I got my eyebrows microbladed here about 6 months ago and I thought it would be best to get my eyebrows threaded here too, just to clean them up a bit.
I scheduled an appointment and arrived about fifteen minutes early. There was no one at the front to greet me or check me in, so I waited patiently up front for several minutes. I could hear people laughing and talking in a back room, but I didn't call out to them or anything because it wasn't my appointment time just yet. Instead, I decided to just have a seat on the sofa.
When they finally came out from that back room, they treated me like an intruder and didn't seem to know that I had an appointment. They were sooooo rude to me and I was honestly shocked and taken aback. If my eyebrows hadn't looked so fuzzy, I would have just walked out. Is it normal to not be aware of the appointments you book? It's not like they were super busy. The place was empty.😐
I'll say I've had maybe one person in the past forget about a nail appointment they had scheduled with me, but once I refreshed their memory, they were SUPER apologetic.
... but yeahhhh that didn't happen here. They continued to be rude.
The lady did an okay job on my eyebrows, but was cold and short with me the entire time. Maybe I should have apologized for interrupting her day by showing up to my scheduled appointment to pay her for her services? 😒
I've paid a lot less for eyebrow threading and received much better treatment.

If someone told me having my eyebrows did would be life changing, I would have laughed in their silly face. Bushra is amazing, she brought me from a constantly surprised looking semi-albino to a beautiful browed chica. Turning 40 I guess means all the hair must fall out or break off, so I finally gave this a try, so glad I did! It’s only been since Wednesday when I got the microblading done, and I’ve been getting constant compliments on my looks, I mean I wasn’t ugly before but now apparently I’m beautiful lol. Pictures don’t do it justice, I’m not very photogenic, but you can still see the difference. Love my newer face.

I love this place! I cannot rave enough about this salon!! Firstly they take walk-ins and will open earlier if you book their first slot online which is very easy to book. I commonly see Valerie who always does an amazing job on my very long curly hair! I've seen a lot of the other stylist as well and all the ladies have done exceptional styling of my hair which typically last up to a week or more (this is my experience). I get asked all the time about my hair and who does my blow out and I always refer them to this salon!!

I have curly and frizzy hair, a lot of it too, and I leave with the hair I always wished for!They go above and beyond for their guests, offering house calls and extending hours to accommodate my crazy schedule! The service is top notch and treating myself with a blow dry here is something I do as much as I can!

Save your money and stay away. Started with my experience making my appt. online. I called the day before to confirm and they had no record of it. No problem, they scheduled me in right away. I get there and wait 25 minutes and finally ask why I am still waiting. No explanation, the receptionist shampoos my hair like an amateur and isn't paying attention and sprays water in my left eye after I just paid to have my false eyelashes applied at Sephora. Then another girl takes over for my 10 minute scalp massage, terrible just terrible. I proceed to the chair for my blowout. It looked OK, not great, just barely OK. I had the Texas blowout with soft curls, it only lasted about an hour. My hair looked terrible for a wedding I had looked forward to for so long. Very disappointed.

Basha is awesome! I found her on Groupon, looked at the Yelp review and took a chance on her microblade service. I went in for a consult which left me super excited for the appointment. You're going to have numbing cream placed on for about 40 minutes. The whole session took less than 2 hrs but I think she said sometimes it takes longer if you have less to work with. First 10 minutes was okay, barely felt anything, after that, bearable little cuts... I mean I'm a huge baby and made it! Basha is super meticulous and super friendly. She is a true professional. Buy the groupon now, I can see her place being booked completely soon. She's worth the full cost even without a Groupon. The salon is very clean and new. I can't wait to go back for my touch up.

My step-daughter and I came in on a promotional offer today for a quick threading, and left very pleased. I've driven by the place several times and noticed how well decorated and attended it seemed and jumped at the opportunity to come in. We got in right away, without an appointment - for threading of brows and upper lip. We were pleasantly greeted and I was offered a glass of wine, which I accepted :). Bushra did a great job on us both and we had some nice banter and conversation and a good time. It was such a nice short and sweet and positive experience. While she was working on my step-daughter I took a look at the price sheet for all of the other services offered - which are very reasonable by the way - and made a mental note that when my two teenage step-daughters need their hair and make-up done for school dances and other events, we will most definitely be back. We had used Sephora in the past but I can tell the level of work itself is much higher and more detailed here and the atmosphere is much calmer, quieter, more spa-like. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here about 6 months ago and I thought it would be best to get my eyebrows threaded here too, just to clean them up a bit.

I commonly see Valerie who always does an amazing job on my very long curly hair! She took the time to ensure that I had the perfect shape before getting started. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. She explained the entire process to ease my anxieties. Honestly my favorite place in San Antonio to get a Blowout! I always leave with such a voluminous long-lasting blow dry. Best thing is that Bushra always finds a way to squeeze me in at last minute. Pricing is reasonable for the amount of products she uses. The scalp massage is hands down the best part!!

This is the Blow out spot for me! The Kevin.Murphy products smell amazing combine that with a great scalp massage made it a relaxing aromatherapy session for me. My hair felt so silky and looked great. My eyebrows needing tending to and Bushra did a precise job of threading making them beautifully shaped again. Make an appointment you won't be sorry you pampered yourself!!

My step-daughter and I came in on a promotional offer today for a quick threading, and left very pleased. I've driven by the place several times and noticed how well decorated and attended it seemed and jumped at the opportunity to come in. We got in right away, without an appointment - for threading of brows and upper lip. We were pleasantly greeted and I was offered a glass of wine, which I accepted :). Bushra did a great job on us both and we had some nice banter and conversation and a good time. It was such a nice short and sweet and positive experience. While she was working on my step-daughter I took a look at the price sheet for all of the other services offered - which are very reasonable by the way - and made a mental note that when my two teenage step-daughters need their hair and make-up done for school dances and other events, we will most definitely be back. We had used Sephora in the past but I can tell the level of work itself is much higher and more detailed here and the atmosphere is much calmer, quieter, more spa-like. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

This place is it! My new favorite spot for the best blowouts. I have crazy thick hair and I am done in less than an hour with fabulous hair. I do the "Texas" style :)
