I've never ever given a bad review, even though I've had plenty of not so great experiences. But I felt the need to send fair warning to all of you out there who value your time. I should have followed my gut when the lady told me only a 20 minute wait, there's 7 people already seated in pedi chairs and only 3 workers. I figured they were probably already done with most and the ladies were just letting their nails dry. I told her I had somewhere to be but 20 min wait would be fine. Well.... that was 1 hour ago exactly at the time I'm writing this. The reason I didn't leave at like 30 mins was because she immediately set me up in a little booth, had me remove my shoes and told me to relax and soak that it would be soon. At 30 mins I keep giving benefit of the doubt , 5 more mins 5 more mins, plus I knew that if I left I would just wait another 15 mins elsewhere not including the drive to get there. Ugh. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is honest about the wait and respects your time. Read Less

I get my nails filled and pedicures weekly and eyebrows waxed! I walked in here at 4 o’clock today to give this new place a try! They close at 5! That is plenty of time for a pedicure or fills or even both when they work on your hands while doing a pedicure! There was one lady who walked in at the same time as me and no one else waiting and several employees doing nothing. The receptionist went and spoke to a man and then informed me their wait was too long to service me! Wow! Brand new place doesn’t apparently want to build clientele! They were pleasant but I called to ask for pricing and was told pedicures were $30 and gel mani was also $30 but it turns out gel mani was $35. They didn't honor what the gentleman told me. My gel manicure was awful. I had nail polish everywhere on my finger and cuticle. The top coat was also spotty and bumpy. I called to speak to a manager and was told they were out of town. I expressed my dilemma with my nails looking horrible and I was told they were busy. I was hung up on 3 times in the middle of speaking before they said I could come back. I wasn't nasty and neither were they but they were certainly bothered. The same lady helped me again and she was doing a horrendous job taking the gel off, she left old nail polish on the edges and cuticle and I kept having to ask her to fix it. She also kept asking me to switch colors & they turned out fine the second time around. This was my 1st time trying this place out today. Usually when you go to a nail salon they do the fastest pedicure with not too much TCL.   Today my pedicure was long and relaxing, not to mention got the best pedicure I've ever gotten.     Andy did a phenomenal job! Read Less

I usually come here to do my nails and the last two times have been disappointing. The last time I came here I had a pedicure the $45 option and SNS done on my nails. I did not have any previous polish or anything on my nails. The pedicure was fine,  it when I got to the guy for my SNS, I was highly dissatisfied. I come to the nail salon not only to have pretty nails but to relax. He didn't clean up my cuticles just did a messy job with the SNS. I had glue all over and it felt so uncomfortable. I keep telling him and he just said to push the skin that's under my nail down... he didn't massage my hands or arms either. After 1 day my SNS started to peel and my hair is getting caught in it. Ask for Thomas!! He is so precise and gentle. He has never cut me with the file and he doesn't skip steps! My nails always come out looking perfect. It's hit or miss with most nail techs but Thomas is professional and accurate. Read Less

i would not even put one star if i could. this place is awful. the customer service is the worst i've ever seen. first of all, my mother and i came in for a girls day, and they wouldn't even allow us to sit by eachother. we had to sit on opposite sides of the salon. on top of that, the lady was very rude and aggressive with my hands and nails and instead of asking me to move, she would just pull my arm and fingers pretty hard, not to mention i saw a GIANT spider and many bugs all over the store. this in which leads to my last issue to this place, after i got my acrylics, i got a green fungus under my nail. i could go on and on, but my experience was awful. i would not go here. I came to location after the other location across the street (spa nail plus- also 1 star) couldn't do my acrylic nails. I met with Andy- the manager. VERY RUDE. I walked in and I said "I was... ". He cut me off and said come back over here. I had a few nails that needed to be replaced. He used nail glue to glue my nail and the existing acrylic back together. Whaaa the h@$?! Did not talk. Did not smile. Seemed like he hate his life, everything in it and around him. Rough with my hands. Very short with me. I paid before he started to paint my nails. I could have complained. Sure. I rather not complain to a manager who seems like his life sucks. However, I'll talk my business else where. I'll write a review to warn others about him and the owners shops. I wouldn't even give them one star. this place has the WORST service I have ever gotten. they're so aggressive and rude and wouldn't even let my mom and I sit by eachother in an open salon. it's 5 dollars cheaper then the place next door but for how horrible and rude the service is I would pay that extra five to have someone not putting on my hands! also not to mention I got a fungus under my acrylics!! do not ever reccomend. I think 3 is fair rating for this place. The staff is nice enough. The pedicures are good and the polish lasts a few weeks. Solar nails/gel/manis are consistently pretty good. The SNS nails however are awful and bubbly! I had to have mine removed and redone elsewhere afterwards. That said, I tend to come back here because it's super close to my house and they can always get me in without a wait, and prices are pretty reasonable. I've been a little annoyed the last couple of times I've been in and spent $100+ and haven't even been offered a water, though. Most nail salons offer a water, a soft drink, or a glass of wine or champagne... Especially when you're having 2 services done and are a regular. While my pedi and full set of solar nails were well done, it was awkwardly quiet in the salon! Service was just off... They should focus more on engaging with customers! Read Less

