Very disappointed service. I took 2 days after I shampoo my hair here to take a judgment. My head skin still hurting me. The young lady with medium blonde hair was interrupted several times while doing my hair, she was even texting while shampoo my hair. She was hurting me a lot while washing my hair and blow dry. Everytime she scratched my hair is every single time I just want to yell. A lot of time she pulled my extension while rinsing it and It’s still hurting me now even 2 days after that. Very unprofessional and the price was not cheap at all. I love the elegant place but isn’t always carrying good service. Poor service ever. Never recommend this to anyone!!!!!

I had the best experience at Blo Dominion Ridge. I was having engagement photos taken that afternoon and my concern was my hair staying the whole time. I've had many disappointing trips to blowout bars before. Itzel listened to what I needed and took in to consideration what I knew would work and what wouldn't. From there, I trusted her, and was so amazed at the final look. It was everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be back.

I've been to Blo at dominion ridge several times and the girls always do an amazing job! This is the perfect place to go for any occasion and it's super affordable, plus all the girls are really sweet & great at their jobs! Alijah usually does my hair & never disappoints. I have really long thick hair but she manages to make it look flawless every time. I would recommend Blo to EVERYONE, I love it & will definitely be coming back!!

I went in to get my hair done for family pictures, I had it washed and styled while sipping champagne. Very relaxing. The only reason I rated a 4 star instead of 5 is, while my hair dresser was polite it was very awkward sitting there with no conversation. My conversation attempts with her failed which made it a little uncomfortable. Other than that the service was excellent and I loved my hair!

Itzel is highly skilled and for the second time has exceeded my expectations. Although there are a fixed number of styles in the book, she customized it to combine multiple styles as I described. I loved how she checked in with me as she styled to allow me to give feedback on what I wanted (amount of curl, location of part, amount of product, etc.). Her great service leads to an exceptionaly gratifying blowout and I'll definitely be back.

I went in yesterday & they did such a great job! I was stuck in traffic on my way there and called them to let them know id be late and they switched my appointment to 15 minutes later with no problem...
I went in yesterday & they did such a great job! I was stuck in traffic on my way there and called them to let them know id be late and they switched my appointment to 15 minutes later with no problem. I got the 'pillow talk' hair style. I was worried my hair would fall by the end of the day but the waves are still in today. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Very disappointed service. I took 2 days after I shampoo my hair here to take a judgment. My head skin still hurting me. The young lady with medium blonde hair was interrupted several times while doing my hair, she was even texting while shampoo my hair. She was hurting me a lot while washing my hair and blow dry.
