This place is like going to "Cheers," where everybody knows your name, & they're always glad you came... I love it & I feel like I can call them friends. I usually won't comment on services or restaurants, but some of the comments I read are first-timers, & I feel obligated to defend this fun, cheerful, & relaxing place. Yes, sometimes you might get someone new or someone who may not understand you, but for the most part, they go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible while they scrape your calloused feet & toes, or make your finger nails look beautiful. They take pride in their work, they're independent contractors who are not obligated to work overtime (even though they often do), & they do an exceptional job. I won't go anywhere else. I've had my nails done at RR Nails for several years and they always look great.  My sister drives in from Houston to get Kina to do her gel manicures, which always last for 2-3 weeks.  The prices are great and the staff is always friendly.  These are pictures of gel manicures by Kina at RR Nails, they always look super nice and last for weeks. They up sale you drastically and do not b sanitize the tools and are very rude. If you get gel polish t g e do not apply it to stay on for longer than 2 days and when you want t g e to repair the nail they speak in their native language to talk badly about you. Pay close attention to your bill because they will slip in junk charges. I will never go back go at b the risk of getting an infection. Read Less

Despite the well meaning efforts of the staff, I can't in good conscious recommend this place at all. To start off my "spa" pedicure, my feet were plunged into ice cold water. I hated to point to it out, but I had to ask the tech to switch it out as it was uncomfortable and odd. She obliged, but merely changed it out for some lukewarm water that was still less than appealing. At the beginning of my pedicure, the tech unknowingly sanded over my toe and broke my skin causing a visible abrasion. I stopped her, she acknowledged it and moved on. Then not once, not twice, but three times she proceeded to put chemicals (cuticle gel, a callous remover, and nail polish remover) over the spot she had abraded. It burned. Like it REALLY, REALLY BURNED!! On top of my chemically burned toe, upon inspection of my toenails, half of them were cut at an odd (think 45 degree) angle. Once I pointed them out and asked her to, the tech corrected the oddly shaped nails. But I guess my point here is that I shouldn't have to tell her that ice cold water isn't great, that a 45 degree cut on my toenails isn't what I'm looking for, and that when you break the customer's skin you shouldn't put chemicals anywhere near the injury that would cause pain and burning. The entire experience was disheartening, uncomfortable, and the opposite of anything close to a relaxing experience :( While the staff was nice as they hurt me and made me feel uncomfortable, this is not a place I will be returning to. I love this place so much! I moved here in the fall and I get my nails done about every 3 weeks and they always remember me and how I like my style. I love all of the ladies here. They are so nice and do an exceptional peice of work every time! It's a very clean and beautiful place. I love getting my pedicures here too. Definitely love this place. Read Less

The door and website says it closes at 7:30. I got there at 7:00 and they refused me services stating they were closed. There were several other people getting serviced and seated waiting to be served. I told them that the door said 7:30 and they insisted. I am wondering why I'm the only one who was refused services. They were extremely rude. Will not be going back.Read Less