So it wasn't busy so even though we had an appointment (supposedly) we were able to walk in 15 minutes early and get in right away. We went for 2 mani/pedis and then 2 kids polish.First thing, no one really speaks English. Which is normal for a nail salon. I have been to a place where the person doing my nails had to speak through another lady and it was not a problem. One thing I will acknowledge, my kid was being a brat. A brat in that she wanted to sit next to me to get her nails painted. So I asked my lady if we could do a manicure first so I could sit with her. Nope. She just kept snapping and pointing at the pedicure chair saying "SIT". Um..ok. So my kid stood next to me while I got my pedi. I kept trying to ask if there was a way we could do her nails next to me. No person who worked there responded to me and just stared at me like I had 2 heads. No explanation as to why. No attempt to find a solution. Just side remarks to each other with rolled eyes and smirks. Then the guy CUTS my friends toe when trimming her nail. Did he apologize? Nope. His response "I didn't cut your other toe". Ummm....what????A lady tried to get my kid standing next to me to go to the complete other side of the place to paint her nails. As I said my kid was being a brat because she didn't want to leave my side. And again, this place had 15+ empty chairs all around us. Can't you put paint on her toes in the chair next to me? But no.Then my manicure. My friend did like her shellac mani. That was the plus side. My lady wsa pissed at my kid I guess because she did a crap job, barked her commands at me, slapped my hand around, and didn't clean up the edges when she was done polishing so they look pretty crappy. I go to pay and say "can someone just polish her fingers while I sit next to her?" The lady said "NO." Yeah. I won't go back again until they understand what customer service is. I visited this weekend and it was horrible. I had SNS and a pedicure. They were busy and I waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chair without service. I had to leave to pick up my daughter, but returned later. Again I waited 30 minutes for a pedicure. The technician was sweet and apologetic, but after polishing my toes I noticed the polish was splotchy and not good coverage. I was already getting my nails done, SNS, to which the technician rushed through and my nails are bumpy, uneven, and look terrible. For a $75 service, I feel very disappointed. I called the salon to complain and ask for my nails to be redone and toes be repainted, to which I was told would be a $35 redo charge. I did not go back and am looking for another salon. Read Less

I went to this salon because the lady I usually for I was off, HUGE mistake. I was rushed, my nails look terrible and now I'll have to go back to my original lady and have to pay her fix them! Not only that, she asked me where I got my nails done previously and I told her and she kept asking who I lied better through out the whole process and saying my nails looked terrible. I stumbled into this place and loved it! Sure, the decor is basic but the chair was comfortable and they did a great job. I got a manicure and my lady took great care to paint in the entire nail and cleaned up anything painted outside the 'lines'. These two things are surprisingly hard to find at reasonably priced nail salons! I know some places charge extra for removing gel - what's up with that?! I decided to give this place a try and I was promptly greeted with a friendly face. I was also offered a drink which made me feel very welcome.They did an Amazing job on my nails. I definitely love the elegant gel French Manicure with a touch of sparkles. I will definitely be visiting this place again. Read Less
