My daughter wanted to get a mani/pedi for her 8th birthday. I called in advance to find out how much it would cost and if an appointment was neccessary. I was told $10 for nails and $10 for toes unless she wanted a design which would be an additional $3-$5. The day of I took her and one of her friends, explained they just wanted polish nothing fancy and could get flowers on their toes. After I was charged just under $100. When I questioned why it cost so much the lady tried telling me they got the full treatment on both nails and toes. When I explained to her they did not they simply got polish no soaking or scrubbing and that I called in advance and was told $10 not $25 she said that was only for children. When I pointed out the obvious that they where children and only 8 years old she then walked back to where my daughters friend was just finishing up getting her toes done and asked her "how old she was". This alone was upsetting because I had just told her their age. She told her she was 8 and the lady looked surprised. By this time the manger who had apparently been paying attention stepped in and apologized for the confusion stating my daughters friend didn't "look" that young. My daughter and her friend thankfully thought that was awesome and started wondering how old they "looked" but I was a little offended for them and the lack of professionalism. I get people probably try and cheat the system and maybe they've delt with that before. But there are far more professional ways to handle it. It's a nice salon and the staff has always been friendly which is why I chose them for her birthday in the first place. But when it comes to your children be prepared to show some sort of proof of age unless you want them grilling your kids.

I only went here because my girl is on vacation....HUGE mistake! The lady argued with me on 4 different colors.... Was the slowest I have ever seen in the business. In all the years I have been going to nail salons, I have NEVER got up in the middle of my session and walked out with half my nails with powder and the other just filed down. Needless to say I went down the road and got exactly what I wanted the first time I asked! NEVER AGAIN!!

Definitely will not go back. If you want a cheap place this is for you - but you pay for what you get. I got shellac and it started peeling on the SECOND day. I drove out of my way to have it fixed. The lady told me they would repaint the nails......I told her I didn’t want that because they would just peel again. I recomended the dip instead. Tell me why she tried to charge me $30 for the dip. I laughed out loud and asked if she was going to refund me for the shellac. Why would I be $60 in the hole for nails I had to go back and fix because they messed up? Sorry, not sorry. It hasn’t been a full week and my dip nails are already breaking and chipping off (I have never had this problem)...save your time and money and go to a place that will last. This place kindaaaaaa sucks.

Very beautiful salon and nice receptionist; but unfortunately, my experience reminded me why I started giving myself pedicures years ago.
The water was scalding hot and the vibrating chair didn't work. The man never once smiled or conversed with me. In fact, when he was done, he just got up and left. Never said, "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" or anything. I didn't even know he was done. When I realized he wasn't coming back, I asked the other technician about my calluses; and she had to yell for him to come back out. I paid extra for callus removal, a process that takes a little more effort on their part. However, the man argued that I didn't have any calluses. Then why did you still charge me for the removal? You could tell he was annoyed by his demeanor and kept talking to the other technician in their foreign language. I'm sure it was about me!! It was just an overall uncomfortable situation. Not so much a spa/pampered experience. I left with dry feet; and after I arrived home, I noticed he didn't even push all the cuticles back.
If you decide to try this salon, my only recommendation is to request a female. At least they can fake a smile and pretend to care about how your day is going.

I had dipped nails that were done incorrectly, and fell off in a week after they started cracking at the edges in 5 days. The technician KNEW he did them incorrectly and shrugged it off before I left....
I had dipped nails that were done incorrectly, and fell off in a week after they started cracking at the edges in 5 days. The technician KNEW he did them incorrectly and shrugged it off before I left. Said to just come back if they fell off. I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. Frustrating.

Ann. Worst pedicure in long time. If she worked half as hard to accommodate/try/listen vs arguing or saying no might be a better experience. Maybe a long day for her but the attitude....mercy!

First time here, won't be back. My Grandma wanted to treat me to a mani/pedi at the place she frequents. The store is very clean and nice. Mary did my pedicure, no complaints. Kevin did my manicure, which I am not satisfied with. Not only was he kind of rude, but he didn't do what I think constitutes as manicure. My cuticles look awful. My French tip is so uneven, I could have painted white on myself more evenly. He did the absolute minimum even though that's not what we paid for. I will be going to my usual spot (Bay Colony) to at least get the actual nails reshaped tomorrow.

I have been here before, but wasn't pleased with my nails. A guy named Bob did them. He would never listen to what I wanted. I even went back and gave him multiple chances. I walked in this time, I got a girl named JC.And damn, they are so much better! She listened, she asked questions. She was very professional, even use a wet clothe to absorb the nail dust.I will go back. Very clean and they had an English speaking receptionist!

I had made an appointment on Monday to get my nails done on Thursday(my sister was treating me for my birthday). I wanted a certain tech to do my nails and was told he was busy later in the afternoon so the lady on the phone said to come in at 11. Show up on Thursday at 11, then am told oh no the guy I asked for is out of town!? Since I'm already there I went ahead and get my nails done by another guy.. I am happy with how they turned out. He cut one of my cuticles while buffing my nails and it started bleeding. That was the only part I didn't like. I did appreciate him following exactly what I wanted. Almond shape in a nude color.

I was treated very disrespectfully. The young Caucasian girl that works the counter has no customer etiquette experience and certainly no care attitude about how you feel. If you see the picture I selected a color changing polish. However what they advertise is not what I got you can see the color never did change from the time I had it on. They charged me $15 to get it off. I told her that I thought this wasnt right and I asked to speak to the manager and she said she could not reach the manager. I asked her several times about speaking to the manager she never offeredto call him kept making excuses and she avoided me. I will never step foot in this place. So it's false advertisement even if it's a color changing when you see the color you select that's what you want. Instead it was more like a lilac and I mention to the girl before that I wanted gray. Missie, you have a poor and dry attitude!

My daughter wanted to get a mani/pedi for her 8th birthday. I called in advance to find out how much it would cost and if an appointment was neccessary. I was told $10 for nails and $10 for toes unless she wanted a design which would be an additional $3-$5. I only went here because my girl is on vacation....HUGE mistake! The lady argued with me on 4 different colors.... Was the slowest I have ever seen in the business. In all the years I have been going to nail salons, I have NEVER got up in the middle of my session and walked out with half my nails with powder and the other just filed down. Needless to say I went down the road and got exactly what I wanted the first time I asked! NEVER AGAIN!!

Very beautiful salon and nice receptionist; but unfortunately, my experience reminded me why I started giving myself pedicures years ago.
The water was scalding hot and the vibrating chair didn't work. The man never once smiled or conversed with me. In fact, when he was done, he just got up and left. Never said, "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" or anything. I didn't even know he was done. When I realized he wasn't coming back, I asked the other technician about my calluses; and she had to yell for him to come back out. Kevin did my manicure, which I am not satisfied with. Not only was he kind of rude, but he didn't do what I think constitutes as manicure. My cuticles look awful. Show up on Thursday at 11, then am told oh no the guy I asked for is out of town!? Since I'm already there I went ahead and get my nails done by another guy.. I am happy with how they turned out. He cut one of my cuticles while buffing my nails and it started bleeding. That was the only part I didn't like. I did appreciate him following exactly what I wanted. Almond shape in a nude color.
