My nails and pedi were great and I was going to give them 5 stars until their credit card machine froze, my transaction went through as pending on my account like all of my other transactions but did not show in her credit card reader, and the lady attempted to charge me again... $83.00 is a lot to charge again on my account if your machine is down. Judging by how old the credit card reader was, I would get refunded in 7 Days if she charged it again. What did not help was the woman’s persistance to charge my card after I showed her proof that it came out of my account and that things I bought a week ago are still pending. I called my bank, but it was closed ... I told her that I would come back Monday or call ... and she said “I don’t know.” I told her I would give her my address and she said okay. So I gave her my drivers license and she decided to write my license number down. I told her that I did not give her permission to write my drivers license down... she scratched it out just a little and I said give me the paper and she could write my address down again. She ripped the portion of my paper with my drivers license and aggressively threw it on the pay counter in front of me. I gave her my phone number. There was nothing that I could do about the card reader not working and the attitude did not make it any better ... I will check first thing in the morning to see if the transaction went through and pay if it did not, this review is proof ,but I will not be going back again.

It's been about 8 years since I have had my nails done and i want to get in a routine to continue to have them done. finding a nail salon has been difficult. THIS NAIL SALON IS AMAZING!! They did a wonderful job and didnt rush me at all. I will continue to go back!

I've been to this place 5 times, and each time the service got worse and worse. The first two times I went for a pedicure and they kept pushing me to get a different, more expensive one, even after I kept saying I only wanted a basic pedicure. The next time I went for a full set of acrylics and the nail tech was impatient and did not get the acrylic anywhere near my cuticles, so it looked like they were already a week grown out right after I had them done. The fourth time I went in, the nail tech kept commenting on how her feelings were hurt that I didn't remember she had done my nails the previous time; it was really uncomfortable. The fifth time I went in was the worst. I called beforehand to see how much it would be to fill my acrylics while bringing my own gel polish. On the phone I was told it would be $25. When I got there, the nail tech literally raised her voice to me, rolled her eyes at me, and basically yelled at me that it would be the same price as a full set ($45) and that I "shouldn't be wasting my money on my own polish". I told her what I was told over the phone, but she rolled her eyes at me again and continued to raise her voice saying the same things over and over. I was on the verge of walking out in the middle of the fill, but decided to just sit through it. When I went to pay, she charged me $37 for the fill (probably because either she was BS-ing me the whole time or she could tell I was not happy).
I will never go back to Bobcat Nails and you shouldn't either!!

It was an okay experience. I asked for a Shellac manicure and it was $35 with out tip. To me this seems a little too high as I always get them done at Alpha Nails at the outlets for $40 with better service. The lady who was doing my nails keeped leaving me while she charged and talked to other customers. There was another lady there who stayed with her client the entire time.

I made an appointment with them cause many girls told me to go there. I got seen 20 min after my appointment. I was getting a new set with dip powder and from the start the lady cut my cuticle, I thought ok no big deal it’s just one. But now 8 of my nails are cut and bleeding. By the end, my nails were crooked and jagged, she didn’t smooth them at all and I was done within 30 min. I ended up going to another nail salon to get them fixed and they managed to make my nails look a lot better. Never going back again.

I went here for the first time after Thanksgiving to get the powder dip on my nails. They looked great until I took them off. Two of my nails had fungus on then from their unsanitary tools. I do not recommend unless you want to pay for a doctors visit and antibiotics.

Just had a shellac manicure at Bobcat Nails & Spa. I've been going there for awhile now & love this salon! I feel so comfortable & appreciated there. Lynh does my nails so well that I can go 4 weeks (my nails grow very slowly) without a break or any other problem. She works quickly which I like!!! The prices are very reasonable. Great place! Try it!!!!!

Love this place! They're always SUPER friendly and know exactly what you want! I've been coming here since they opened, had a minor issue once, told the owner and ever since haven't had any issues. I love the fact everyone there is willing to work with you. You just have to talk to them directly and they'll fix anything. Appointments are highly suggested to get in. They're awesome so they stay booked. Walk ins are welcome it's just a little more difficult (I've made this mistake before). My nails stay fabulous!! The jelly pedi is amazing and dipping powder nails! If you love your eyebrows and lips done, they use chocolate flavored wax, SO relaxing!

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this nail salon. I just moved to San Marcos and rely heavily on online reviews. This place had the best reviews so I was very excited and had high expectations. When I arrived a man was ushered in from the back to do my nails and the man the ENTIRE TIME did not speak one word to me, which from my opinion isn't very good customer service. He cut my finger with the file and was very rushed and rough during the service, which I told him multiple times and asked him to be more gentle. He did a very spotty job on my cuticles and the paint job was mediocre. The part that really bothered me the most was when I asked him the price of my gel manicure ($30, which I believe is very expensive) he then proceeded to charge me for $35. I told him that he had charged me $5 extra and he insisted that I just put my pin in to run the card without answering my question on the extra $5. I refused and told him that he told me it was $30 and then he proceeded to tell me that the $5 was for his gratuity, which I did NOT tell him to do. When getting my nails done I tend to add 30%-40% for gratuity and planned on tipping him well but the fact that he did a spotty job and then tried to ring out his own tip without my permission left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this nail salon.

Just had a shellac manicure at Bobcat Nails & Spa. I've been going there for awhile now & love this salon! I feel so comfortable & appreciated there.
