I'm very particular about where to go and get my nails done, I been going to this same nail Tek since 2003. Now that she's moving back to Vietnam , I gotta find another place. My niece recommend this lounge and oh my goodness, I love it. there are drinks, lots of choices of glitter powders( believe me, I'm a pink and white nail person since ) but I loveeeeeeeee it.
