I just left there paying 70$ for a full set acrylic, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed. I then asked why it was so much, and they preceded to tell me it was 10$ extra for French tip. Why did they not inform me of the extra charge ahead of time, and let me decide if I wanted to pay it or just get a regular nail color?! Under new ownership as of Nov. 2017. Love Twin Nails! Calm environment, Kacie and Keith do amazing work. It's the only place I'll go to have my nails done. Love the Tiger Eye look! And Keith's nail art if fabulous. They give wonderful Mani and Pedi's. Plus their prices are more reasonable than other places I have gone to in the area. Read Less

I've been coming here like couple months already. Such a needed nail tech I ever ask for. They extremely taking care of me. If you looking for a relaxing temperature nail salon here you go ! Sometime they busy on the weekend but on week day should be a good idea. They also have a cute little glass of wine for you if you ask for it. Highly recommend!!!! Read Less

This is honestly such a great place. There's great care that goes into each nail. The hole staff was helpful and informative. They all have a great relationship with each other. I love it. Definitely found my new regular place!! Read Less

I moved to the area over a year ago and I think I've finally found my new regular salon!  I got a Pink and white fill and a pedicure - they did a great job and had very reasonable prices.  They offered me a beverage, the staff was friendly and the salon was very cute and clean.  Just driving by...the store front doesn't do it justice. This place has changed management several times. It has really gone down. I have been going to this salon for about 7 years now. Time to find a new salon! Had to wait for 30 minutes   after my nails and toes were finished in order to pay. They ran out of paper in their credit card machine after they had already swiped my card. The lady did not know how to put paper in machine correctly, so she had to call her husband to come back to shop to put paper in machine. She asked me to take a seat and said it would only be about 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he shows up. He could not figure out the machine either, so I was told I could leave without signing. Needless to say I received no receipt for services! Also,after wasting 30 minutes of my time, you would have thought they would have offered me some kind of comp for my next visit, but they didn't.  This is not the only problem I have had with this shop since new management. They make you an appointment, but then they will start on someone else that just walks in, and you are expected to wait for them to finish up with them. Last night was the last straw! They will listen and give you exactly what you want. Prices are awesome and the place is always clean. I love coming here, this place really is the best kept secret of Sache! The name of this place has been changed to Twin Nails so it's easy to miss unless you call. I was greeted by some very sweet women who were all at work with what seemed like regulars. There were only a few folks there and all were being attended to so appointments help. The owner of the location introduced herself and she is HILLARIOUS and very courteous and took her time taking off my nails which is why I began to look for new shops in the first place.She then had her coworker do my manicure as she said she does better which I appreciate but the woman had shaky hands and seemed to be in a rush since I was the last customer which is the reason it got 3 stars. She almost cut me but thankfully didn't. But again this is why I began the search in the first place.
