OMG tell me why I didn’t listen when I read the reviews on here. I took my four year old to get a manicure and a pedicure for $30 and it all lasted ten minutes and that’s because she was multitasking with other people. I was really upset but my daughter was excited and very happy with her nails. But the lady didn’t cut her nails and only massage one leg with some soapy water And my daughter got to watch a movie for two minutes SMH. NEVER AGAIN!!! While I was sitting there I got to witness a handicap lady get her nails done just painted I could have done a better job. I thought I was being punked... If i could give it a zero I would. Never going to this place again. I spent 45 dollars for half done nails. They are so thick and I had to go back to get them fixxed and when I went back, they told me that I was in the wrong and I told them something that I did not say. I will never go back there. My experience at this nail salon was very unsatisfactory to say the least. I asked for their advertised "$25 special" full set and after I sat down, this nail technician was asking me to choose "gel" nail polish. I asked how much extra she said $10. I said "no" and that I wanted just the regular nail polish, then she changed tune and said, it's already $35 "type" she was doing for me. I was stunned to be paying far more than I planned for, but thought "oh well". I chose a sparkly neutral and found out she would have to layer it. I was sceptical, then she quickly asked me to pay her first. The polish was smearing all around my nails and looking chalky and like a little girl applied it. I asked for her to make the corners neater, and she was giving me attitude. I then asked her to clean of the chalky polish and apply just the top coat, she had the nerve to call another of the girls working there to see how "beautiful" the smeared job she did was and that I wanted it off. I could not wait to get out of the place. While applying the top coat, rather than try to offer something else to makeup for the dissatisfaction, she decided to make small talk by asking me if I was from Dubai. Ive been to this nail salon since I come and visit my fiance im.from San Antonio originally and I might say this is the best place I've been to, comparing San Antonio and round rock ! I highly recommend staff is very friendly and very very atented to you perfect place to come to and the pedicure treatments are incredible :) Read Less

I was in a hurry and decided to drop in for a quick polish change on my toes. I noticed the nail tech was not going to trim & shape my toenails before applying the new polish, so I instructed her to do so. It literally took her less than 2 minutes and they charged me an additional $5 dollars! I've gotten a polish change at several other nail shops and have never been charged for such a thing. Also, the tech did not do a great job polishing my toenails. She did a rush job and did not clean up the excess polish around my nail bed. If you don't want to be charged ridiculous prices for poor quality stay away from this place.Read Less

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I would give this salon 0 stars if I could . I went to this nail salon because my friend gave me a gift card that was for 25 dollars. When I presented the card, the lady working said it was just a punch card. And she refused to allow me to use it. I called my friend that gave me the gift card and she confirmed that it was indeed a 25 dollar gift card. I had 1 broken nail and needed a fill. Before the lady started doing my nails, she told me that it was going to be 45 dollars. I thought this was a little steep for a fill, but I told her ok. She started to add the acrylic to my nails and added a very pink color when the previous acrylic color used was clear . After my nails were done and I went to the area to wash my hands, I noticed how disgusting the shop was. There were no towels in the bathroom to dry my hands and the sink looked disgusting. After she finished painting my nails. I noticed how awful my nails looked. My total for a fill, a replacement of 1 nail and a cut down came out to 50 dollars. The lady was rushed and did a poor job on my manicure. Did not file my nails the way I asked her to, and I asked 2x, or clean up my cuticles. I have bubbles on my nail polish because she was rushing trying to get more people to sit for pedicures instead of focusing on me, her client. She kept having to clean up my nails with nail polish remover because she could not paint them properly. Had my daughter's nails done at the same time by another lady and she just painted over my daughter's cuticles, did not even push them back. Horrible service. Will not go back ever or refer anyone.
