T does a perfectly beautiful job with fills & shellac. T is fast, focused & precise, a seasoned pro. He's friendly and aims to please. They have hundreds of shellac, polish, glitters, cateye colors to choose from. I look forward to my next visit. I received several compliments on my nails throughout the rest of the day. I’ve lived in San Antonio for two years now and I’ve had the hardest time finding someone to cut my hair since the last place I went messed me up. I came here because I saw all the good reviews but I was kinda scared to let another stranger cut my hair. Well I called and got a same day appointment which was great and convenient. As soon as I arrived I was quickly seated by Margarita who was very friendly and professional. She did a great job with my cut and also washed and styled my hair to and the price was very reasonable. They were kind enough to take me 45 minutes before they closed, I'm sure it was because I called ahead to ask. I specifically asked and went for Julie because she did my friends nails and I loved what she did! She was extremely kind and friendly. She was just as excited to do my nails as I was to have them done! She took her time and came up with colors, shape of nail and pigments that would look best on me. so i went here for the first time yesterday, i got a full set and pedicure. the full set took the lady 2 hours to do. they came out okay, i got coffin shape and some of them are uneven. but what im mostly upset about is that another lady did my pedicure and she was picking at my cuticle and she made me bleed and she kept trying to cut it down more!! i told her she hurt me like 4 times and she kept trying to cut it down. i paid because im not the type to ask for a refund or whatever and i wasn't going to make s review but i woke up this morning and my toe hurts so bad! it's swollen a little and bloody. very dissapointed with the $30 pedicure that was more of a polish change. Wow! This is the first time in years that I have been 100% satisfied with a nail salon! I have been doing my nails about  10 years every 2 weeks religiously and I have been everywhere! The quality of the services exceeds all in the San Antonio area and the customer service is even better!!!! And I will gladly add that I am a picky customer! As long as they are open I will never go anywhere else! They are so attentive to detail and actually care about your satisfaction, Henry was absolutely wonderful and so nice! Went in today with my 4 year old daughter around 11 we were both seated quickly. My lady was very nice and the little girl they had sent to do my 4 yr old kids nails looked like she did t want to do them. She said a few words which I did not understand and was making faces. ( did not appreciate that at all) the cane Joe who is also a hairstylist, he made my baby feel like a princess. He gave her a drink and even adjusted the seat for her. Horrible job!  I am very embarrassed how my nails turned out with "shellac" French tip! I was there 9 days ago & my nails look horrible. The white tip turned an ugly brown color and some of the color has already chipped off! shellac nail polish is a rip off!  very expensive and does not perform its job as nail technician advertise. I was in need of a pedi and had received a coupon in the mail so thought I'd try this place. I looked at the list and asked for a deluxe package which was $30. At first the water was cold so I told them about that, then she cut my toe a bit. I asked her ( Think her name was Phoebe) for a Halloween motif with skulls. Don"t think she knew what I wanted and a gentleman said he was going to do it after he finished his customer. He starts painting what looked like a ghost on my nail. Twice I said I wanted skulls, can you do that and even showed him some pics. Still no go. How about a spider web with a tiny spider?....got a blank look....I finally pulled up the easiest thing I could find, a pic of 2 round eyes with a mouth with lines through it. With that done I go to pay and they charge me $40...I said what???? She said you got paraffin? I did but thought it was part of the package. So after not getting the design I wanted, trying to charge me differently...this was NOT a great experience and needless to say they won't get my business again! Read Less

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN A FULL SET DONE. The lady was so rude. Left twice during my fill to go smoke. Who does that?!?! Was huffing because it was such a long day the whole time!! My nails are filed crooked and look terrible. Then to top it all off, when I did not leave her a tip because of the terrible job she did and her horrible attitude she snatched the receipt right out of my hand and said " GOODBYE ".
