I have never been disappointed here, in all 7 years of being a customer. I used to come for acrylics, until Nexgen came into my life. The acrylics were always perfect, as are the Nexgen sets. Tons of Nexgen colors to choose from, and polish, and designs. Before I had kids, I came any time of day on the weekends. It was always packed, but I never waited longer than 15 minutes. I can always go next door to McAlisters and grab a cookie or a tea to pass the time if need be. Now that I have kids, I like to come first thing in the morning, just to get it out of the way. I find coming in the morning everyone is extra cheery, and ready to work instead of griping like other places You make your own hours, don't whine. All supplies - files, clippers, brushes - are brand spanking new, in pretty blue packaging, they open it in front of you. T H A N K Y O U for being sanitary. The chairs are out of this world. I can leave it on the simple full back roll setting my entire 2 hour visit and leave 100% refreshed. The pedis are the best I've ever had in my entire life. Pay for the sea salt pedi if you just want a basic, its worth the extra $4. I get a pedi with my husband every 3rd manicure, they are polite to him as well which can be a dealbreaker if they are not. Men need clean, pretty feet too! I have NEVER - I repeat NEVER - been overcharged. My Nexgen sets with or without tips are always 35$ when other places like to add on 5$ to 10$ for tips. My pedis are always prices as quoted on the menu. I have never been hurt here, cuts happen, it's part of being a woman and getting your nails done. The occasional nicks happen, not bad enough to make me unhappy. Front desk is always cheery, never ever ever ever rude. I appreciate the smiles, and I appreciate that they always ask if you like it. If you don't, they do ask if there's anything they can do. It's an important service you pay for, you should leave happy! I come twice a month, I'll be back in 2 weeks! Read Less
