Super clean, very nice techs, not to rush but did excellent on time, reasonable pricing, comfortable environment... And that's just the office experience. Frankie (my nail tech) is the absolute best!! She's a MUST!! She entertained conversation and was very respectful and made sure to ask my personal input while chosing a design and helped with her professional opinion on what would be appropriate for me and my daily activities. I've been getting my manicures and pedicures at this location since they opened about a year now. Never had a bad experience. I had my nails done from different nail techs and I love that each one can create beautiful designs. Everyone is very sincere and I consider them family. It's sad to see that someone had a bad experience. Unfortunately, I never met the girl that worked on the person a week ago and never will. I heard she is no longer employed there. Definitely a hidden gem! There was no rush to getting your nails done and it was a very relaxing experience. All the tools used were packaged from being sterilized. I was looking for tips that were clear with a design and there were so many to choose from! I personally have been getting my nails done here for about a year. I drive 30 miles round-trip, because it's outstanding customer service. I've read a few of the reviews on here. And I can tell you that over the year of, getting my nails done I have had to wait even when I had an appointment. But each time the end result was the same outstanding customer service. And never disappointed in the product at the end. I don't drive that 30 miles round-trip for nothing I walk in that door and I'm greeted something you rarely see these days. Yeah sure the ladies in the shop are busy some days and overwhelmed. But they're human we all have bad days some days. But I'd also like to point out to the people who were impatient even when they had an appointment and then left a negative review on here. That if you were the lady in the chair getting your nails done rather than the lady waiting for the appointment that she scheduled. Would you still ask the technician to rush through the job? I think not!!! Because at the end of the day we all want beautiful nails when I walk out of a place like this. And to one of the other ladies that was late for her appointment. It's a domino effect for those of us that are on time for our appointment. The way to resolve these issues that I saw with a negative reviews. Are to be courteous to your nail technician and book in advance and show up at least 10 minutes before your appointment. And be prepared to wait because quality doesn't come in a in a fast form. So rather than blame the owner and a nail technicians at this place. Blame that previous customers who ran late. This salon is small and in a little plaza off of 410. I was referred by a friend. This place is so great. Yuki really takes her time to perfect your nails because she wants you to love them. I think finding a new nail shop when you move to a new city is one of the most grueling processes, but Yelp saves the day yet again!!! I looked up a good place for a pedicure, and despite this shop not having many reviews it had quality reviews and that is what I feel like matters in my opinion. The shop is smaller and does not have many workers but this is due to it only being open for 10 months. The owner is one of the sweetest and most genuine people you could meet. We had a great conversation while I had my pedicure and sipped on my adult beverage. The shop is extremely clean, and they use products once which is a plus in my book as well. I've had many pedicures over the years. This was the best one ever! I usually regret when I pay because the person didn't do a good job. There was no regret here! She takes her time and it shows when your feet are done! It was worth every penny! It's been 3 weeks my feet still look awesome!Don't be put off by this little strip of businesses. I have never been to the same nail salon, but artesian nails & spa will be my first choice from here on out. I was kindly greeted, offered water wine or soda. They are also very sanitary. The staff is extremely friendly and interactive with the clients, however, as I went for a full set, this is one of the worst jobs done I have had. The person doing my nails did acknowledge that there were several mistakes and offered to put a design on them for a discount. Also, the pricing did not line up. She said it started at $25 and told me she would let me know as we went along what would be extra. She mentioned something for $5 I said that was OK. I asked if multiple colors would be extra and she said no, unless there was a design. I left with French tip nails, keeping it rather basic. She wound up charging me an extra $15. Went here the day before Easter. Love love love this place. Every where I've went is horrible compared to this place. You walk in and they acknowledge you right way. Sally did my nails and I fell in love with my Matt nails!!! She took her time as if she was doing her own nails. Just word of advise make sure to call before walk in, some clients make appointments.All employees are very friendly and love what they so! And if your looking for cool crazy beautiful designs? One of the best nail places I've ever been to. I took my oldest daughter in for her first mani and I got a full set. Wonderful experience! My daughter and I were visiting in San Antonio and needed fills, repair, and pedicures. Friendly and helpful staff! We didn't have an appointment but were there early so no waiting. Their hours were one reason we chose them, the other was location. Close to 410 and medical area which was near where we were staying.Beautiful job with nails! One of the best pedicures I've ever had! And the prices were very reasonable!
