They changed the owner so everything is upgraded. The whole salon was remodeled and looks so cozy and relaxing inside. I got the detox pedicure and I was so satisfied with the quality of products and services. My feet turned baby feet. They have a punch of drinks and chips served to customers without limit, especially, margarita and corona. I got the mango margarita and it was so enjoyable. Rose Nails is the only nail salon for me.  I have probably tried 30 different nail salons over the past twenty years.  But for nearly two years now, I have used Rose Nails exclusively.  This is a family operated salon - very low key, clean and relaxing.  Mary always does a great job and is very attentive and sweet.  Unlike many nail technicians, Mary speaks very good English and is easy to talk to.  I usually always call ahead - sometimes just 30 minutes ahead while I'm out shopping and Mary is always ready to fit me in.  She is the BEST. My appointment took 3 hours for a pedicure and a pink/white fill. Inside there are stickers all over the wall and the smell of burning incense yet you can't help to see that the walls are yellow and dingy and about to fall apart. I would not go back to this place. Read Less

Today, I went to this nail salon for a manicure. The ladies were all very friendly and welcoming.  My wait time was roughly about 5 to 10 minutes. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and really took her time to get my nails in perfect state. Super uncomfortable inside, very warm temperature inside. I was sweating the whole time. I had called ahead for my friend and I to get pedicures. They started on my friend right away but then did not start on my pedicure for over 35 mins. It was awkward sitting there and waiting with my feet in luke warm water. Finally they started on my pedicure and it was just average. The place is not super visually appealing and didn't offer anything special. It was cheap so I guess the experience matched the price. I was in town for the holidays and found Rose Nails using iPhone Maps. Needed a solar pink and white fill with a small design on two fingers. Joe took his time to be sure everything was perfect. He also was very careful to not cause any pain when three of the old nails needed to be removed. Extremely considerate. It wasn't the fastest fill I've ever had but appears to be high quality. I'll know more after a couple of weeks when they grow out, but today they're perfectly shaped and they're nice and thin like I prefer, not sloppy and thick. He also did a remarkable job with the snowflake I asked for on each ring finger. I would highly recommend Rose Nails and will return whenever I'm in town. Read Less

Mai is the best! Her pedicures always last me well over a month and she takes her time with the leg massage. Walk-ins welcome but appointments are best as its hit or miss as to when they are busy. I've gone on a Saturday afternoon and been helped right away but then have also had to wait. Prices are excellent for the service. Pedis start at $25. Read Less

I get Mani/Pedis once a month. Several of the technicians have worked on me they are all wonderful.  The shop is always clean. There is never any food out where the customers are.  They do a good job and the prices are great! Read Less

Owned by a husband and wife team who are very passionate about their work. One of the best pedicures I ever had! I came there a half hour before close, yet received great customer service! The wife was doing my pedicure, when I inquired about their waxing. I was offered an eyebrow wax during my pedicure. The husband took over the leg massage portion of the pedicure! It was one of the most amazing scrub/massage I have had in a looooong time! The wife finished waxing my eyebrows, which turned out great btw! Definitely will be back!!! I want to say that I believe the one star rating was written before the current owner/staff took over this salon. It is now family owned and operated which means the staff actually cares about the reputation and quality of their service. They stayed an extra hour past closing just to finish my and my two sisters' nails prior to her wedding. The manicure, pedicure, and waxing are great! You won't find a nicer staff anywhere. Read Less
