They usually do a good job but this place is OVERPRICED.  Since the first time I went, they have been upping their prices and are now charging $30 for a gel polish change. No manicure, no previous polish removal, no French, no nexgen. It was a simple one color gel polish change for $30 before tip. It's not worth the price tag. Read Less

The service with Amy was great! You should ask for Amy if you go!!! Sadly the people that worked there were talking about a big woman that was waiting with a black shirt and blue jeans on. They made a comment on the size of the customer and how that woman was too big and how she’s not going to fit into their chair and she might break it and to be quite honest the lady wasn’t even that big. This is the reason why I’m very careful about going to some of these places because even though this place is new and nice it doesn’t mean anything when people are talking about you. Very nice and clean place. My lady who did my pedi was very friendly also. Everything was goood! The only reason i didnt give them full stars because after she finished the callus removel, that part started to itching. Read Less

I usually get nexgen nails done here and even with different techs each time they all come out really pretty. The place is nice and clean and the technicians took their time to perfect my nails. The price of nexgen was about 35$ which is about average from other places but one thing is they don't really give you a hand lotion massage like the other places do so one star off for that. I've been to this place twice. First time was ok, second time terrible. I paid 77.00 for a pedicure/nexgen 5 days ago, and since then my hangnails have been super bad as well as one of my fingernails broke, which has never happened with my nexgen. My other nails were not finished well/buffed and shined! Won't be going to this place again, especially for the price! A 40.00 nexgen that only lasts 5 days?!? Ridiculous Read Less

Horrible paint job on my nails---if I had time, I'd be going back to have redone. There are ridges where the first coat didn't go to end of nail or the nail wasn't buffed properly. Had the Sachse pedicure - it was great!!  Great price for all of the services included.  The tech took her time and listened to my requests.First time NexGen nail experience - the tech was extremely rushed and it was 11:00 AM so it wasn't around closing time.  She clipped my nails and started with powdering immediately. I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles - she said they would come off when she was buffing.  She essentially drilled my cuticles off, which was not pleasant.  She filed my nails - I asked for square.  The right hand are all rounded while the left hand are square.  I asked if they needed to dry - she said to let them dry 5 minutes then she would come back. 2 minutes later she came back with her jacket on, slapped cuticle oil on, said "done!" and she was out the front door before I had even gotten out of the chair.When paying $36 for a nail service, I expect to at least get lotion with a hand massage.  I've also never had cuticle oil be applied at the very end of a manicure - maybe this is how all places do NexGen?  I would give 5 stars for the pedicure and 2 for the manicure. Very clean and the staff is friendly . I also liked that they had a lot of nexgen colors to choose from . My only complaint is that my nail tech didn't cut my cuticles and when I asked her to cut them she said next time I need to ask before she starts and I don't feel like I should have to ask for my cuticles to be cut. Merp. I get my nails done once a month. Once a month may seem like a long time but because I go to a place in lewisville it lasts a whole month and still looks fantastic. The best new salon in the area. This place opened not too long ago, but it's almost as if they've been here forever. The girls are super nice, and willing to accommodate you in whatever they can. They offer complimentary beer, wine, and sodas. If you're looking for a new place to try a pedicure before spring break, then give these girls a chance! Read Less
