If I could give zero stars, I would. Called at 2pm to ask if they had an appointment for that day. She said they were busy, but could fit me in at 4:45. At 4:45 I showed up. The lady in the office directed me to the back to their suite and no one was there. Door locked, lights off. The phone number went directly to voicemail. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I visited Kim's nail salon a couple of times and loved it. Her studio is tidy and she is very professional. But most of all she gives a great manicure and pedicure that last a long time. She uses the dry method for pedicures that is safer and knows how to make sure you relax and enjoy your special treatment.

I visited Kim's nail salon a couple of times and loved it. Her studio is tidy and she is very professional. But most of all she gives a great manicure and pedicure that last a long time. She uses the dry method for pedicures that is safer and knows how to make sure you relax and enjoy your special treatment.

First, the shop is in a great location. It may be difficult to find at first but it's a really neat setup. The venue has everything, hair, make up, spa, nails, etc. Unfortunately an appointment is needed for each individual service but if you can get all your appointments on one day, it's a great one stop shop. Kim B does awesome mani's and pedi's. I found this studio from a groupon offer my bf bought me. I had a great experience and my no chip mani lasted almost a full two weeks. I will definitely be going back to get my nails and toes done by Kim.

Kim is amazing...her room is clean, sanitary, and upbeat. It is quiet, so it makes for the perfect place to get your nails or toes done and relax. Kim is funnier than most of my friends, so I enjoy go...
Kim is amazing...her room is clean, sanitary, and upbeat. It is quiet, so it makes for the perfect place to get your nails or toes done and relax. Kim is funnier than most of my friends, so I enjoy going there to get my nails done and have a good laugh. I recommend the Gel nails, as they stay on for a long time and don't chip. Kim works around your schedule, and is on time!!! I am super picky and neurotic about who I go to for nails and toes (all those fungus stories and dirty tools stories you hear)....I won't go to anyone else other than Kim now.

First, the shop is in a great location. It may be difficult to find at first but it's a really neat setup. The venue has everything, hair, make up, spa, nails, etc. Unfortunately an appointment is needed for each individual service but if you can get all your appointments on one day, it's a great one stop shop. Kim B does awesome mani's and pedi's. I found this studio from a groupon offer my bf bought me. I had a great experience and my no chip mani lasted almost a full two weeks. Kim is amazing...her room is clean, sanitary, and upbeat. It is quiet, so it makes for the perfect place to get your nails or toes done and relax. Kim is funnier than most of my friends, so I enjoy going there to get my nails done and have a good laugh. I recommend the Gel nails, as they stay on for a long time and don't chip.
