I've been going here for 3 years. I've spent thousands of dollars, each visit is usually 120.00 with a 20% tip as I get the works. I originally gave them 5 stars but over the last 6 months the customer service and the training of the techs has diminished. I went I on Sunday and was barely greated and was finally put into a chair to soak after 20 min then waited another 20 and nobody acknowledged me or informed me about extended waits so I put on my shoes and left. This was very disappointing as the last lady put 6 coats on my nails So I can't even take it off myself. So sad because they have the best selection of shellac colors and product lines but my money and patient attitude might be appreciated somewhere else. Read Less

This was the absolute worse nail experience I have ever had. Please do not give this place your business, you will be very disappointed. I went here the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids to get our nails done for the big day. From the moment we walked in, I felt like we were being rushed, despite the fact that we were the only ones in the salon. I splurged by getting the deluxe pedicure and acrylic nails. My feet were in bad shape and I really needed the pedicure but ...all they did was briefly rub my feet, clip my toenails, and then very sloppily paint my nails. Then, when I went to get my nails done, my acrylic turned out lumpy and uneven. I was clearly displeased with the service, especially since it cost my $93 but I couldn't get them fixed because we had to go to the rehearsal. I went back the next day to get everything fixed, only to have the owner yell at me and say that I could wait while she helps "paying customers." Great selection of gel nail colors! Usually pretty quick always multiple people on staff. They do offer you cold bottles of water and have a nice waiting area. I have been here multiple times I prefer the men that work here they have always done a better job and tend to more kind. They do take reservations if you need them but I haven't needed them in the past. Read Less

I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in with my two sisters and all three of us got manicures. One of my sisters ended up with broken nails and nail polish that was literally half done, they re did it 2 times and it was still horrible. The other sister's nails has the polish coming off in chunks and it was very rough. I did fake nails but they turned out too big at the top and very disproportional. I absolutely love coming here. My gel nails look perfect every time and last insanely long. I just wish my nails didn't grow so fast!! But honestly if you have any doubts, DON'T. The price and quality of their gel manis is top notch! I always get compliments after getting a gel mani here and they last a nice long while! I'm still getting compliments on a mani I got over two weeks ago! I get the french gel mani because I can file the tips as my nails grow and you can't see that they're growing out at the bottom. I went there a few days after opening day and it was amazing. I did need to make an appointment because they were so busy at the time I walked in. I went in at my set time and the ladies and the gentleman were the best ever! They tried to have a conversation with you and knew exactly what you wanted.
